Lexi Vargas for “Claim the Fame” Week 4 – 1920s

For the third week of Claim the Fame the designers had to create a 1920s attire for male and female and make a description that was read during the TV Show on Metaverse TV. (http://metaversetv.com/blog/2011/05/claim-the-fame-4/)

Lexi Vargas: “Gentlemen Dare.
– ‘Dare’ to wear this edgy combination of leather and lace for maximum impact 🙂 But don’t worry, the unique way the jacket is cut makes wearing red lace look masculine.   The matching black leather pants dip low onto the hipline leaving a sizeable portion of torso available for appreciative viewing. ‘Dare’ is complemented with stand up collar and cuffs subtly edged in red.

Ladies-Sweet Leather
‘Sweet Leather’ makes leather seem soft and feminine. The fit n flare skirt consists of panels of lace enclosed in leather that flow to the floor in the latest maxi length. The bodice of sumptuous white leather with a lace panel at the front and black laces to pull in the waist which finish in a bow. Ruffles of leather define the decolletage and  hipline adds to the beautiful proportions of this dress. ‘Sweet Leather’ is the perfect outfit for a midsummer’s eve 🙂

Inga Wind for “Claim the Fame”: Week 4 – 1920s

Inga Wind: “Josephine is an elegant come back to the jazzy 20s flapper style dresses, sprinkled with tiny ornaments and pearl strands along the edges of the two-layered top. Extending into a short and straight  feathery skirt, this sleeveless dress comes with matching decorative gloves leaving your shoulders and legs bare. The outfit is finished with a stylish net-hat, complimenting your bobbed hair with an attached blooming flower.

Joe is a classic suit for the oldschool tommy gun story lovers, featuring a tucked in buttoned up white shirt. Enhanced by sculpted sleeves and collar jutting from underneath the jacket, the outfit compliments the chest with its fancy matching tie. Tip your Joe wide-rim fedora hat and the street is yours.”

Long or Short? – Maybe you find the answer ;-)

IW- Claire in red erstes vor 140

Inga Wind again gives us a hard desicion;-) In the actual winter collection she made us an amazing red coat. And as we know er for we again have to decide from different versions and possibilities to wear it.

So lets take a look on the long version of “Claire” in red first:

The long version’s coat goes down to the ankles and let only peek your “toes” out a bit ;-). The lower part is dreamy flexi and with every step you take, it swings round your legs. If you take a look on the upper part of the coat you will see again the love for the detail, we know from Inga Wind Clothing. The front of the coat is ornamented with 6 little buttons and a light open coat collar decorates the chest. The arms end in an amazing wrist part that leads to the end of the coat. If we look closer and make our way up we can see more awsome attachments who complete this coat to a beautiful outfit that needs no more to wear ;-)..maybe if it is cold you can wear some under…don’t get me wrong i don’t wanna seduce you to wear nothing under*giggles*

The hat and the scarf are also included in the box you will get,  if you buy this coat. The hat repeats the same nice texture that you can find on the arm seams and on the scarf. The scarf it self is a sweet masterpiece for me, if you look at all the many sweet folds and the little endings. The lower part starts with a belt where you can see the lovely little buckles who ornament the simple red belt and make it to something special. Now we want to peek at the back. It is not a simple plain red back…that would not be Inga Wind Clothing 😉 In the back you can see the backside of the wonderful shoulder parts and if you move your eyes down a bit you will find a nice break of the texture made of shadows that imaginge the shoulders and your back and a nother sweet button is set here.

All the sweet details you also have for the short version of  “Claire”

The short version is narly the same even you have no long flexi skirt. Instead of this this version has a sweet sexy miniskirt!

I think both versions are amazing and i don’t wanna choose wich one i would like to have. The only desicion i wanna have should be…today the long version and tomorrow the short or the other way round? 😉

Always hard to chose skirt or pants…now you don’t have to ;-)

Again I got a great outfit of Inga Wind. Today I will show you the Muriel in sand. A great outfit if you don’t wanna choose between skirt and pants…this outfit brings both.

A pants version with long pants and amazing little prims on the ankles. If you look further up you see no space beween pants and top. A great “belt” leads direct from the pants to the top. Here we can see that Inga goes further with the texture of the pants right up to the shoulders. This makes an awsome frame for the white textured amazing detailed shirt. I will show you this later after talking a bit about the skirt version. We see the same color and the same top and hat. But instead of long pants we have a small skirt. Many little prims make this to an highlight. If you take a closer look you can see all the sweet buttons that are designed with love about the little things to make an overall awsome look.
So now I am in the details so we can take a closer look on them:

Lets start with that hat. A little accessoire only but with a great effect. It makes the whole outfit to something special. further down we come back on the shirt. On the first view it is a simple white shirt but…if you look closer…you will see very sweet details as well. The back , the front and the upper arms are ornamented with sweet laces who are a totally eyecatcher. They break the plain white and show again the eyes for the detail of Inga Wind Clothing!
Overall it is a fashion highlight for the comimg winter season and you definatly should make your way to Inga Winds Mainstore and I am sure you will find some fashion stylish that suits you for the coming season!
