Again I am coming to you with an amazing release from Midnight Order. The event just passed its half time celebrations and there are some cool new items available there. Until the 20th of February you can get all those amazing designs, gifts and news.
Today I would like to draw your attention on the release of AsteroidBox. The ultra awesome “Sabien” Outfit is their release for the Midnight Order event. It is a full outfit, coming in one piece – pants, corset, blouse and the amazing detailed chest ruffles, held by that beautiful gem. With the HUD you get a lot of different colors to choose from. And with that already being more than just cool, you even get a bloody and a clean version for all colors and parts. I always adored the mesh and texture skills of Leith – owner and designer of AsteroidBox – and with this ensemble made for male and female he again outdid himself. A definite highlight is the wonderful waist corset with the amazing detailed decor – not to mention the whole outfit is a total highlight anyway *winks*
Since I have a fable for mix and match looks, I added the cool “KnottArms” made by the Eclipse Art Studio. I know I already blogged about them, but they are so awesome, come in so many colors and two different fabrics, there’s is a lot of more room for showcasing them 😉 They can be found in a gacha machine at the main store by now.
For the shoes and that outfit you usually would think about some Victorian looking boots, but when I saw the “*Refill*” boots – now as well available for as a female version – I could not resist to add them to my outfit and they gave the whole look a neat little, mean twist. I really love to add opposites that turn the whole look again a slight little bit!
As already mentioned, the “Sabien Outfit” as well has male body versions available, which brought me to the idea I could do a cool couple shoot with Redclaw Inshan my RL/SL partner. Usually he tries to avoid shoots, as he hates to redress and style (or being styled by me, saying what to add and loose *grins*), but when I showed him that outfit he was all in for it. He decided to go for the bloody version of the outfit and as well added some cool boots from L’Emporio – can you tell I am addicted to their shoes and not only to the shoes! The only thing I rarely can change is his hair – he loves his “Dext” hair from A&Y, but for this picture it was totally fine for me and … it is kinda his trademark so I didn’t start an argument about it.
Some of the decor used for this pictures you as well can find at the Midnight Order. The amazing fountain, which you can see behind us was made by [ContraptioN] and the little mechanical heart (having a holding pose in it too, which we didn’t use for this picture) comes from Reliquary (!R!).
I hope I am able to do more pictures with friends and family soon. I really do enjoy them a lot, even if they are usually more work or take more time, as I am not that used to it as if I snap just myself 😉
