Again  I come to you with some exciting news from CerberusXing. He again made a pair of kick ass ears – the “Withered Berzerker Ears”! The ears are unrigged mesh, which gives you the possibility to resize and position them to your needs. The HUD offers texture and tinting options for skin (12 presets), piercing (black, silver & gold) and the snake ( 7 different colors). Furthermore you have 2 tattoo options with 7 different colors and the possibility to hide it. CerberusXing as well was so generous to include a skin texture map, so you can do your own modifications if you like. Doing so would require basic editing skills as you have to work with textures and applying them to the object.

Speaking of modifications, Nefekalum Tattoos offers already one called “Battle Add-On”, which I certainly had to try for my post 😉 And since I an anyways addicted to the extraordinary work of Sir Skye, I had to use one of his newest releases for my tattoo as well. I am talking about the “Inked” tattoo, which you can find at his main store. An unisex tattoo, that comes with many options and possibilities as Omega Evolved appliers with materials, Maitreya Applier, Slink Redux Applier, Catwa Applier and certainly system, BoM ready layers and he again included some optional projectors you can use to let your tattoo shine in the right light 😉

To complete my outfit I used an older but for me still super amazing gacha from CerberusXing – the “Osseous Species” gacha. What I love so much on that outfit set are the spike parts, the tubes at the collar and the colors and textures the whole ensemble is designed with. It immediately reminded me about HR Giger and so I had to make a set in that style for my pictures as well.Thank god, 22769 made some great tribute designs that perfectly worked for my idea 🙂

Since I am anyways in a space and species mood, I guess I will jump into my Mainframe event folder and see what is left in there for my next picture 😉

I wanted to do a couple picture for such a along time again with my partner Redclaw Inshan and now finally for the Mainframe event the time was right again. You can find so many cool new releases for male and female at the Mainframe event, that there was no way around some couple pictures of them 😉

I always get told, it is rare to find good designs for males… the Mainframe event would be one event to take a look as they have a lot of incredible designs and item for all genders and as well different genres inside a futuristic overall mood. But you can find electronic things, sci-fi, fantasy, post apocalyptic and lots of Neon things.

I mean it is no secret that I am addicted to cyber things anyways do that event was a “must go” anyways but I really think even if you are just looking for some extra ordinary accessories it will be worth looking.

Lets take a closer look what we used from the event…

The first item that probably jumps to your eye first is the cool “Enhancement” tattoo from Nefekalum Tattoos. It is available in red and blue and we chose the red version for todays post. The tattoo (face & body) comes in 2 versions, with the shading (black) and without. You can decide if you want to go BoM or work with the Omega Advanced applier, which as well gives you the cool possibility of materials on the tattoos. Sir Skye as well included 4 projectors (which I did not use for this particular post). 2 color ones in red and blue and 2 tech ones that give you an amazing look through their projector textures!

The incredible detailed face implants are made by {PSYCHO:Byts}. They come in 2 link sets (8 pieces), that you can perfectly edit to fit them on your face. With the HUD you can make a lot of color combinations based on 8 different colors and 6 metal versions.

The extreme cool eye patch was created by Gryphon Vendetta for his brand UNGOD. He already convinced me with his poses but his meshes are very unusual and perfect for a unique look as well! For the Mainframe event, he created that unisex eye piece in black and white. Each one has 4 different colors for the glowing lens and since he left his product modifiable, you can even adjust the glow to your needs.

The cool skin that I am wearing as well is one of the releases for the Mainframe event, coming from Stargazer. They offer the skin in 3 different tones for the event and I chose to wear the gray one.

The gloves that Sir Red is wearing, we created for our own brand Wicca’s Originals – as well a new release for the event, which I will do a separate showcase over the next few days since we again created a female AND a male version of a full outfit that is sold in 3 pieces (outfit, gloves & shows).

 What better than some evergreens from A&Y we could have chosen to complete our looks. the “Dext” hair is one of my personal favorites and I do not need to tell how much I love Anabel Crystal’s clothing if it comes to latex and cyber designs!

You still have till February 20th to visit the cyber fair and see all the goodies in one place before you have to do shop hopping when they all return to their main stores 😉

OMG it is BoM!!!

