Ice Age – Mysterious, Unapproachable & Cold

Snow, darkness, post apocalyptic… that all was something I had in mind for this post.

When I unpacked the new “Frozen” outfit from [sys], I immediately knew – this would be the perfect outfit for that post.

A cape style looking jacket and some long sleeves under it, which are directly connected to the skirt. It doe s look like as if you would have your hands in your skirt pockets. The short mini skirt and the deep neckline give the whole ensemble a very seductive touch and I guess you should be not a freezy doll to wear that in the actual season *grins*.. ok maybe you can add some tights :p

The deep neckline was just perfect for the wonderful, filigree “Carlisle” necklace from Zibska. It comes with a huge HUD, that lets you customize it to many different color combinations.

For the boots I chose our new “Faye” boots, which we released for the actual Liaison Collaborative. The “Faye” boots come in many different colors and fit the Maitreya and Slink body.

The stunning and extraordinary head piece as well comes from [sys]. It was made for the Winter Solstice event from Pale Girl Productions. The event already is over sadly but I am sure you will find the “Kalt” head piece at the [sys] main store by now. All the amazing chains and pearls are part of the head piece and make it a real art piece!

The incredible awesome makeup was done by Slackgirl. She really has a hand for unusual and exciting face art! The “Cursed” makeup comes with a kick ass mesh piece around your neck as well, which i will probably showcase soon as well. for this post I decided to just use the makeup.  The awesome accented dark eye shadow with the wonderful gradient from the top to the bottom of the face is highlighted by the little silver – I am tempted to say Swarowsky – jewels and the awesome little moon at the forehead. It just gives you THE mysterious and seductive, tough look, like a cold and unapproachable strong lady.

When I looked for a location i just typed ‘ice age’ into search and right the first location that came up was ‘objective’ There isn’t much going on there but what I found was just perfect for my idea.

A cold, post apocalyptic snow chaos, with just a few structures left – buried in snow and ice.

I really had fun doing something ‘arctic and cold’ even if we still have no snow over here in Germany :p

Merry Christmas with Blacklace & Glamistry

I never did any Christmas posts with lingerie I guess so I thought, this year I finally could have one :p

Maybe it was not that, but the fact that I am stuck at home with pneumonia till christmas and all of a sudden my day is so long, that I can play around with stylings more than I ever expected right before Christmas 😉

Usually the days before Christmas are very hectic in RL. In school we need to finish the last Christmas presents for the parents, music students want to have a Christmas concert or I need to run for some last-minute presents… that all was wiped out all of a sudden, when I got told “You will stay at home on the couch, no cold air, no huge activities” by the doctor.

I never had pneumonia before and I have to admit it sucks.. all that weird coughing and fever that makes me feel dizzy and tipsy… horrible. I love my work and I enjoy my life! So being stuck on the couch is probably the most ugly thing I can imagine.

I was called a bad patient before, for being not patient enough and just laying down until I am better.. but hey… life is too short for just laying down and doing nothing!

When I saw the amazing group gift with the cute santa hat at Argrace, I did know, I wanna do a sexy Holidays post 😉

I put on the super sexy “Vivian Candy Cane” lingerie from Blacklace, which just was released for Christmas 😉 I always admired the amazing details and filigree textures of Blacklace lingerie and with that sweet ensemble Blacklace reinvented one of their amazing lingerie sets. The awesome shoes are made by Glamistry and with the huge roses on the top of the peep toes it matched perfect in cuteness to the hair and the lingerie 😉

To have some gold added to the holy days.. I used the “Faith” jewelry from EMO-tions, that reminded me of the little Christmas tree balls my grandma always had on her Christmas tree.

The furniture and deco I used for the set I mostly found in my “MadPea Christmas Calendar 2016”. That calendar was so much fun with all the quality gifties in it… I just can recommend it for all for the next year if they do it again 😉

When I saw the “She’s a Maniac” gacha set from Salt & Pepper, I immediately had the pictures of one of my favourite 80s movie in mind… Flashdance!

For those who are my age.. I am sure you remember that little beauty training her ass off, sweating like she would have stood in the rain to get hired by that ballet company :p

Yes, I admit, I had to watch the movie right there again while styling the new gacha set of Salt & Pepper and I highly enjoyed it – even if I saw it like a hundred times before – Thank you Salt!

I wanted to make my own interpretation of that main character of the movie, or how I would have seen the look in my very own vision. Since I am an 80s addicted, I had to have it in black and white with some hints of red on the lips and the fingernails, the hat as well was a must 😉

First I experimented with a ballet room with lots of mirrors and what not, but then I felt that something more simple would do a better job, to have the focus on the actual look and as well the fantastic poses from Poseidon.

So I just set up a white studio with a ballet barre from Cinphul and the “BoomBox” by [Since 1975]. I rarely saw such amazing energetic poses, than the ones of Poseidon. And when I saw he had  ballet and dances moves…

Again I experienced that not only great clothing, a cool set and some good photography make a picture.. no… poses do their huge part to it as well. It is always a combination of everything in my opinion.

