MVW 2012: Evening Gown for Miss Belgium 2012 by Champagne & Finesmith

The stunning evening gown of Miss Belgium 2012, Miss Sylphia Constantine, was made by Champagne! Sparkling Fashion. Enzo Champagne himself created this wonderful and stunning evening gown for the this year Miss Virtual World challenge. The deep and shining red immediately caught my eyes. This is the red of an elegant and sophisticated gown called “Heart of Belgium”. The skirt is made dreamy flexible and if you take a closer look you can see all the awesome details. The waistpart that leads over to the skirt so perfectly, the silver decorations and the black and red feathers at the left hip… simply amazing. The upper part surrounds the waist and chest beautiful like a tight corset without any lines over the shoulders. The right shoulder is repeating the feathers of the hips and as well the little silver ornaments. A delicate lace texture covers the right chest and goes up over the shoulder round the neck. The same fabric you will find foe the tiny gloves that add as well even more elegance. In th middle of the cleavage we have a little key… maybe the key to the heart of the owner, maybe the key to her jewelry box? 😉

Talking about jewelry… The wonderful and incredible “Lush” set was made by yula Finesmith and it highlights the whole style of the fashionista. The little earrings go perfect with the huge shoulder piece and the hairpin puts a nother beautiful accent on every hairstyle. The bracelets repeat the shape of the hairpin again. The red of the jewelry is perfectly made according to the red of the gown and the silver as well goes with all the silver ornaments of the “Heart of Belgium”. The beautiful gown you will find at the Champagne! Sparkling Fashion Mainstore and for the delicate awesome jewelry you have to make your way to the Finesmith Mainstore.

The wonderful, playful and still elegant national costume for Miss Belgium 2012 was made by Champagne! Sparkling Fashion. The sweet accent this outfit has combining with the cute flowers with the red and yellow colors gives the whole out fit immediately a positive attitude. The corset is made with such nice, filigree details, the texture with the little ornaments… just amazing. The flower decoration at the cheat part goes so wonderful with the jewelry and the short skit underlines the cute look perfectly. “Belgium Ducasse” was for one of the most cute outfits for this year MVW 🙂 The “Belgium Ducasse” dress you will find at the Champagne! Sparkling Couture Mainstore.

Miss Sylphia Constantine, our Miss Belgium 2012, did a very good choice with Champagne” Sparkling Fashion and Finesmith 😉

yula Finesmith did the beautiful jewelry for this sweet dress and again you can see how close designers work together, to create this amazing Miss Virtual World 2012 looks. The flower theme of the “Belgium Ducasse” is so very well caught with the “Touched by the Sun” set from Finesmith. PNP Pose Show – Review

Last Sunday the OGlam Agency presented the first show for PNP Poses made by  Spishak Sorbet.  Spishak Sorbet made a lot of new runway poses that were show cased by the OGlam models. It was an honor as well as a pleasure for me, that I was allowed to be part of that amazing show. The show was sponsored by Apple May, Azoury, Sascha’s Design, Champagne, Priviledge, !Silken Moon and Finesmith Designs. To give a short impression of that amazing show I would like to show you the outfits and poses I was allowed to showcase on the Runway.

My first outfit came from Apple May and was called “Cheery”. For skins we were sent to !Silken Moon and for “Cheery” I decided to wear the “Blog Frog” skin of the Rebel II series. The green eyeshadow and lips were the perfect addition to the color- and playful outfit. The jewelry for sure comes from Finesmith – and yes it is no secret that I adore yula’s creations as well as her genius designing skills and ideas 😉 – for this outfit I chose parts of the new “Rusalka Inspiration” set that matched the colors of the outfit and skin perfectly! For shoes we were allowed to pick from the great Mary Jane Shoes, made by Infiniti Mirihi. For this outfit the new “Cheeky” pumps in red where the perfect addition.

For this outfit I picked poses from PNP of the “PNP Runway – Mode” series.

