Mimikri – innovative, fresh and young!

Today I have the great pleasure to show you one of the outfits of Mimikri Kit, designer of Mimikri Hot Couture. If you combine the “Billie Croc Pants” in coffee with the “Billie Ostrich Feather Top” in coffee you have a perfect outfit for the autumn season!

The “Billie Croc Pants” have an amazing animal print that is very detailed with an amazing shine that gives the whole outfit an amazing realistic leather look. The top with its fluffy texture gives a wonderful stylish chick touch and a total highlight is the very detailed flowers that decorates the left shoulder. The coffee color for me is a perfect color for the actual season and gives also a lightly elegant touch for a wonderful casual outfit. Famous Visit at Tres Beau – “Chaplin” entered the store ;)

Again Tres Beau released a bunch of new and fantastic designs and I ma happy to show you them one after another 🙂 As I put on the outfit for today’s post I suddenly felt like the daughter of Charlie Chaplin… I could nearly not resist to search for the matching cane *grins*. Kimmera Madison really hit the nail on the head as she created this wonderful outfit an I would like to call it maybe a sweet female homage to Charlie Chaplin.

The outfit itself is called “Chaplin” and you can wear it in 2 different versions. Both of them are stylish and sexy to the same time 😉

The first version has big playful ruffles on the upper body that decorate a delicate lace and transparent top. The sweet tie, or tie ribbon perfectly underlines the theme of the whole outfit. The black pants are very high up the waist and a wonderful belt with an amazing real looking buckle breaks the black texture perfect. The texture of the pants itself is a fantastic combination of lights and shadows, what is not always easy for a black texture, but Tres Beau again showed that they really love the detail and the realistic looking. What really caught my eyes are the sweet suspenders that also decorated with a buckle on each side. The gloves are also part of the outfit and no it is not just a simple black gloves layer… that would not fit Kimmera Madison… she even made the gloves to a little high light of the outfit. with the big seams that are attached as prims on each wrist she again showed her skills if it comes to designs and ideas.

The second version is just the top without the ruffles but with the sweet tie. There you can see the wonderful texture of the laced and transparent top better and it shows off a little more skin then the ruffles version 😉

Modern, Avantgarde, Monochrome – Again a piece out of the new House of Fox Collection!!!

For now House of Fox is remodeling the store and the Mainstore is not available right now. But iam allwed to show you another of his great designs for the new collection that was presented at Maritima a few weeks ago. And so we all can excited look forward to the opening of the new Mainstore 😉

To make the waiting time a little shorter today lemme show you  the “ArmedElegance” made by Fashionboi Landar, genius designer of House of Fox.

“Armed Elegance is a short dress in black and white with a fantastic black prim attachment for the shoulders. It looks like they are connected to teh shoulders with 2 stripes, one on each shoulder that hold the great shoulderparts in place. The top is made in black without likes or stripes that go up to the neck. The skirt starts in black and it looks like that there would be another underskirt in cream-white, but the whole skirt is made of one prim..simply amazing! If you take a closer look that the cool shoes.. they are also made by House of fox. Fashionboi Landar calls them “VintageLiving” pumps. These are not sold only in black you also can have other color combination and colors 😉 The makeup and hair I used for that styling also is made by House of Fox. The skin has the sweet name “Michelle” (Michelle – CMakeup1 – DKBase) and the hairstyle is named after the great Icon “GraceJones” and for this blog i used it in the dark version.

Today I was allowed to walk the “Yves Sainte Laurent” Tribute Show on the BOSL Fashion Week done by Boulevard Agency. It was agreat show and many designer donated a special item in tribute to Yves Sainte Laurent. I had the great honor to show case the amazing design of Poulet Koenkamp, genius designer of PurpleMoon. “Catherine” in black this lovely design is called and it really is a wonderful honoring of a great designer…

A wonderful short pencil skirt covers the legs down to the knees. The waist part is decorated with a wonderful prim that imagines a down jacket part. The top is wonderful detailed with a white shirt under a black jacket and on top you have that wonderful prim cape that covers the shoulders and goes down to the elbows. The neckpart shows off a light color part with the amazing filigree feather-looking prims. A totally eye catcher is that amazing huge hat in a lightly vintage style. Over all a dress that definitely turns heads and a wonderful contribution to this special show!

The second special will be presented on the Model Convention 2010 tomorrow during the PurpleMoon show. The Model convention is running for nearly a week now and it seems great sucess..nearly everyday the sim is filled up and informative workshops and lovely fashion shows go hand in hand. Tomorrow for the great ending there will be a runway show showcasing the amazing designs of PurpleMoon. Poulet Koenkamp designed an outfit especially for this show and I had the great honor to be on the vendor picture.

A breath-taking extravagant gown called “Corina” will be the special release for the show on the Model Convention 2010 tomorrow, sunday the 26th of september at 4PM SLT.

The long and elegant gown starts at the top with a very tight shape down to the waist. There the huge skirt starts that moves dreamy with every step you take. The aerial kind of design really let you feel like a princes walking on clouds. 2 prim attachments decorate the shoulders and underline the sophisticated touch. What definitely gets a lot of the view will be the grand back part that gives a light asian touch. The long golden spikes hold a wonderful back fan of lace and red texture.  The red texture has a wonderful pattern and repeats the one of the dress perfect.

Perfect to that gown Poulet Koenkamp designed a hairstyle named “Zoe” her shown in ebony. With the sweet knots on the eft side it definitely adds a very high-class touch to the whole outfit.