And again I am coming to you with the new Evolution Line of LeLutka heads – this time with Nova!

The new Evolution Line of LeLUTKA, does hold so many amazing news for the heads that you really need some time until you have them figured out fully and every second is worth it. Today I decided to go with the “mature” feature of the materials. When I took a closer look I was able to see all the cute wrinkles at the outer eye corners and the cool ones on my forehead and between the eyes above the nose. I guess that will be my everyday look now for the new head generation, as I love t to not look like a young woman anymore after all that time I was in SL now*grins* What I found out too was, that I can play with the intensity of the materials as well as the environment influence, which again opened a complete new world for me for future posts!

What I wanted to test now too, was if the amazing Axis HUD from LeLutka would still work with the new heads and – surprise surprise – it DOES! That means even if i got so many new moods and expressions I still may do my own or alter the ones that are included in the HUD.

I never was full sold on the new BoM features besides the new LeLutka heads, so I was fooling around quite a while with a BoM head and a non BoM body. Since it seems to become more and more popular (even if I still do not really see the mega advantage of it for the body) I thought I will give it a try with the “Maitreya Bakes on Mesh Relay HUD” for the Maitreya Body which is sold on MP for 0 L$ (link to the item in my credits below). What I do like with the Maitreya body, is that I still can use my appliers in addition to the new BoM feature and my alpha HUD still works normal.

So what better I could try first on my BoM enabled body than wearing one of my most favorite designers from the past days… LeeZu!!! She sadly left Second Life quite a while ago but I still have EVERYTHING I ever got and bought from LeeZu in the past. I was working there for years as a store model and LeeZu, Barb and GM became true friends of mine. With that feelings and emotions behind it, I never was able to delete all the amazing creations and now, since we can wear layer clothing again, it was the first I tried!

And guess what… it worked! With her texture skills it even looks kick ass awesome on the BoM body. Her textures always were super detailed and knife sharp so she was already ahead of her time back then, which is no surprise to me as she always was one of the very best if it came to texturing and creating her own textures.

So even if I am still not really  a stalwart supporter of the cause, I definitely enjoy wearing all my LeeZu goodies again for now! We will see what the new BoM adventure will have for me the more I take my look into it 😉

Do you know that feeling, if you have gotten something you totaly like and then you have no satisfying idea how to showcase it in a styling? You do not want to make a compromise, nor you want to waste it in something it doesn’t belong 100% to? This I an fighting for 2 different things for weeks now and finally one design just made it into something I do like *smiles all over*

That is one reason, why I am wearing my Simone head from LeLutka again instead of one of the new Evolution line (that will be my next post again!) I was a longer process this time – it started way before the new head line from LeLutka was released *giggles*

When I finally had my look together, the huge problem of the background/scenery started again. Lately that is one of my biggest problems as I rarely find good places when I need them, they usually pop up way after I posted something and then I get into the “Damn, would you just have waited” mode. But if I wouldn’t have the pictures already, that moment would not have happened most likely…

I am pondering if I just over-think things sometimes and that becomes to the problem that I do not like anything I am doing, or if it is just an episode in my life that I question everything at the moment – I have no idea.

But this time I was lucky again and found my perfect background with the “Slum Riverside” backdrop from Paparazzi and some deco elements from DRD and floorplan to make it look like I wanted.

My item I was trying for so long to find the right look was the “Crime Scene” face art from Nefekalum Tattoos. It was a gift for the Hallow Manor. It is an amazing alteration of the “Seer” face tattoo, which I was already in love with and showcased before already (HERE).

Yellow usually isn’t a color I am very familiar with as I love black and red or white the most . Sometimes even blue but the warm, bright colors are something I struggle a lot with. Even more I wanted this pictures to be perfect and cool 😉

CerberusXing is one of my favorite places to go, if I am looking for something edgy, extraordinary or outstanding. I love his dark moods and designs a lot and they do inspire me a lot for many of my pictures. His texture work is incredible with so many different fabrics and his leather textures are just stunning.