The poses I used for the show were the “PNP Runway – Model 6, 28, 30, 42, 50

The second outfit I was wearing walking down the runway was made by Azoury and carries the name “Tenue Tooti”. The skin as well is from the Rebel II line of !Silken Moon and is called “L8ter G8ter” The jewelry as well for sure is made by Finesmith Designs and it is a mix of the “Vivienne Inspiration” set (earrings & headpiece), the “Ash” collar and let me add the fingernails as they are from Finesmith Designs as well, the “Finesmith Nails Painter v.1”

This dress was a real challenge to pose with the big sculpted prim that makes the skirt. But a few of the “PNP Runway – Dress” poses wer able to take the challenge and win 😉

For this outfit I used the “PNP Runway – Dress” poses 11, 44, 51, 56 and 63.

From Sascha’s Design I got the wonderful black “Zephra” gown. Again I used a skin of the Rebel II line of !Silken Moon , this time the “Mio Vio” skin. The jewelry is the “Idioma” set from Finesmith Designs and the shoes again I got from Mary Jane Shoes and they are called “Attitude Stilettos”

For the SAS Dress I chose poses as well from the “PNP Runway – Dress” series and it was the 2, 4, 9, 15, 24 and 46 that you can see in the pics above 😉

My 4th outfit was made by Champagne with a signature face tattoo from Garded Secret, that was made especially for this outfit called “Samba”. The skin is the same as I used for my first outfit and the shoes again came from Mary Jane Shoes, this time the “Strapped Stiletto” in cyan. The earrings are part of the “Valeria Inspiration” set, what is a limited set from Finesmith Designs.

For the “Samba” outfit I mixed poses of the “PNP Runway Haute” set and the “PNP Runway Dress” poses. From the “Haute” set I used the 2, 7, 10, 19 and the number 55 of the “Dress” series.

My last outfit for the PNP Pose Show was from Priviliged and it is called “Isadora Exclusive”. The skin is the last of the 4 Rebel II skins and named “Funny Bunny”, the jewelry set is the “January Colletion” from Finesmith Designs, the shoes are again a pair of the great Mary Jane Shoes – the “Satin Pumps” in white.

This time I again used poses from the “PNP Runway Dress” line to showcase the wonderful gown. I chose the numbers 8, 18, 20, 23, 26 and 27.

I hope you enjoyed my short review of this wonderful show and you take the effort and make your way to the PNP Mainstore and try all those wonderful and new poses 🙂

Thetra Blackheart for “Claim the Fame” – Week 2 – Formal

For the first week of Claim the Fame the designers had to create a formal attire for male and female and make a description that was read during the TV Show on Metaverse TV. (http://metaversetv.com/blog/2011/04/claim-the-fame-2/)

Thetra Blackheart:”RavenNoire  is created for the sensual, classic, and mysterious woman.  The bodice was designed so that it  entices the eye to wonder and explore every  curve and dimension of her being.  The elegance and movement of the dress show great detail its unique design and allow for a trace of mystery and wonder to the woman wearing it.  Shoes are magically matched to the gown  and the hair and accessories make for an elegant outfit that gives the ‘wow’ factor to anyone  who experiences it.”

Mayden Ushimawa:”To make the “Monica” dress I was inspired by a memorable evening of spring. The dominant color is white, this is a pure color and different from the usual formal dress. Lace makes the dress most elegant. The collar with plumes and the flexi skirt gives movement to the dress.

For the “Brian” outfit I took inspiration from the very beautiful RL models, with a perfect body and a face to be kissed all over. For this reason I created this outfit. It gives the impression of a man who has just escaped from a crowd of girls, a bit messy and not even having the time to wear his jacket.”

Marita Overland for “Claim the Fame” – Week 2 – Formal

Marita Overland:”Wicca wears a lovely white gown consisting of a scuplted top and half skirt.  You can’t help but notice the stylish silver armor on the shoulders and waist along with a structured bow in the back.  As if the skirt wasn’t elegant enough, it glitters even more with a second layer of fabric.  The shoes are also included in this romantic, yet edgy, ensemble.

