H.O.R. – House of Rage opens the doors with “Evolution”!!!

I got the great opportunity to show you – right before the upcoming event (points above) – 2 of the new gowns of House of Rage, that are part of the “Evolution” line.

The first one would be “Lorna”. A wonderful, delicate and classy black shaded, high fashion gown.

The awesome detailed made feathers, are a special highlight on this gown. As you can see black has not to be black. All the great lights and shadows, show the ability of texturing and design that you will find in every outfit of the “Evolution” line. The feathers are dreamy flexible and you will turn heads if you walk this gown over the red carpet or any other event you choose to wear it πŸ™‚

A perfect addition for this stunning evening gown were the new “Core” jewelry set from Finesmith Design the fresh and sharp edges and the pearls made a perfect finish for me πŸ™‚

My second gown for today would be “Vila”…

“Vila” goes more in a sexy and couture direction, but even then you will see the high qualityΒ  what this gown is made with. “Vila” is a mixture of so many different fabrics, that you have to take more then one look to discover all the amazing details. The corset is an opaque, tight black basic. If you zoom closer, you can see the amazing ornaments that decorate even the corset.

The bodice is made of beautiful lace and the sheer character adds a very sexy and young, modern touch. The skirt, as well a sheer fabric glimmers and sparkles in an awesome way. As additional decoration you have a wonderful lace prim for the right shoulder and the head also. For this amazing dress I chose as well one of the latest releases from Finesmith Design, called “Optimism”. Yula Finesmith released 7 pairs of earrings a few days ago and yesterday the matching necklaces… so run and see them all at the Mainstore πŸ˜‰

To see more of the incredible and georgious new designs of the H.O.R. “Evolution” line you should make your way to the upcoming event at 4PM, as well as to the House of Rage Mainstore, where you can find many many other wonderful designs of the 3 amazing ladies Lybra Rage, Topaz Joubert and LovelyMiwako7399 Menna.

See you at 4PM… πŸ˜‰

For today I have the “Asia” set for you πŸ™‚ A wonderful, elegant and beautiful set, that contains a pair of earrings, a necklace and a ring. The basic shape we can see is kinda flower. The pearls, in a smaller size,Β  you as well can find at the very end of the silver ‘petals’ as well. Again we can see yula’s amazing skills if it comes to design and details. OMG!!! – Thank you Everybody!!!

I just would like to say thank you to everyone of you that supports, reads and follows my blog. On the 29th of July 2009 I did my first blog. That’s over 2 years of blogging now and it became quite an addiction. I have so much fun with doing pics and write some descriptions and reviews about the awesome designs and events in SL since then. Usually over the last year I had about 200 to 300 clicks per day sometimes it raised over 500… but all of a sudden I checked the blog stats on Wednesday last week and it was over 600 clicks already and I was doing the happy dance already. But on Thursday the 19th of October 2011, YOU all made my day as the blog reached the 2052 clicks for just one day!!! Since then it never fell back under 1000 to 1500 clicks per day. I am so happy that you all enjoy and read my little posts.

Without you all – readers, followers, friends and designers – I would not be able to do that!!!

THANK YOU for reading, following, supporting and commenting my blog posts!!!

best regards,

*hugs*

“One in a Million Contest”: Mea Culpa – “Shanghai Noon” could grab the win!!!

As well designed for the “One in a million” contest, I would like to showcase the second design Tatanka Kaligawa made for this challenge.

This gown comes with all parts you can see. The hair and shows are part of the outfit and even the amazing jewelry. What I was not able to show on the pics, the gemstones of the jewelry have a very tricky and great texture. It is glittering and glimmering kinda like an animated texture! I rarely saw such before and it really caught my attention. The same texture is repeated on the little balls that are attached on the shoulders. Such a shame that you cannot catch that in a picture but if you make your way to the Mea Culpa Mainstore and get this fabulous gown you can see it πŸ˜‰ as well you can IM me and I will come to the store and show you :). The name already tells some about the idea that was behind that gown – it has a huge asia touch ;). The wonderful fan with the spikes on the right hip and the wonderful flowers that remind on orchids… simply amazing!

The gown can be worn in 3 different versions. I tried to catch all possibilities with keeping one pose to show you what the changes are. Above you can see the first version. For this one you just wear the skirt layer and a special provided leggings under it.

Second possibility would be the so-called mermaid version. For that you just add the prims on the bottom of the skirt combined with the stomach attached prim and the skirt layer.

The last option would be a pants version. For that one you will find an extra made pants layer in your folder that is lightly different to the leggings for the skirt. The incredible hip attachment with the long trains for left and right go well with all versions of them but for sure you can experiment with it as you please. The wonderful shoes are as well part of that outfit as I said and they come with the Mea Culpa HUD to match your skintone perfectly. This outfit really is something special with all the possibilities to wear and all the additions you will get if you purchase that outfit!