Today I am wearing a mix and match of many of his designs. I combines the “Hiniata” net dress with the “Pantsu Codex” panties and the amazing detailed “LSD Fishnet” stockings. I will have another post for the stockings soon since I am hiding half of the beauty in my “Monster Boots” from Psycho Barbie.

I wanted to bring the yellow once again and I digged deep in my inventory to find something yellow that would work with the amazing face art. Yellow isn’t automatically yellow, something I tried to tell people for years. Even if it is the same color or color range it still might clash if you pair the wrong shades, but I rarely get heard with that *rolls her eyes*

It is the same when people keep saying red and pink do not go together – damn hell they do if you picture the right shades… anyways, lets focus on yellow and black again *winks*

I know I used the earring/piercing gacha set from Eclipse Art Studio already for my last picture but it is just so amazing I had to use it again for this post. I even loved that kind of piercing in RL and as well had one of those for a long time, where the nose piercing was connected to the ear – maybe thats is why I love it so much, as it reminds me on my 20s. Even if I have no clue anymore how I could sleep with that chain across my cheek… must have worked as I had for quite a while! I always loved long earrings more than short ones or studs only, even if sometimes my long hair totally became a mess when they tangled up with exactly that. The long earrings I used to take out at night and changed them kinda everyday.

The whole style remembers me on my 20s somehow even if I would have not worn that tiny, little nothing of that sexy net dress like that… but hey, that is what we have Second Life for!

Now I will crawl back to my platform and work some more on the new “Nova” head from LeLutka, so that I can show that to you next 😉

New Evolution Head Line at LeLutka!!!

Today I am very excited to show you one of the 2 new heads of the new LeLUTKA Evolution line. They are to be released at January the 6th, 2020 (today) according to the LeLutka press release.

There will be an introduction price of 3700 L$ until the 20th of January before they will have the LeLutka standard price of 5000 L$.

What first jumped into my eyes when I put on the “LeLUTKa – Erin 1.0” head was the new HUD interface…

I added all of the tabs to one picture from top to bottom buttons) to have a better overview.

The new heads are 100% Bakes on Mesh (BoM), you only will be able to use your older appliers (LeLutka & Omega) for skin, eyes and lashes. Since this new head line has a new HD lip and eyeshadow layer, your old appliers will not work anymore with those new heads. They are really meant to be used for BoM mainly 🙂 As you can see in the first tab – right beside the navigation bar -the new heads have multiple material options with softer and stronger details (it took me a while till i figured out that the feather icon does mean it is the softer version*giggles*). In addition you can still modify glossiness, intensity and environment for your materials with the sliders below.

On the second tab you will see your default lashes that come with the head. 12 lashes were included with the possibility to mix and match the top and the bottom to get your own unique, signature look.

The 3rd tab includes the 12 eye colors you get delivered by default with your new HUD. You now can even have 2 different colored eyes and you can safe applied eyes to the free save slots at the bottom. You as well have the option to switch to baked on mesh versions. In the “Genetics” tab, which  forgot to include on my overview (the sign under under the “play” button on the navigation bar) – so I will add it  HERE as a quick gyazo –  you as well can change the size of your iris and the offset of your eyes. In the same tab you can hide and color your lacrimal caruncle, choose the style of your teeth, play with your ears prominence and as a new feature hide your tongue!

The Teeth/Mouth tab offers you 9 different color and shading options for your teeth with 5 different anatomical variations (Again those you find in th Genetics tab).

The next 2 tabs are the new HD eye makeups and lipsticks – 6 colors each with different materials and the sliders to modify them.

The tab with the “play” button hold all the 23 cool new moods and the 32 new expressions that are now driven by an improved rigg, which as well gives you more options to work on your shape with the “edit appearance” sliders. As well new is the eye/lid section as now you have both eye lids animated along with the eyes, which gives you a way more realistic look. I already tested my Axis HUD as well and that still works perfectly to even adjust those expressions of make your own ones.