Harsch is wearing the “Romeo” version of the formal wear. A miliary style jacket and pants, in white and gray, are a wonderful compliment to his “Juliet”.  The jacket is adorned with a high collar, cuffs, armored shoulders and belt.  The boots are also included with the outfit you see here.  Seemingly for seeing his own fate, the belt includes the poison he will take his own life with and the dagger Juliet will use to perish herself. True love never looked so stylish.”

Lexi Vargas for “Claim the Fame” – Week 2 – Formal

For the first week of Claim the Fame the designers had to create a formal attire for male and female and make a description that was read during the TV Show on Metaverse TV. (http://metaversetv.com/blog/2011/04/claim-the-fame-2/)

All designs of the Claim the Fame Shows are available at the KULT District (for surl please click here)

Lexi Vargas, designer of  Brocade Tiger, brought a neat firework of amazing textures with the “clockwork” couple outfit that was not just formal in my view 😉 As well I saw a light steampunk touch in that as well what really touched my soul 😉

Lexi Vargas:”‘Lady Clockwork’, a striking formal gown in the Steampunk tradition. A three-layered skirt gives depth with two layers of striped fabric topped with a draped and partially jeweled top layer in the signature clock print fabric. The fitted, square necked bodice is a combination of the striped and print fabrics and the same theme carries into the beautifully shaped and traditionally fitted sleeves embellished with puffs at shoulder, elbow and wrist. The whole ensemble is drawn together by a semi opaque bow and drape effect that makes a dramatic silk waterfall down one side of the gown. Sure to be an eyecatcher at any formal event where Steampunk/Victorian dress is required.

The male model strikes a dashing note in ‘Lord Gear’, a formal outfit that has its roots steeped in Steampunk tradition. There is much attention to detail in this suit. A duel fabric jacket of chocolate leather and striped fabric skims the shoulder line, with the same effect carried into the pants. These clever styling details make for a simply stunning outfit. The jacket lapels and collar are decorated with gears and cogs and the pants with buckles and straps. A cream satin edged shirt with frilled jabot collar and brooch completes the look. This outfit could be worn at any suitable formal occasion enabling the wearer to stand out from the crowd and it would certainly delight any Steampunk gentleman worth his cogs.”

Inga Wind for “Claim the Fame” – Week 2 – Formal

For the first week of Claim the Fame the designers had to create a formal attire for male and female and make a description that was read during the TV Show on Metaverse TV. (http://metaversetv.com/blog/2011/04/claim-the-fame-2/)

Inga Wind, Designer of Inga Wind Designs, started with “Penelope” and “Bartelby”, a wonderful details and lovely looking couple outfit.

Inga Wind:”Penelope” is an amazing blue formal dress. The basic is made in a non symmetrical manner that makes a bare right shoulder while the left shoulder is decorated with an amazing detailed sculpted prim. The top layer has a very elegant texture that is broken by an awesome lace stripe that runs diagonal from the right upper to the left hip.
The skirt as well continues the non symmetric look. On the left side it goes further down with a wonderful ornamented sheer texture that is framed by an opaque looking satin border and the left is lightly shorter.
Gloves, shoes and the lovely headpiece come with the whole outfit so you have no trouble to match the right color and look.

“Bartelby” was made to match “Penelope” perfectly. The black basic makes a wonderful tailcoat with amazing flexible prims in the back, where the seams carry the same texture that you already saw on “Penelope” as well the little neat bow tie. The white shirt shows off folds and shadows in a very realistic way. Collar, bow tie, cuffs and Sleeves are made of sculpted prims what ad as well a very realistic touch. The black pants complete the elegant male look and the sash round the waist again shows off the amazing blue texture decorated with filigree ornaments and buttons.
“Penelope” & “Bartelby” are the perfect couple for the perfect couple :)”
