Play Chess with Rfyre & EMO-tions!

Today I would like to showcase the contribution of Rfyre to the Month of Games event.

The amazing “No Ones Pawn” mesh dress comes with gloves, boots and the awesome detailed head-piece. The dress itself carries a chess textured fabric and with the garters, the longer back and the short front it has a very sexy look. The gloves come with a HUD that lets you chose from different hand positions

When I did the styling and the pics I was all to the Musical Chess listening to all that amazing songs. One is an old-time favourite from mine and I had it in a turnaround quite a few times while I edited the pics, so iI would like to share it with you 😉

The hair style was one of the releases of EMO-tions for the Hairfair 2014. The “Love War” hair actually comes with an amazing headpiece, wich I will showcase in another post soon. I just liked the hair with the one braid in between the loose open hair for that look.

In the musical it’s about a snobby, intellectual chess master who visits Bangkok, capital of Thailand, for a chess championship, but is looking down on everything else that goes on there, the sex tourism and stuff like that. And he has no other interest than the chess, lol. But the devil walking next to him line, might indicate that he also feels tempted while being there. But he needs to stay focussed to win the game.

Hunger Games Tribute by Zibska

Today I have the great pleasure to showcase of the fantastic creations of Zibska for the Hunger Games Tribute Event run by Opium Evolution.

Zibska is well-known for amazing designs that have an edgy and out of the box look. The “Loor” outfit again shows that there is always something new in the genius mind of Zib Scaggs, owner and designer of Zibska, The idea with the huge metal helmet and the matching cuffs together with that red and silver top will turn heads everywhere you go. For the pants we have smart and modern striped fabric that perfectly completes the whole ensemble.

There will be more amazing Capitol Couture looking designs and amazing tributes to the Hunger games soon in the upcoming “Hunger Games Tribute” event done by Opium Evolution. So stay tuned, I will have more designs featured soon!

Hunger Games Tribute by EF Designs

EF Designs as well made wonderful contributions to the upcoming Hunger Games Tribute event, presented by Opium Evolution.

The amazing “Orchid Dress” really would be something I can imagine in the movies, worn at the capitol.

The strong colors and the amazing petals that are arranged round your hip and waist just gives the imagination you grow out of the middle of a flower 😉 .

For the hair I chose to use one of the amazing colors from the “Kiki” hair by Zibska.

My fantastic makeup artist was Madrid Solo. She made this wonderful “Checkered Past” eye makeup and the wonderful “Vendetta” lip design.

For my nails I used one of Yula Finesmith’s newest little art pieces. She created several wonderful nail polishes for hands and feet and the one I used for this post is located in the “Summer Set 1”.

Sometimes I am just to lazy to work and then I enjoy to just roam around and explore all the amazing sims in SL. This time my way lead me to the Neva Sky Villi.

This amazing realistic village has so many awesome spots and places, I had to take some snaps 😉

This place was built with so much love to the details, you land at a harbour, kinda as if you would have arrived om a boat and the area those pictures were made just is behind the landing point.

I immediately fell in love with th beige vespa. It looked so cute to my styling that I thought I coul have some pics done for my blog with it.

I am wearing one of the latest releases from GizzA, the “Dakota Dress” The cute dress come in combination with a cool leather jacket in many different colors. For the sim environ ment I changed to the one with a beige or cream looking dress together with a green leather jacket. The dress is made of a kinda cotton fabric and some amazing filigree ornaments decorate it on the left lower side. The delicate lade that is used for the bottom end of the dress gives the whole look a sexy touch 😉 .

The cute bag is a super old-time favourite of mine from a store that sadly is not longer round. The shoes I found at the Cosmopolitan Sale Room, made by 9ty.

And now I will look some more over this amazing sim and see for some more spots to make more pictures 😉 .

At the moment we have hair fair and I got so many new and amazing hairstyles 🙂

One of the is my new “Hanayo” hair from [sys]. A wonderful short hairstyle with a huge decoration in the back, made of 5 amazing looking red fans and some sweet little flowers in purple and yellow. With all those wonderful acessories to the hair it gives the whole look a lightly asian touch.

The “Hanayo” hair style is not the only new release by [sys] and I soon will show you some more. For now I would lead the focus over to my wonderful “Leah” outfit from Prism.