All those specials make it totally worth to take a look at the PurpleMoon Mainstore and get one of that lovely designs… or 2 or 3 😉

“Cindy” joins the latest releases at Angel Dessous ;)

“Cindy” is another short and beautiful dress you will find if you make your way to the Angel Dessous Mainstore 😉 For todays post I am able to show you this stunning mini dress in ‘sand’ and ‘glacier’…lets start with the ‘sand’ version of  “Cindy”

This amazing sexy little dress has a lot of awesome nice details. If you take a look at the top… the amazing neckpart… a slim line that just goes from the chest round the neck in the back to hold the top in place. At the bottom of that neck string you will find a wonderful jewelry part. Also that sweet hole right under the chest that underlines the stunning sexy touch of the whole design.

The texture is not simply a plane one. It is made with a dark nearly black pattern that shows again how much Nando Korbase cares on details for his designs. The same great texture you find on the gloves and stockings too. A little prim skirt makes the imagination of a real mini dress perfect!

Autumn…and you still wanna go out in a neat dress? K – Code makes it possible!!!

I have to admit K-Code amazed me again! Not long ago I was writing about a wonderful casual outfit from K-Code (“here” ;))and today I have the pleasure to show you another one 🙂

This time it is a cute red dress named “Jade”

A short red dress with a playful ruffled and short skirt for the version I show you here. The top is made very cool with a few open buttons what gives a very sexy look also with the deep neckline. The sleeves of the top are made matching to the ruffled skirt with great designed lights and shadows that let this look like realistic folds! For my version I chose the short and smaller neck collar. You also have the option for a bigger skirt and neck collar with this outfit! Perfect for the autumn season designer, Kara Dresler, added a great looking pair of tights with an awesome nylon texture. On this outfit we can see again the eye for every little detail that Kara Dresler puts on her creations. If you are interested to see more just take a look at the K-Code Mainstore 😉

News from PurpleMoon!!!

On the 15th of September it was again time for amazing news from PurpleMoon. Poulet Koenkamp released 2 new fantastic designs. Today I would like to show you one of them – “Elie” here in brown.

I could not resist to style this new dress lightly vintage. The shape of the skirt remembered me a bit of that even if the textures and the accessories are more modern. The skirt goes down to the knees opening more and more till the bottom seam. The light transparent textures let imagine a sweet petticoat under it 😉 The top is a wonderful shoulder free corsage decorated with a black shape surrounding the upper body right below the chest, crossing in the front middle and end in a wonderful flower on the left shoulder. This brown and light green color of that dress makes lots of accessories possible as this color matches to a lot! If we take a closer look at the shoulder flower we again can see the love for the detail that Poulet Koenkamp has for her designs…

All the filigree parts of that flower and the wonderful white decorations make this to a total highlight for this dress. also the dress texture is not a simple plaid one.. if you look closer you will find a wonderful kinda brocade looking texture with lots of ornaments and little color shades. Embracing news from Angel Dessous ;)

Friday the 17th of September again Angel Dessous released new outfits and I am very happy that I am allowed to show them to you 🙂 For this post we have one of the called “Embrace”. Arisia shows us in the picture up above the ‘lavender’ version.

I am wearing the color ‘lava’, a deep wonderful red. For sure if you look at the Angel Dessous Mainstore you will find way more colors ;). The basic texture of the dress has a beautiful pattern on it for every color. What makes an awesome elegant touch is the great neck collar. The basic has the same texture than the dress and it is decorated with stunning white-silver gemstones.

Also part of the outfit are the great brooch that’s located in the middle of the chest, the belt and the bangles. all made of the same delicate gems, that decorate the neck collar. Wicca’s Wardobe – The darker side of life ;)

It was raining outside and I was on a darker mood before I was having my LeeZu shift.

I went trough my LeeZu wardrobe and found the “Van Elisabeta Jacket”. A really wonderful black jacket that is broken with a light purple texture in the middle of the body at the front, the back of the jacket and at the sleeves of the lower arms. Perfectly matching to that jacket for me are the “BritPants” in black. This awesome pants are decorated with so much nice frillings and ruffles and also the waist knot of lace on the left hip. This kinds 3/4 pants wer perfect for the new “Dncorde Danse Booties” in black. As a final accessory I choose the “Hat de la plume” this awesome headpiece with the little golden spherules all around the head and the beautiful flexible filigree upper part.

Perfectly matching to the outfit was the black “Hannya” necklace combined with the black “Shaka” earrings and the black “Takara” nails from Mandala. For the makeup I decided Redgrave and added one of the fantastic face tattoos of White Widow.

“Yes, Mam” – News from House of Beningborough ;)

As I saw one of the latest creations from Bliss Beningborough, genius designer of House of Beningborough, I could not resist to do that picture 😉 The great “Long John” jacket is made like a fashionable uniform jacket.

In this post we have the black version – also a white is available 😉 The long black jacket is decorated with many little ornaments and details. The shoulder pads can be worn with and without he golden fringing, both versions are included. The amazing neck collar and the back waist belt are made of such an amazing texture that you are nearly tempted to grab the little golden ropes that it is made of. If you take a closer look in the wrist parts you can see again the great love and eye for the detail that we know of  Bliss Beningborough. Every little detail is made with such a great filigree effort. The down part that makes this jacked to a long one is an attached prim. Prefect to that “Long John” jacket is the “Zulu” pantsuit in gold. It perfectly matches in color and style and it underlines the fashion theme and not the typical uniform style. Also on the “Zulu” pantsuit you can see the amazing skills of textures that are used for all the House of Beningborrough designs. It is a combination of many different fabrics combined to a totally amazing pantsuit.
