Cross my flower and hope to die – Finesmith released a nother stunning jewelry set!

Lately I had a great honor… yula asked me to take a picture of myself with one of her newest jewelry sets!!! “Cross my fingers and hope to die”. It was such a pleasure and I was so excited… and then I saw the final advertise as she released the set a few days ago.

Even if it was pink and with flowers… yes I know I am not the typical girlie… I liked this creation a lot! I love the non usual ideas like the sweet jewelry flower in the mouth and as well how the theme of the flower was repeated in every part of that set. If you take a look at the earrings, they are not made symmetrical for left and right… no, both pointing in  another direction 🙂 The great necklace again carries the filigree lines that make the petal of the flower part. For sure you can color the whole jewelry and the gems like you know it from the Finesmith Designs jewelry already, with the awesome menu that you have contained in each part of the “Cross my fingers and hope to die” set. You can color the metal parts as well as the gem parts. and the gemstones itself have awesome presets like always for different types of gems as well.

If you wanna complete the look of the “Cross my fingers and hope to die” set with matching fingernails I can suggest the “Rave Pink” nails also made by Finesmith Designs…

Neiva Kumasi Couture – “Melodie”

Today I have the great honor to showcase one of the newest designs of NK Couture designed by Misha Flanagan. The brand is relativly new on the grid and definatly something to keep an eye on! For todayI am allwowed to show you the “Melodie” dress.

“Melodie” is a wonderful casual dress with amazing details I want you to take a closer look on. What really caught my attention is that the whole dress basically is made of the same texture and I never saw this made so interesting before! As well Misha included 2 different versions for the layer of shirt skirt as you can see on the olive version above. Once the lighter part ends with the belt and the other version goes down below the belt, the same option you have for the rust version as well 🙂

All the sweet and neat ruffles and attachments give the whole dress a very real look. The arm parts are decorated with wrist and shoulder prims and the cleavage is framed by anawesome ruffle as well. The bottom part of the skirt is made dreamy flexible. What took my eye as well is the cute ruffle attachment that surrounds the hips. Not usual and a very beautiful and nice idea! The black belt as well is part of the outfit and breaks the basic color in an amazing way. Ich you take a closer look at the buckle you again can see the eye for little lovlely details that Misha Flanagan has. With the olive version she made it as well in the next round of the Claim the Fame contest 🙂 WTG and congratz Misha!

Dojo – Papercouture… How sexy paper can be ;)

Again Sanders Beaumont shows how sexy and stylish paper can be.

The outfit is combined of tight pants with the paper optic and a great futuristic looking belly free top. For the top we have a long sleeve layer part and a great prim attachment that carries the huge shoulder parts. If you want you also can wear the chopsticks that are also included as a great hair decoration. Also part of the outfit are the amazing booties that are made in kinda Alexander McQueen style with the big front part that let you walk nearly on the toe tips and the high small heel in the back. Also the shoes are decorated with amazing details and the whole outfit again shows the great skills if it comes to the unique textures.

For the second outfit of this blog post I chose one of the new dresses -“Paulette”

“Paulette”, a short sexy dress all made of paper 😉 The skirt starts very tight and at the bottom it opens like a up-side-down tulip 😉 Matching to the dress Sanders added a huge hat. Hat and dress both are decorated with a filigree black ribbon.

To cover the chest we have a great black prim attachment with an amazing collar at the upper end.

This outfit comes with the same great booties as the “Primerette” I had as my first outfit in this post. This are only 2 of the newer dojo outfit and there is one very special with an amazing effect that I will showcase I my next dojo blog post… so stay tuned 😉

Casual City Chick by Nemesis!!!

Today I have a new label on my blog. Nemesis – a beautiful casual and chick label owned by Calypso Clip. For today I combined different parts to a neat city fashion outfit.

Lets start with the top. the “Illegal Tank” here in black is a perfect basic for that sexy outfit. It has a deep neckline and it is hold by a slim line in the back of the neck. What caught my eye was the decoration on the upper back that goes from the neck to the beginning of the tops fabric. 5 big rings that hold the top in place in the back..simply wonderful and a neat little detail that makes a top like this to something special. That Nemesis has defiantly an eye for the detail you also can see at the awesome high waist pants called “Robot High Waisted Shorts”. The buttons are attached with tiny prims on a spot that you can imagine the shadow of the buttons on the pants itself as the shadow is painted to the layer of the pants… another detail that shows how much Calypso Clip counts on realistic details. Perfectly matching in color and style are the “Wrath Bangles” in gold. White Widow meets Fellini Couture!!!

Fellini Couture, known for extravagant and fanciful designs did a nice cooperation with White Widow,fantastic face tattoos made by Julie Hastings!

Lets have a look at the dress first…

“Hera” is a wonderful little piece of art. The skirt is not symmetric, it only falls down on the right side of the legs. The texture Joy Fellini chose is an arrangement of black peacock feathers very filigree and highly detailed. The waist part also is a combination of fathers and flower petals.  A tight prom corset surrounds the waist and is decorated with sweet little buttons in the front. For the top we have a shoulder free corsage that makes a wonderful cleavage. Again we have a prim attachment on the upper hem of the top that also repeats the theme of this stunning dress.

