Awesome news by LeeZu and Finesmith, two of my favourite designers, made me combine them for the blog 😉
The first dress, what you can see above as well, unbeliveable but true is the actual groupgift from LeeZu. Perfect for Christmas and the Holy Days, this red dress has so many sweet details. The long skirt is made perfectly flexible. The top only is a tiny cute part that covers the private parts as much as it has to to keep the outfit PG 😉
The huge hat as well is part of the “Anastasia” groupgift. The candle, baubel and other sweet details really make this hat to a little peace of art. I just added the PurpleMoon “Ana” hair in platinum and the appropriate hairbase.The skin comes from Glam Affair and te makup was made by LovelyMi as part of her christmas gift.
For the jewelry I added one of the latest Finesmith releases – the “Alexandra” set in white. Yula Finesmith released some of her creations in white as a special for the season. “Alexandra” is one of them, the others will follow 😉
The second outfit as well comes from LeeZu. A special edition of the “Natascha” dress in red. The short and sexy dress in the perfect Holiday color makes a super cute Ms Santa as well 😉 The awesome red “Street Blues Boots” are as well from LeeZu. The boots come in 2 different versions for each color in the same packet. one is the uni color and one is mixed with some highlights. For the jewelry I decided to go with the set that Draakje Daily got for her national costume fat the MVW 2012 finals. The “Tulp” set in red was the best jewelry I could think of for the cute little sexy Ms Santa version of mine :p. I hope that I soon can show you all of the amazing sets , yula Finesmith did for some of the MVW 2012 candiates 😉

Lately I discovered that Hadaluna Daines started her own business with making modeling poses. So for sure I made my way over to the Morphine Mainstore to take a look on her poses. I really have to say she does an awesome job with her poses. I IMed her to tell her that and she immediately sent me one of her sets. I was very happy and honored and for sure I have to show you this awesome poses…
Morphine poses can be used for runway and as well for photography. The smooth transitions let you shine on the runway and make a wonderful performance. What I like most is that the poses are a bit out of the box and not the same ones that you can find again and again. Hadaluna seems daring enough to try something new and I would say with success 🙂 I am sure that this pose set is not the last (ok it was not the first as well) that I got from Morphine. Today I saw a little note in Starwalkers from Daron Brandeis… he looked for a model he can do a face shot with. He told some requirements and it sounded like a sweet challenge and I IMed him. A few hours later we met at his studio. I already had some face looks prepared and after some time we developed what he had in mind. We changed around hair and makeup color. I really enjoyed it to help him, to get his vision to come true, of what he had in mind. I saw the background and my look and started to try to imagine what will come out. Daron added some lights as well – actually they looked like 3 funny balls floating around me as I had my settings lowered as usual when I just roam around :p. So I was not really able to get the imagination of the final picture. After he did the closeup, he took some more snaps… I heard the camera going ;). After some nice talking as well I went and let him do his work. After my LeeZu shift all of a sudden he told me he did the closeup… (wich you can see above)
Daron TPed me back to his studio and as I rezzed in and could see the picture… something happened what’s really rare for me… I became speechless as the picture rezzed in. What I saw was simply breathtaking, never before someone catched me and as well my feelings so perfect! The picture really touched me with the look, the angle and the atmosphere… all was just perfect! I would say I never got a better closeup from a photographer then this one… I never got a closeup that showed me better than this one in that very moment. Not long after I left him with my incredible head shot, he IMed me again, telling me, he would have another one done… and not much time later the 3rd. Wich every picture I saw.. I more and more became silent, because of this wonderful images. With this pictures I got an idea back in mind for a styling and picture I wanted to do for a long time and Daron seems to be the one that can do that picture for me… so I am looking forward to meet him again to realize this idea. If you need a picture, with soul, attitude and atmosphere… please consider Daron Brandeis. I really enjoyed working with him, he is very talkative, nice and kind and that really helps for getting the very best results for pictures if photographer and model are able to come together and talk about visions and ideas!