Because of BoM, there will be no longer default skins from Glam Affair included, but you get an LeLutka face applier in 4 different tones without brows since they are now applicable with system tattoo layers as well (4 tones included). For todays post I used nevertheless one of the amazing Glam Affair skins that were made for this new heads and as well will be released on the 6th of January. Glam Affair will release 5 new skins that work with both oft the new LeLutka heads (Erin & Nova) perfectly. Each skin comes in the 12 actual skin tones as BoM layers and HUD appliers. Each skin tone comes in A – E versions for the different eye brow colors and one brow-less option (E). I Decided to go with the “Xia Layer [LeLutka] 002 E” for todays post. What is new to those skins as well are the “Universal Layers”, which I have to spotlight in another post soon. The Glam Affair press releases says:

“We’re very excited to launch the Glam Affair Universal System Layers. These are special tattoo layers blended to apply only the face and make up areas of a Glam Affair release to any other skin…not just our own brands! ADD them to your current BoM skin and see how they work!”

I have to admit, it is really worth to play with them even on other skins and see that cool effect! The Universal Layers come in 8 special tone layers with a brows (A) and a brow-less option (B).

For your new LeLUTKA Evolution head, you as well get a new hairbase pack with 4 hairbases in 8 different colors – I had to find out that I can tint hairbases still as back in the old days in your edit outfit window as long as they are modify.

Speaking of tinting.. when I first played with the new LeLutka HUD I was nearly freaking out as I thought we are no longer able to tint the different layers… but then I thank god found the Tint Panel…

Sometimes it is worth to think before you speak…

I thought a long time, if I can do a post with pictures like that without getting a shit storm started… but the idea I had for that post or better, what brought me to do pictures like that had a very special reason. I thought for along time to talk about bullying or psychological violence. These kinds of hurts may not leave a mark on someone that can be seen, but that doesn’t mean it would not hurt exactly like those – sometimes even more than if you would get a punch in your side. Physical wounds usually heal after a while and then you won’t see them anymore, psychological ones sometimes never fully heal and shadow us sometimes till the end.

My Grandpa once told me something when I was younger. I was sitting beside him when I was taunted at school about not being/looking like the majority of the class. While he was putting an arm around me and tried to solace me, he talked to me. Back then I didn’t understood what he meant, but later when I was a grown up (if I am fully grown up yet? I have no idea…), I slowly started to realize what he meant. He said “You are the one that chooses, who can hurt you.  You are the one to allow people to hurt you. So always think about it seriously, if it is worth to allow someone to hurt you!” First when I heard that from him, I thought he just is old and has no clue what he is talking about. I forgot about that for quite a while until I was older.

 

I always felt that I am not a great fit to my class mates. I didn’t behave like them, I didn’t look like them and I did not even want to. Most of my class mates are sons and daughters from lawyers, doctors, judges or something in that way. I was a teachers daughter, not dumb, nor stupid. My father died of cancer when I was 7 and my Mom was alone with me and my 3 years younger brother. Thank to the state, my Mom got the state pension from my father as teachers in Germany are employed by the state. We were really lucky as my Mom did know how to work with the money she had. We never missed anything – we went on holidays in summer and winter, we got birthday and Christmas presents and I never heard my Mom saying no if my brother or me wanted some ice cream while we were shopping (only if we already had some or we just had lunch or dinner). I only felt it, when branded clothing became important for some people from my class. For example I had jeans – cool jeans – but they were no Diesel or Lewis jeans. I never cared about that, I am more a simple person. If I like something, I won’t look what brand it is from or look if it would be expensive enough to buy it. Not to mention that I was a Punk back then anyways so jeans had to be modified and ripped anyways before I wanted to wear them. But that exactly seemed to be the issue. First I thought it must be the clothing that did separate me from many of my class mates and why they started to laugh at me – as a child you cannot just walk away and do you own thing… you want to be liked and you want some friends. So I went home and asked my Mom, if I could have some Diesel jeans. Her response first was: “Why, what is wrong with yours?” and when I explained it to her she said: “Sure you can have a pair for your birthday or Christmas, or you can buy them from your pocket money if you have enough, because they are expensive” Certainly I first thought that would be unfair until I was older and realized that it wasn’t just my clothing or what kind of game consoles I had.

