Thetra Blackheart: “The Nexus  female outfit is a cornicopia of spontaneous,  urban,  and chic!  This creates unexpected scenarios causing attention.  Colors that personalize the ensemble  are harmoniously contradicted with the graffitti patterned fabric.   Cotton pants, linen shirt are complimented with the leather jacket.  Accessorized by big jewellry, bulky purse and belt.  Hair and shoes included to finish the look of this Chic Urban Chick!

The Nexus male outfit, was created with Rome, Paris,  New York, Los Angeles and  Detroit city’s urban fashion culture.  This  allows for  the contradiction to   blend perfectly  in this  leather and denim and knit  outift.  Brass zippers, bulky pockets, scarf and hooded leather jacket Compliment and complete the look.  Sub culture is seen peaking thru the creation with the graffitti designs on  the liner.  Hair and shoes included to finish the look.”

Mayden Ushimawa: ” To this theme I took inspiration from hip-hop and RNB,  as you can see the woman’s dress looks like a typical RNB singer . enhanced by the golden necklace and earrings, leather jacket, sweatshirt strictly with the hood over the head and baggy pants. The sunglasses add a touch of aggressivity.

For the man I thought about the street boys with skateboards in hand and unmissable iPod attached to the belt.”

CYGNUS as Pyxis is prepared for any event in the future … This whole suit is a monkey too close to the body, short sleeves and gloves attached to the suit, hips sculpt with bright buttons and the head protected by a helmet with glasses, belt, collar and boots.”

Luminous additions such as crinoline and collar add to the ‘FUTURISTIC’ factor in this outfit.  Much detail has been applied to every aspect of the ensemble. Neon and black  mesh  has been stitched into every leather panel of the  train.  Body modifications are done with taste and great care to accentuate the outfit and not distract. This outfit is something you would see at the  Slimelight in London.  To complette this outfit  the skin hair and boots are included.

Misantropiac Cyber Demon will command attention for any man wearing this.  Special details applied to every leather, latex and chain portion of this ensemble.  Cyber kilt is adorned with UV-reactive materials and complimented by the adrogynous adornments. Mayden Ushimawa:” The theme this week is very creative. I concentrated more on the creation of attach and less in the creation of the dress. I wished minimum one more week to refine and enrich all prims attach.

I thought about the future, where everything is possible (with the imagination) and I wanted to represent two robotics human , with features that are only science fiction.
The clothes are in latex, for the woman I used my favorite colors: white and fuxsia,
while for men blue and for the glow parts I wanted to use yellow to contrast.

…How know if one day the technology will come to this!”

On the hovering dance pads, Luna is dancing to beat in her glowing pink outift.  Like Nik, Her body is beginning to digitize into a hologram.”

Mayden Ushimawa:”I thought the lace and I came immediately to mind a “moulin rouge dancers” with their sexy dresses adorned with lace and ribbons. that is why I wanted to draw the banknotes in the Garter , it are the tips that the dancer has earned! The gloves make the suit more aggressive and with bare feet is much more sensual.

Create a man dress with lace was very difficult, at the beginning I had no idea what to do, I thought a lot and I decided to be inspired by a tango dancer and generally to a Spanish look, a red rose on mouth could not miss!”

The flowing fringe gives a ‘peek a boo’ of the untouchable!    The creator paid  close attention to the fine details  applied to this  dress.  Garter, stockings and hair piece, finish the  look.   Men will line up to dance with the flapper girl wearing this dress!

What a picture perfect 1920’s gangster! With his  ‘leaden’  pinstriped suit,  “ecru” shirt and “heather” tie.  He’s looking sharp and will be in the spotlight at any ‘speakeasy’  Look out! he’s rolled up his sleeves,  he’s on the prowl and ready for action!  The fine details of this outfit is what makes it stand out among the rest.  A must have in any man’s wardrobe.”

Thetra Blackheart:” One word describes the Eclettica “Tres Chic!”  Using only the best in Kid leather, Italian lace,  and solid brass accessories command  it’s posche look.  The Jackets raised shoulder and upright collar compliment  the beauty of a womans slender  neck. Open ‘V’ front with straplettes  delicately  caress the breast and harmonize with the  lace camisole.  Straps match the intriquette bottom trim.  The skinny pants complete the look  perfectly.   Cuffs carefully detailed to match jacket belting. Lace half gloves finish the look.   “Tre Chic”  pales in describing this magnificent  Couture!

The Eccentrico’s intriquette workmanship has demonstrated it’s finest creation  by using the softest  of Napa leather and ‘tribal lace’ overylay.  The dyed Armour black outfit  is accompanied by the “London Tan’ shirt.  Inner vest is overlayed in lace and  hugs the torso.  Collar, and stitched  sleeves are accentuated by the detailed cuffs.  Belt, and pants  are finely stitched and designed to highlight  the entire ensemble.  This Couture is a must in any man’s closet!

SynsualSyn Sawson for “Claim the Fame”: Week 5 – Leather & Lace

For the fourth week of Claim the Fame the designers had to create a Leather & Lace attire for male and female and make a description that was read during the TV show on Metaverse TV(http://metaversetv.com/blog/2011/05/claim-the-fame-5/)

All designs are available at the KULT District (for slurl please click here)

SynsualSyn Sawson: “The Female Outfit “DeVille”  marries leather & lace in a stunning and unique way.  Syn shows off her shading & texturing talent on two of the hardest colors, black & white.  The form fitting, two toned leather body suit begs to be touched while the lace on the upper chest gives you tantalizing glimpses of skin.  The black belt gives the body suit definition with an added pop from the jewels that match the lovely multi-faceted diamond necklace and bracelet.  The two toned stole brings sophistication and a bit more softness to an already sexy, fashionable, and classy outfit.

The Deville Male Outfit shows just how hot men look in tight leather with the two toned, black & white pants with cuffs, also showing off her shading & texturing skills.  The formal jacket with collar and trim is supple & elegant.  The shading and seam on the back of the jacket, as well as the collar and split bottom trim, bring this jacket to life.  The jacket is left unbuttoned to show off the male physique as well as the white undershirt with split formal cuffs and straight collar.  The flexuous belt and two toned lace pocket hankies give this look the perfect finishing touches.  The complete outfit is a statement in couture elegance and style.