And it is a lot more fun to work with energetic poses… if it fits the theme than with just static photo poses. Sometimes energetic, movement poses might not work on the first view, but if you change the angle, you can have super cool pictures, or if you just use a crop 😉

To give the whole look some more personal twist, I added the “Grim” eyepatch from [sys]. I love fancy headpieces and face deco and this little piece of art is just another master piece of [sys]. All those leather bands, chains and little decorations make this eyepatch to so much more than “just” an eyepatch 😉

The “Charming” collar from Happy Undead just matched so nicely in colors, style and as well in the positioning – it nearly looked as it was made for the “She’s a maniac” gacha set!

Maybe you now have the same desire as I had to watch ‘Flashdance’ again and I would like at least to link the video of that song 😉

LOTD 12/17/2016 – The Dust of Snow

Finally I had a little bit of time after 2 rough, not nice RL weeks, to sit down for a while and use styling as therapy again.
I have no clue why but making fun styles kinda really works like a therapy for me, to calm down and relax.
This time I started with the awesome “Provocative Thai” lingerie from Blacklace, which can be found at he actual round of the Kinky Event. It perfectly can be worn as seductive lingerie as well but I really wanted to showcase that it can be way more than that 😉
The sexy shorts I chose to wear with the corset, come from [sys] as well as the mega cool scarf. Now I missed something for the arms.. We have winter Wicca dear’… i was reminded by a very close friend who was with me while I was putting that look together. Fine. since it is winter I can wear the amazing “Jane” jacket from Asteria, which iI anyways love so much :p Ok lets call it sleeves as it just goes to the arms 😉
The shoes are made by my own brand – Wicca’s Wardrobe – for the actual round of the Liaison Collaborative event. The cool choker can be found at On9 made by Slackgirl – she made the amazing, cool earrings as well and I guess you will find those at her main store.
The super cute hair with the amazing corset lines at the sides are the item from EMO-tions for the actual round of Hairology. I totally fell in love with that hairstyle as it goes so perfectly with so many different looks 😉
Now I just needed some wintery looking location and what could be better than the new decorated sim “It all starts with a smile”. The sim is made with so much love to the detail and has so many amazing corners and places where you can do awesome pictures! It is really worth a visit and maybe since it is Christmas you want to show their donation box, how much you like the sim, so they can hold it for many more amazing shoots, journeys and moments for all of us 😉

Phoenix – A Modern, Steampunk Interpretation

Sometimes the mind takes off and you just go with the flow…

That happened again after I got the amazing “Lavi” makeup from Slackgirl. I wanted to do something special as the makeup itself looked very different to me.

First I tried something simple, as I wanted the makeup to pop out, but what ever I tried, it never did satisfaction to the makeup to my feeling.

That usually is the point when I put things to the side and wait until the creative muse kisses me with the right idea. But for what ever reason I could not do it this time without again and again thinking about it.

With the amazing shine of the makeup, I came across the idea to use the wonderful “Asgard Wings” from E.V.E Studio, that come with the matching head wing parts. So I slowly got a basic idea for what would like to go for. Wearing the cool head wing parts I had to find some hair, that go well with them without hiding too much or looking too funky. The ” Tommy” hair is the perfect choice to match my vision, which grows more and more in my mind 😉

With the beautiful detailed top from the “Scarlett” lingerie – made by Salt & Pepper – I had the arms free for the awesome “Elowen” arm pieces from Wicca’s Wardrobe. The shorts with the cool garter straps come from Asteria and are named “Mady”.

With the cool “Lavi” makeup and the “Asgard” accessories the vision of an steampunk Phoenix was born in my head… I can’t tell you why but it just got tsuck in my mind :p

For the set, which I built at my studio I used the incredible “Propelling Gears” together with the “Rosina’s Undergeound” and the “Eye of the Storm” made the perfect ambience for what I was looking for 🙂

Now.. simple runway poses would not do justice to the Phoenix idea. I was trying quite a few but nothing really would work with my idea and finally Gryphon Vendetta, creator of Poseidon poses saved my life. I ran into Poseidon via Gryphons amazing flickr stream and his incredible pictures. I totally love them and drooled more than once over his pictures 😉

He does very dramatic and expressive poses which are perfect for exciting pictures and moods. I rarely saw such motion looking poses, which still look human and not distorted for the limbs. It looks like that he has poses for every occasion you can think about whether it is weapons, running scenes or flying moments. Sometimes he even has props coming with them like the one I used for the dark bloody nurse post not too long ago (https://wiccamerlin.de/something-evils-lurkinin-the-dark/).

I really got kinda an addiction for Poseidon poses since I tried them first and with all those possibilities he offers, I guess that will not be the last post I used them :p (I spied a Harley Quinn set too and I LOVE Harley Quinn*grins evil*)

But for now I hope you enjoyed my person vision of a modern steampunk Phoenix 😉
