Mesh News at LeeZu!!!

Yesterday, after my LeeZu shift I finally made it to visit the wonderful Mayfair sim. The sim was builded by Mon Tissu & Celoe. Almost entirely built in mesh, the sim features a realistic and unique architecture, based on the real life Mayfair area in London, within the City of Westminster. The geometries and the attention to details are breathtaking, and it features the new Mon Tissu and Celoe Mainstores, with a sneak peek of their new, upcoming collections. The sim is open since March 16th.

The cool outfit I am wearing is the latest release of LeeZu Baxter, owner and highly skilled designer of LeeZu. She again outdid her self with her latest creation. The wonderful “Combinaison Douce” is made with the new mesh technique an it lays perfect on your body. To make it even easier you have an alpha layer, what makes sure that not even a tiny little bit of the body shines through. The amazing textures again show how much love for the detail LeeZu puts on her designs. The “Combinaison Douce” can be purchased in several awesome colors and every color comes in 2 different options. Once with the basic color only that carries the wonderful ornaments and the second option has lighter version of the basic color at the outside of the pants. As well LeeZu includes 5 different sizes so that you really can be sure the new mesh fits your shape as well 🙂

Lately I catch myself more and more with the new mesh items. Mesh might not yet be fully free of errors and here and there cause some issues… but overall I more and more like the idea of it and I see myself trying it more and more, like with the “Cherry” hair from Wasabi Pills, what also is mesh 🙂

Detention at MVW Academy

Last days I walked through the MVW Academy corridors and suddenly I heard a mega off one of the class rooms. As I went closer I peeked through the little window in the door and saw half of a class running around, shouting. Some where pulling each others hairs and some were throwing stuff against each other… I opened the door with a light smile as this reminded me of my own high school years. If there was no teacher the students freak out and start doing crap. And my memories were completed as I entered the room. All of a sudden it went quiet and all eyes were focusing me, in an asking way, what I would do here… As I started explaining my memories and that it lightly made me sad that they all went so quiet, I saw out of my eye corner in my back one girl who tried to place some glue on the teachers chair and as they wanted to prove me wrong a little paper ball hit my forehead. The suddnely I saw them both – Pow and Temptress – pulling each others hair… I grabbed the 2 girls by the arms and pulled them closer looking at them… Finally I came to an idea… if they chose to put me in the teachers role so badly (yes I still do not feel like an adult most of the time :p), I decided I could get some detention out as well and told them, that I think they would have too much free time and that I can change that for a while…

I told them that I wanna have 2 looks created in the next 15 min. The first look should be kinda city chic style, like they would go out for shopping in London, Rome or Mailand. The second look should be a crazy future fashion… nothing that quite did happen, more what could be fashion in the future… and on the 2 pictures you can see the results :p. The did a pretty good job on the tasks and I wanted to share the funny story along with the nice results as well 🙂

So MVW Academy students… be careful how you show you have too much free time in the future *grins evil*

Amazing news from Bubble’s Design!

Not too long ago I had a wonderful elegant gown from Bubble Cyberstar, owner and designer of Bubble’s Design. Today I would like to show how versatile Bubble is with her designs. The latest creation she made is called “Midnight Light” and it is a more artistic avant garde look. The huge shoulderpart and the matching headpiece are for me the center of the whole styling. The wonderful silver-white light speres that go down from the shoulders again catch the theme of the whole dress. All the speres of the dress have an amzing glow that underlines the name of the dress 🙂 The skirt is wonderful flexible and the fabric of the top is brought back on the leggings.

To add a bit of my own to complete the look I had in mind I added one of the wonderful corstes of NV Corsetry. This time it was the “Vintage Striped Satin Corset” in candy-black. To bring the new color pf the corset back I picked the amazing “Heartist” boots that blackliquid made for the ‘Back to Black’ event (http://wiccamerlin.wordpress.com/2012/02/08/blackliquid-for-back-to-black/). PurpleMoon: Dress Me Purple Hunt – What I found!

As I promised, today I have some of the wonderful hunt items of the “Dress Me Purple” hunt from PurpleMoon. On the first picture above I combined #1 (“Metallic Violet Nails”), #3 (“Cubics II in Lavender”), #4 (“Monogram Bag I Purple” – yes the one I used to snatch the dress from Herra :p), #5 (“Mara Boots in Aubergine”), #7 (“Shelan in Purple Pants”) and #8 (“Marga Tunic in Dark Purple). The hair (“Sun”), as well is from PurpleMoon but not in the hunt 🙂

For the second look I chose #2 (“Tribe Necklace Brown/Purple/Magenta”), #5 (“Mara Boots in Aubergine”), #9 (“Arisu Pants in Purple” without the sleeves) and #10 (“Julia Balloon Dress in Purple”) The hair (“Cat”), again comes from PurpleMoon and is as well in the store but not part of the hunt 🙂

Opera meets Couture Gala

A secret walk with a not yet released dress…

A few days ago I was visiting Herradura Baar, dear and long time friend of mine. We had a nice talk with coffee and cake. After spending some hours ranting and gossiping I needed to find the bathroom. She told me to leave the room and the 2 times right and I will find it.

I passed her sleeping room as suddenly something jumped into my eyes… there was a box on the bed… it looked as it was opened short before, kinda like I disturbed Herra as I arrived. I opened the door a bit more and peeked closer… the box had Journey McLaglen as sender on it. Now my explorer spirit took over. It looked like a new idea of Journey for Prism, that she sent to Herra like always to ask for her opinion… my brain was working hard… what could I do to try it. I left the box and went to the bathroom still thinking…

As I came back, I had an idea…

I passed Herra’s sleeping room again and quietly I snatched the new dress and pushed it into my bag… thank got I had chosen one of the bigger ones of PurpleMoon that I found in the ‘Dress Me Purple Hunt’ (yes I will post that soon as well :p). I went back to the living room and told a weird story about a text message on my phone about my dog and told her I will be back in a bit. I left her house and nearly ran to my car.

After I drove a few minutes I reached a small wood and it looked lonely and quiet. I stopped the car and pulled the dress out of my bag. There was a little label on it at the bottom that said “Prism – Yoko”. I tried it on and it really looks amazing. Parts are made with the new mesh technique and the textures are incredible great and detailed like always for Prism. It really was hard to get this amazing dress off again, but I had to bring it back. After another 15 minutes I was back in the car and on the way back to Herra’s house. For thank god I was able to put the dress back where I found it, Herra did not yet notice something, as she was cleaning the cups we used for the coffee before. So better keep an eye on the upcoming Prism releases… I am sure “Yoko” will be out soon!
