“The Sarame dress is 100% rigged mesh. It features India’s National Bird the Peacock (hand painted), along with traditional images. The aim of the design was to bring traditional Indian imagery to western fashion. In India the Peacock is a symbol of beauty, joy, grace and love. It is this that inspired me to create the Sarame dress after all every man, woman and child is beautiful and deserving of joy and love, therefor I wanted the dress to be graceful in its design, just like the peacock. I am very happy that I can show you 2 more designs that will be part of the Ashraya Project. Aliza Karu, owner and designer of [AD] Creations, created a wonderful black and white dress with some cute glasses. The “Andrew female” outfit really is something special. The skirt is made with the new mesh technique, the rest of the prims, like the belt, the glasses, the lace and the jacket collar, you can edit like usual prims or sculpties. The ribbons and the lace part beneath the skirt, give the whole outfit a playful dolly touch. The cool unsymmetrical gloves again show the genius ideas of Aliza Karu, who always for me was one of the designers that created outfits and items out of the box and beside the usual mainstream 😉
The hair as well is a contribution to the Ashraya Project. It comes off the house of Urban Lutz. Tayler Wassep made this amazing “India” hair as her part for the great charity event of Anna Sapphire. The hair has some wonderful decorations with the little golden and red golden parts on the forehead and the whole style looks like a ponytail in the back.
The LM for the Ashraya Project will be posted as soon as I can get a hand on it 🙂 But I really like it to show you some of the great items before hand so you can maybe make your own personal shopping list already 😉

Part of the Spring Collection 2012 of SoliDea FoliEs are the “Optical Dresses & Hats”. There are 3 different versions in color and texture for this amazing new dress. For today I chose the ‘Square’ version of the amazing outfit.
The hat looks like one of the asian ‘Koi’ fishes and it is a very extravagant hat. I always loved how Mila Tatham, owner and genius designer of SoliDea FoliEs took unusual ideas and made them fashionable 🙂 The short dress is perfect for the upcoming spring season and I really like how carefully the red color is brought in with just the few little red balls and at the hat. I have an addiction for black and white and for squares for a long time – yes I am a child of the 80’s :p. So this dress really got my attention even if the 2 other colors are amazing as well.
To catch the red color again I took the new “Play Cubes” earrings from Finesmith. The square shape totally made it to the dress for me 🙂
Too keep the look in a modern way I added one of the latest releases from Urban Lutz for the hair.