The incredible headpiece with the big dark orchidee is also part of the outfit as well as the earrings! Again above the orchidee we can see the black peackock feathers we have in the skirt also.

According to this theme of the peacock feathers Julie Hastings made a stunning face tattoo. The “Peacock” tattoo from White Widow was specially made for this dress and it matches perfect to complete that stunning look! The filigree lines and ornaments perfectly repeat the main theme of that outfit. “Hera” and “Peacock” are not the only combination of Fellini Couture and White Widow… best is you take a look for yourself for all the other stunning “couples” 😉

For the shoes I chose one of the new Mea Culpa creations called “Lizzard”

This pair of fantastic heels requires one of the new viewers like SL 2.0 or higher or one of the new ones that feature alpha layers. This made it possible to have the amazing lace on the feet and still can show toenails!!! The amazing high plateaus are perfect for a very stylish and fashionable outfit like this. The shape of the heel is a nono usual one and shows off character 😉 In the front you can see wonderful gemstones. The shoes come with HUD that allws to change the colors of the gemstones and a few others features like the nail color also and you can match your shoes perfect to your skin tone! Garded Secret by Taliya Tarber – Skins for the brave fashionista!

We all know Taliya Tarber as an excellent and incredible photographer, but she decided to take a break from taking pictures to follow her new passion… she started creating skins and I have to admit they are way beyond any expectations. She gets all her ideas and wonderful skills into that skins and I am very proud that I am allowed to show her first line on my blog…

“Smoked Charm” this wonderful skin is called and it comes with all options you can think on! You have the option to wear it with or without cleavage features, with french nails or even without any nail polish, even on the ones that like fingernails she thought with one option that just shows the basic skin and you can add every prim nails without wearing nail gloves to cover the nails of the skin. Also you can choose between dark and light eyebrows. To identify she has her own little code that is to read like the following:

CL = Cleavage
NCL= No Cleavage
FM = French Manicure
NN = No Nails
LTBR = Lighter Brow
DKBR = Darker Brow

Wicca’s Wardrobe – every girl wants to be an angel …sometimes :)

Every girl tries to be an angel sometimes for several reasons 😉 I tried to mix and match some that explained my feelings today and I searched trough my wardrobe…

I first put on that wonderful top with the cute gold little wing on the left shoulder that I got from Glam Affair, called “Zory black/cream body”. For the pants I decided to wear part of the Diram “X.Tina -not herself tonight – 2”

I felt that I would need a belt to complete the outfit and I just got on the PACADI Jasha “Mairey Leather Belt” in black. What could fit the golden /cream angel wing better than the golden “Prestige Leather Boots” from BAX.

As all know I am addicted to the Mandala I chose to wear the “Hannya” necklace and the “Buddha” Bangles and nails with the matching rings. Also from Mandala are the “Shaka” earrings that fit perfect to the outfit as all jewelry parts are black with an amazing shine.

The hair for this look is the 3636 “Eden” style that adds a light wild and rebel touch 😉

Soon it will be the day… NX-Nardcotix will release the new MANA Dezi Flat Sandals!!!

I had the great honor to be one of the BETA testers for the new “MANA Dezi Flat Sandals”, that Nardya Rousselot, designer of Nardcotix created last. I am very happy that I am now allowed to show you this great shoes that are perfect for the summer! As a little special release surprise I was asked to be part of the NARDCOTIX MANA Blogger Challenge (for more information please visit http://nardcotixsl.wordpress.com/)

The first 3 entries with all the questions correct get their pick of a MANA shoe pack.But now lets take a look on the great new shoes 🙂

This incredible sandals come with a lot of  features and a very great HUD that’s very easy to use and also in laggy places it is still to handle! The the menu came up very quickly and still worked and not too slow. The HUD itself is self explaining and good to handle also easy to use.

They are wonderfully made and have so nice details that they look very realistic. The shape of the toes is beautiful… the toes are not too long also not too short ..perfectly 🙂 They are wonderful and I tested it for a few days also I got the extra nail polishes.
The menu is very easy to handle and very good to understand. Also the adding of the new nailpolishes is very easy and good to do.

You have the choice to change the color of the leather straps to black or brown, you just need to click on the strap for the buckle. The studs also change colors between old gold, silver and bronze.  Simply click on the top back stud to get the pop-up menu.

Two separate color packs will be available, one being a suede finish and the second a canvas finish. To change the color in the color packs click the top prim of the bootie to get the pop-up menu.

A nice addition are the above mentioned extra nail polishes that extend the possibilities to match each and every outfit. There is a basic nailpolish set and also different nude shades included but for the special nailpolishes you have to get the extensions packs.

 Nail polish packs give NARDCOTIX MANA’s a unique variety and new twist on SL toe-shoes.

The release will be part of the great,  long-awaited Main store Re-Opening of Nardcotix. On Sunday, June 13th at 1pm SLT it will reopen its doors and you should not miss that:)