This awesome knitted combination of a layer top and under pants with this beautiful mesh skirt and belt is a wonderful addition to your everyday wear, especially with the temperatures that are going on right now in the middle of summer. The “Leah” outfit can be purchased in many different color options, for my post today I chose to use the ‘news’ option with the amazing mixture of red against black and white 😉

For the shoes I took some of my Cashmere ones and for the accessories i took my “Dark Desire” collar and the “Dark Metal Cuffs” that are sold at The Instruments at the moment.

The super amazing nail polish that you can see in the last picture is mad by Nailed It! The “Rock” set has various options for black, red and white styles and it became one of my favourite ones lately 😉 .

LOTD 07/14/2014 – News from LeeZu!

LeeZu time again!

Again LeeZu surprises us with amazing new releases. I already blogged the “BonBon” dress, wich was made for the FFL (https://wiccamerlin.de/lotd-06242014-leezu-meets-miamai/) and today I would like to showcase some more amazing news by LeeZu.

Let’s starts with the “Cora Ruffleskirt” This sexy short mesh skirt as well was part of the FFL 2014 contributions of LeeZu. I love short skirts but as well, in my opinion, it is more sexy to cover the legs under them with something like a sheer panty hose or stockings. There are times to show those long pixel legs and then there is times where to cover them 😉 . I remembered the “Brigitte Body Tights”, as well from LeeZu and it was the perfect addition to the “Cora Ruffleskirt”.

For the top I wanted something cool and red. I had a special love for the “Dekannche Top” before and I know, that I used it some times before but never in red 😉 .

The boots are a cool new release from LeeZu as well. The “Mila Boots” are super cool mesh boots. They have the possibility to change the color of the laces with a HUD and as well you can resize them with a built-in resizer. Those boots are a mixture of heavy boots, with a wonderful detailed texture and the lower leg part with those huge holes makes them even fit to more than just a normal casual style 😉

The amazing fire-red hair is called “Tariel” and comes from EMO-tions. With the sweet little tails that fall down over the shoulders and the chest and the pulled back hair at the top it was the right style to complete my look. Certainly the hair is available in more than just the fire-red tone. With the fatpack you will get all the amazing colors that we know from EMO-tions.

For the location I decided to try the actual sim environment of Bryn Oh. With that amazing dark and creepy surrounding, the look was totally matching in 😉 I explored the sim and was send home dead a few times :p . You will find killer bunnies and spooky looking dogs wich will hunt you down if you are not careful enough and keep moving. For me it was a funny and interesting trip over the sim and I just can advise you to try it as well 😉

The Good Old Times featuring [AD] Creations, EMO-tions & SoliDea FoliEs

Today I had a very sentimental mood and that’s kinda the reason for those style of pictures for some news of EMO-tions, (AD) Creations and SoliDea FoliEs.

Lately I have a lot of those moments when you think back to the good old times when you started something. In this case it was a meeting with a dear old friend who started modeling with me and retired some time ago now. It was a very nice talk and not just whining about the good old times but we came across that there really are changes from back then to today – good and bad ones. One of the good ones is that nowadays the avatar really looks very nice with all the mesh, sculpties and what not parts you have for the body and as well for the clothing and hair. Wicca was born like a cybergoth with system hair and flexi prims were the top-notch as they were super new*snickers* I remember very well how long I had to wait until I got my first flexi hair from Gurl6 and my first skin from Nominee. Back then 75 L$ for hair and 250 L$ for a skin was a fortune for me. Usually you got your money from the camping chairs wich gave you like 2 to 5 L$ for a hour or from those funny money trees that gave you a linden here and there in a random time :p . We had to wear face lights to be seen on dark runways as there was no windlight at all and it was kinda as a revolution when Maitreya released their first animated poses wich moved from one pose to the other for runway modeling… yes we all had them and you saw the same 5 poses from nearly everyone 😉

But enough reminiscing about good old times… because there are som many amazing news in the here and now.

The wonderful bacl dress are one of the newest releases from SoliDea FoliEs, called “Giz/Total Black” The dress comes in 2 parts , the top and the skirt wich as well can be worn single for mix and match purposes. The wonderful huge flower head part a well is part of the outfit. In the mirror you can see the sweet little flower, that holds together the belt at the backside of the dress.

