“Fabulous” news by Fellini Couture
Again Joy Fellini designed a breathtaking new gown. The name “Fabulous” gown hits the nail on the head…
The gown is made in different shades of yellow, gold, pink and white and has a wonderful dreamy note what brought me to this pictures on the Lost World sim 🙂
All this wonderful ruffles and layers.. you only can imagine how long it took Joy Fellini to put this incredible stunning gown together. The beautiful huge headpiece as well is part of the outfit. And… if you take a closer look on the face… the amazing lashes with all the little pearls and dots in the same color of the dress… just an awesome idea and again the prove for Joy’s eye for the detail and the love for the little accessories!

Lately Xenobia Foxclaw had a great idea… she asked all the Finesmith models to think about their favourite Finesmith Designs set, snap it, write a few words about and posted them on the Finesmith Designs Blog. It was really hard to decide but in the end this was my contribution to it 😉
“As I was asked to pic my favourite Finesmith jewelry pieces, I did not think not too long and said “Yes sure, gimme a few minutes”…
…but then I was going over and over my Finesmith pieces and found out … it is harder then I thought to find my “favourite”, because if I woudl add all the ones I call my favourites one picture would not be enough 😉
So I was thinking, to wich piece I have the most personal relationship…
It was a huge honor for me to be chosen as one of the Finesmith Muse 2011. All of the finalists got a signature Inspiration set that carries our name. Yula put in so much time, effort and love in each piece she created. She tried to make for each of us a very personal set that mirrors our style and personality. For that she took time for each of us for talking to know us better and find out more about each finalist.
To honor all that she did and because she catched myself so much in the “Wicca” inspiration set I chose to wear it as my personal favourite.
Thank you Yula and the whole Finesmith Family, for a place in Second Life that I really can call home and family :)”

News of the latest collection of Glam Affair!
Glam Affair again made a great new line of outfits for every kind of event 😉 One blog post will not even be enough to show them all in the right light. So I decided to make a 2 part story out of it 🙂 My first outfit for this post will be “Ginevra”, a wonderful casual pants outfit. Very chic and autumn like it is the perfect dress for the actual season. The light pnats make a wonderful contrast to the black blouse. This black blouse has such wonderful detailed ruffles and folds… really amazing and they add a touch of elegance to the casual overal.”Ginevra” can be found in othecolor combinations as well at the Glam Affair Mainstore.
To bring a little bit of color into the autumn season the “Orchid” top is the right choice. I picked the pink one for this blog post but you can find as well more awesome fall colors at Glam Affair. The lights and shadows are set so perfect to make the blouse look realistic, that you nearly wanna grab one of this buttons if you wanna take off the blouse again 😉 The high neck part is a total “in” for this autumn. The huge black belt breaks the basic color in a beautiful way and leads perfect to the black “Linn” pants with the grand ruffles at the left and right upper leg.
Now we leave the casual side a bit and go more into the chick direction with the wonderful “Ibis” outfit that I again combined with the “Linn” pants as I liked the ruffles of the pants so much to the huge side parts of the “Ibis” body.
This totally black shaded combination would be perfect for a night out or even some fashion event 😉
“Fiona” is a very sexy outfit of the new Glam Affair collection and an outfit even Lady Gaga would die for maybe :p. Very sexy with the sheer body and very stylish with the short skirt and the huge bow as a dreamy neck collar 🙂 With the Lady Gaga stylings in mind, I could not resist to wear the new mesh Slink “Leather Thigh Highs” 😉
“Sora” looks close to “Fiona” for the belly and waist part, but the top is way more closed and opaque and the big bow is not worn at the neck… it makes a wonderful eye catcher at the backside! The collar and wrist parts again made of incredible cute and detailed ruffles and folds like we had it for the “Ginevra” outfit. For me “Sora” would be the total “turn heads” on every fashion event :). As I said, that’s just the first post of the new Glam Affair line, as I wanted to give every outfit the right spot and attention it earned 🙂
Latenight work before the grand reopening of Prism!!!
In a few hours it is… the grand reopening of Prism. Last minute Journey McLaglen told me she will have an amazing group gift for the opening and I have no the honor to show it to you as a preview ;).
Sure I wanted to show you before the reopening of the store and so I sat down late at night in my office and worked on the pics and the blog. The new outfit is called “Denise” and in a wonderful maroon color it will be the group gift especially for the reopening of Prism.
The whole “Denise” outfit in maroon will be the group gift. A full ready-to-wear outfit with amazing details as a gift… unbelievable but true!
You can wear this outfit with or without the amazing jacket. The striped pants are amazingly textured as well as the filigree ornamented top. The jacket has so many cute details like the buckle and you again can see the awesome skills of Journey McLaglen, as she painted the textures as always per hand on her own. It amazes me every time, the total perfectionism of this textures Journey McLaglen does.
Now you maybe can understand why I sat down that late to finish this post for that amazing news 😉 Today it will be the day. At 10AM SLT Prism will reopen the doors and show off the amazing new outfits, designed by Journey McLaglen! Don’t miss it!!!