Mea Culpa – “Broken Mirror”

Again we have incredible news at Mea Culpa. Designed for the ‘One in a million’ contest “Broken Mirror” was the outfit Tatanka Kaligawa made to enter.

“Broken Mirror” is a incredible, extraordinary, modern and fresh creation. The prims and sculpties are textured with perfection and the layers are beautiful fabrics that needed very filigree and unique work. The awesome glasses, earrings and shoes are as well part of the outfit.

The prims have an amazing shine that makes the whole design very realistic. The shoes – as always for Mea Culpa shoes – have a HUD that is included as well, what lets you match the skin of the bare foot to your own skin tone. As well you can change the toe nail color.

“Fabulous” news by Fellini Couture

Again Joy Fellini designed a breathtaking new gown. The name “Fabulous” gown hits the nail on the head…

The gown is made in different shades of yellow, gold, pink and white and has a wonderful dreamy note what brought me to this pictures on the Lost World sim πŸ™‚

All this wonderful ruffles and layers.. you only can imagine how long it took Joy Fellini to put this incredible stunning gown together. The beautiful huge headpiece as well is part of the outfit. And… if you take a closer look on the face… the amazing lashes with all the little pearls and dots in the same color of the dress… just an awesome idea and again the prove for Joy’s eye for the detail and the love for the little accessories!

Wicca’s Wardrobe – Thank you Yula :)

Lately Xenobia Foxclaw had a great idea… she asked all the Finesmith models to think about their favourite Finesmith Designs set, snap it, write a few words about and posted them on the Finesmith Designs Blog. It was really hard to decide but in the end this was my contribution to it πŸ˜‰

“As I was asked to pic my favourite Finesmith jewelry pieces, I did not think not too long and said “Yes sure, gimme a few minutes”…
…but then I was going over and over my Finesmith pieces and found out … it is harder then I thought to find my “favourite”, because if I woudl add all the ones I call my favourites one picture would not be enough πŸ˜‰
So I was thinking, to wich piece I have the most personal relationship…
It was a huge honor for me to be chosen as one of the Finesmith Muse 2011. All of the finalists got a signature Inspiration set that carries our name. Yula put in so much time, effort and love in each piece she created. She tried to make for each of us a very personal set that mirrors our style and personality. For that she took time for each of us for talking to know us better and find out more about each finalist.
To honor all that she did and because she catched myself so much in the “Wicca” inspiration set I chose to wear it as my personal favourite.
Thank you Yula and the whole Finesmith Family, for a place in Second Life that I really can call home and family :)”

News of the latest collection of Glam Affair!

Glam Affair again made a great new line of outfits for every kind of event πŸ˜‰ One blog post will not even be enough to show them all in the right light. So I decided to make a 2 part story out of it πŸ™‚ My first outfit for this post will be “Ginevra”, a wonderful casual pants outfit. Very chic and autumn like it is the perfect dress for the actual season. The light pnats make a wonderful contrast to the black blouse. This black blouse has such wonderful detailed ruffles and folds… really amazing and they add a touch of elegance to the casual overal.”Ginevra” can be found in othecolor combinations as well at the Glam Affair Mainstore.

To bring a little bit of color into the autumn season the “Orchid” top is the right choice. I picked the pink one for this blog post but you can find as well more awesome fall colors at Glam Affair. The lights and shadows are set so perfect to make the blouse look realistic, that you nearly wanna grab one of this buttons if you wanna take off the blouse again πŸ˜‰ The high neck part is a total “in” for this autumn. The huge black belt breaks the basic color in a beautiful way and leads perfect to the black “Linn” pants with the grand ruffles at the left and right upper leg.

Now we leave the casual side a bit and go more into the chick direction with the wonderful “Ibis” outfit that I again combined with the “Linn” pants as I liked the ruffles of the pants so much to the huge side parts of the “Ibis” body.

This totally black shaded combination would be perfect for a night out or even some fashion event πŸ˜‰

“Fiona” is a very sexy outfit of the new Glam Affair collection and an outfit even Lady Gaga would die for maybe :p. Very sexy with the sheer body and very stylish with the short skirt and the huge bow as a dreamy neck collar πŸ™‚ With the Lady Gaga stylings in mind, I could not resist to wear the new mesh SlinkΒ  “Leather Thigh Highs” πŸ˜‰

“Sora” looks close to “Fiona” for the belly and waist part, but the top is way more closed and opaque and the big bow is not worn at the neck… it makes a wonderful eye catcher at the backside! The collar and wrist parts again made of incredible cute and detailed ruffles and folds like we had it for the “Ginevra” outfit. For me “Sora” would be the total “turn heads” on every fashion event :). As I said, that’s just the first post of the new Glam Affair line, as I wanted to give every outfit the right spot and attention it earned πŸ™‚