For the hair I used the “Antoinette” from EMO-tions. A wonderful baroque hairstyle that went so amazing with the idea of my good old times rant 😉 . Together with the hair, the idea of the mirror and the chair came up to complete the vision of a baroque look 😉

The eye decor with all the incredible details was made by Aliza Karu, owner and designer of [AD] Creations. The whole “Chain Make-Up” set comes with a wonderful tattoo layer for the makeup and the ‘tear-washed-down mascara’, plus an attachment with the sweet little heart-shaped gems under the eye and the inner eye corner.

For the jewelry I again chose EMO-tions, the “Dragon Heart” set. This amazing ensemble with gems and the little dragons framed in noble silver metal was the perfect finish for today’s look.

Mystic Forrest – featuring EDELFABRIK, FORMANAILS & EMO-tions

Many of you know, that I love to make weird and fantasy stylings. Usually I go with my favourite color black. Today I got a wonderful outfit from Edelfabrik and by looking through all the color options I thought I could try right the opposite to my black safe zone ;).

The outfit I am talking about is the new “Bonfire” outfit made by Edelfabrik. The outfit is kinda a whole outfit with many different options and parts. The spiral bracelets, a necklace, the boots, the mesh top with the cool spiked collar and panty and as well the layer parts for thong and some pasties plus the wonderful stockings in different colors to match. And the huge HUD, that changes all the mesh parts and the boots has 15 colors to choose from. The HUD is so very well scripted that you even can apply the colors of the mesh top , panties and boots individual by checking or unchecking the 3 little boxes on the top left of the HUD.

The wonderful hair is one of the newest releases from EMO-tions. The “Heavens Gate'” hair comes with this amazing headpiece of filigree steel parts, gems and feathers. The “Heavens Gate” hair at the moment is available at the ‘We love Roleplay’ event and it was totally matching my idea of a mystical Forrest creature. For the accessories I wanted something special as well and I remembered the “Skeletonia” hand jewelry from Formanails for my right hand. Now the left one looked a bit empty and so I decided to use the “Punk” wich are part of s full rings and nails set as well from Formanails.

When I looked at my pixels it looked kinda finished but the more I thought about it I wanted to add some tattoos. I tried some of my favourites and certainly one of my White Widow tattoos was the right choice. The “Bharati” tattoo was what I missed to be satisfied 😉

Ready to get back to the woods and enjoy the peace, freedom and silence of the dark green Forrest 🙂

Art in hats by alpha tribe

Sometimes you do not have much words for a picture as the creation speaks for itself…

I found this hat at this years art in hats and it was just so stunning that I had to take a snap with it 😉

The hat is called “BeTeBe” and comes from alpha tribe. Since I did not wanna add to much to it I just went with a black skin, wich already carries the red makeup from Nuuna Nitely.

LOTD 07/02/2014 – Teal Dreams

You sit there, wear one thing after another from your inventory and try to fins something that inspires you. Sometimes you find one piece and nothing to add to it. But sometimes you just put one part and all of a sudden the rest of it just falls together 😉

Like it was today. I again put on the “Moxie” outfit from Purple Moon, wich was sold at The Instruments in the June 2014 round. I already saw it blogged a few times in pink and red so I wanted to go for a nother amazing color of this sexy ensemble. My choice fell on teal. I always had a weakness for black and teal maybe because of my cyber addiction 😉

The “Moxie” outfit comes with the top, belt and skirt, wich is one mesh part and the layer leggings. With those edgy shoulder parts this jacked took my heart right away. The huge belt with the big buckles at the front reminded me on some of those amazing 80s styles and with the leggings it just completed the vision. So there was not much of a thinking needed to use the super cool high plateau shoes called “Summer Breeze Flips”. The shoes are made for the slink high feet only and will not work without them.

With a HUD you can change the colors of the sole, the inner part of the show and as well the little straps.

To even more go towards the 80s direction I took my new “Punk” nails from Formanails. The nails have 2 parts. Once the sharp stiletto form nails wich can be changed in color for all of those, that are colored black in my post. The golden ones will stay for each color. The second part are the amazing rings, piercings, skulls, studs and accessories.

Those “Punk” nails are made for the slink mesh hands only with just the avatar hands it will not look properly. You can get those amazing nails and rings for the casual, elegant and elegant 1 version of the sklink hands.

As you can see on my wrist, I as well used some jewelry. This time it was parts of the “Iris” set from Finesmith.

Maybe the best to describe the feeling I had would be to quote Cyndi Lauper with “Girls Just Want To Have Fun!”