Future Fashion only for females… way not and Ezura Xue proofed it ;). The new “Genetic Digital Unisex” outfit is the perfect outfit for the fashion future couple! If you purchase this great outfit you will have 2 versions in your box. one female and one male version.
As you can see this cool outfit only has one very little different part and that’s the nipple pasties for the females, the rest of the outfit is totally the same for male and female. The teal parts of the outfit can be recolored with a HUD that comes for both outfits and you can pick any color you can think of with the colorfield in the HUD. For sure you have some ready-made presets of colors as well and you can decide also if you wanna have a light glow on the colored parts or not. LOTD 09/29/2011 with Fellini Couture
Yesterday I met Joy Fellini – talented designer and owner of Fellini Couture – on one of her secret shopping tours… nope I will not tell where :p… and she gave me one of her latest releases – “Z”. Such an awesome creation with a lovely zebra print all over the dress. The huge ruffles on the sides are made in a sheer lace fabric and make an awesome contras to the opaque dress it self. What really caught my eyes were the zebra tinted claws that decorate the chest and the huge headpiece that as well has this awesome claws that hold it on the head. The bracelets and the collar are as well part of the outfit. For the earrings I used the “Noir” earrings from Finesmith Design, and the shoes are made by epoque. For me the “Z” dress is definitely a must have for the modern fashionista. A workers day with Neurolab Inc. ;)
As I got this cool, new mesh baggy pants from Neurolab Inc., I thought about what I can do to let them shine in pictures as they earn it 😉
After all the glamour and high fashion I thought I can try something different and make the “MESH Baggy Pants” for woman in camo and uni color, center of my post 🙂
So I thought of a ‘workers day’ :). As I can not go only with the great “MESH Baggy Pants camo” in white I had to add at least a white tank top, for this post it was one from Maitreya.
To complete the ‘working girl’ look I got me some welding goggles and a bit dirt in form of a mud tattoo 🙂
Shoes… have to match that look as well and none of my pumps worked*grins* so I decided to go with ‘dockers’ style shoes without any heels :p.
The “MESH” Baggy Pants” for females are available in different colors and fabrics. For my post I was wearing the white version of the camo style, but even the camo you can purchase in different colors…
If you take a closer look, you will see how detailed this pants are made. The pockets, as well on the back, look so realistic and with the ‘mesh’ feature even the knee part looks so cool.

Incredible Autumn News by Tres Beau!!!
Yesterday I had the great honor to judge at the Styling Forward contest with Frolic Mills and Kimmera Madison. It was great fun and we saw some cool Halloween stylings. After the show, Kimmera, Edi and me, talked a while and had fun in some pose stores. During that time Kimmera gave me 2 of her new designs. Not long after I excused myself and went into my dark corner to look at the outfits… WOW!!! Both are incredible great and so perfect for the actual season! I was sitting over my inventory to find a few things to style this wonderful outfits quite a while, but then it looked like I wanted it to be :p …
The first you can see in the pic above is called “Flight”. The huge feather collar inspired me to use the great face tattoo from Miamai that reminded me of some feathers of dark birds as well. That brought me on those 2 crows and the dead tree in the back ;). The lipstick was made by Oceane and the earrings are one of my longtime favourite, the “Vivienne” earrings made by yula Finesmith. The boots and the hat are as well part of that amazing “Flight” outfit of Tres Beau!!!
The second outfit for today as well from Tres Beau will be the “Meryl” dress in red…
On this dress you again can see Kimmera’s skills and possibilities if it comes to designing. The beautiful corsage has a handpainted texture as usual for Tres Beau clothing. That for me it makes it very special, as you really can see nearly every brush line, that is needed to make such a wonderful and unique texture! I only can imagine how long it takes to draw and paint such a filigree texture. What I always adored on Kimmera’s work is that the textures seem to move with the avatar… the texture hardly gets stretched weird or destroyed while my pixels move. The awesome sheer skirt as well is a pice of art if you see how it moves with the avatar. The right flexibility and moving time to let it look really real. The 2 big ornaments at the left hip and the head make amazing eyecatchers and give an extra touch of elegnance to the whole outfit. If you visit the Tres Beau Mainstore you will find a lot more of the amazing creations of Kimmera Madison and I am sure you will as well find one for you 😉