I never was a stick-figure Barbie doll like all my class mates – I was the only one that had curves pretty soon, a nice present from the women on my mother side family tree. I did a lot of sports, because I loved it and not because I wanted to loose weight, or because someone told me to do so. I started with Gymnastics when I was 4 (until I was 22), I enjoyed riding from when I was 6 and later on I tried Volleyball and Swimming, too. So I basically was busy the whole week, everyday with some kind of sports and on the weekends there were contests for those. But that did not count either, it just did count that I wasn’t a size zero and that again was enough for some kids to pick on me and making fun out of me. I have to tell you… if that happens, it hurts like mad and that will not heal for quite a while. Especially if you later on meet guys that ask you for a date and then tell you you would be so sweet and nice, but with like 5 to 10 kilos you would be even more nice. All this bulling and hateful hurt doesn’t help teens to build up any kind of self esteem, which is so important to resist these same idiots who try to hurt you.

But that is not what I was trying to talk about, I don’t want your pity, because my life changed over the years and I understood what my Grandpa was trying to tell me. I do have true friends now and I enjoy my life as it is now. But sometimes I really get mad when I see people, groups or even websites, that bash certain people or groups, They think it is fun and never even think about how bad they can hurt other peoples feelings. They think they are right to judge or dictate others. I often ask myself what it would give them to do that… I do not have a real answer besides that their own life must be so miserable that they need to destroy others lifes for their own happiness. If that would not hurt others so bad, I would even feel pity with them and their misery.

How desperate you have to be, if you try to find something to hurt another person with it?!?

Who do you think you are to accuse people with whatever you think you found out that would be worth spreading the word about?!?

What rights you have to destroy other peoples lifes or dreams with a “truth” you just built out of nothing?!?

Why you think you are the one to judge about others peoples looks – because you are so much better?!?

Why you think you are allowed to take a rise out of somebody?!?

NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO DO THAT TO ANOTHER PERSON!!!

I know I won’t change the fact, that it happens everyday, everywhere anyways if in Real Life or in Second Life. But if I can just get one person to think about, before they open their mouth about someone or type (even worse) anonymous comments on websites about someone –  I am happy. I am not saying that we can not gossip or talk with our true friends about others and have our own opinions, but there is a difference if you try to hurt someone actively or if you just talk to someone in private and share an opinion. We do not get along with all and everybody, but n the end it should be a “live and let live” type of spirit. Both worlds are big enough for all of us and there is no need to destroy or eliminate someone. PLUS… never forget what you do to others… can be done to you as well if the time comes!

Maybe you now understand my drastic pictures for todays post. They only were meant to make inner pain visible and catch the mood of this post.

So my wish for 2020  – for both worlds – would be:

Sometimes just think before you open your mouth about something or someone. Think about if you would hurt someone irrecoverably and if you only get the glimpse of a “YES”, just keep your mouth shut or delete your comment where ever it was supposed to go!

Family sometimes grows unexpected…

… and if that happens like that, it is the best that can happen *smiles*

Today I had company for my shoot from a person I wanted to do a picture together in forever… my cute, evil, goth, kawaii daughter Shy. I never had a daughter in Second Life before the more I was surprised as some when Shy was in my IMs calling me “Mamasan” – I had to smile all over.

I know Shy for quite some time and I always adored her style and the way how she does her pictures. It always was a mixture of cute and creepy or cute and goth and always with a touch of kawaii. I never saw a “goth-kawaii” style in such a perfection before. She used to blog for Wicca’s Originals in the past and had to stop some when. We kinda lost us on our path through Second Life until I met her again on a Vernisage where her “Daddy”- Sir Skye Nefekalum –  had one of his art pieces – I was invited as well and when I saw her again it felt like we never stopped talking. I could not resist to ask her if she would consider to come back to our blogger team as I love her artwork so much. When she said she would think about since her Second Life as well changed again a lot, I already was happy about that. You can imagine, how it felt when she said she would be ready to come back and use our creations for her incredible awesome pictures again!

The more it did honor me and made me happy when she called me Mamasan. So she became my first Second Life daughter EVER 🙂 She is crazy, cute and sometimes even creepy always in the right balance and I hope this picture wasn’t the last we did together!
