Immerse for the Fashion Fair

Today I am very happy to welcome a new designer on my blog – Immerse! The first dress I like to showcase, is the contribution of Immerse for The Fashion Fair, that starts on the 30th of november.

The short “Sequioa” dress is an amazing mesh made dress. The woolen texture is perfect for the actual season and the amazing ribbon thats attached to the waist band really gives it a wonderful playful touch. The dress adds some chic to a casual look. The leggings I chose are from Leezu and with the bald knees they underline the sexy touch of the look.

The shoes are made by [sys] and the amazing huge bag comes from BeloD, a new and upcoming label from Bozda Mubble. She made a lot of amazing designs lately and the “Leather Handbag” really caught my attention, as I always look for cool fashion accessories.

The hair is one of the latest releases by EMO-tions called “Harley”. With the lightly ‘,essy’ look it was the perfect addition to my today’s casual look. The necklace as well comes from EMO-tions and is called “Daylight”.

For the nail polish I used one of the last releases from Nailed It. The cool red polish with the golden studds out of the “Rock Set'”made the perfect finish for me.

The awesome furniture right behind me is the latest release from 22769. The cool “Vroom” sofa lets every males heart beat higher and even me would like to have one of those in her living room*giggles* It was made for the November mens department. The lamp I took out of the “Midcentrury Modern” set wich contains as well a PG version of a bed and a chair.

Wicca’s Wardrobe: Night Out

Lately I have kinda a black phase… Sure black is my favourite color even if it is not considered as a color :p, but usually I find a good balance between black outfits and others. But the cold outside, that dark mood of the beginning winter, the first snow… all that really pushes me even more towards black again.

Today I would like to showcase some goodies that I got while i had my RL moving going and could not yet blog about. The amazing dress is from Faster Pussycat. The “Varla” dress was released during the AVENUE Fashion Week this year and it really meets my likings ;). Usually I am not wearing a lot of dresses or gowns, even if I like elegant and classy looks as well ;). But the “Varla” dress made such a great basic for a styling, that I had in mind.  The Top with the amazing flower attachment and the sweet wave shaped skirt added a sweet and cute touch to the basic idea I had so I wanted to give it some strong and weird accessories to give it my personal touch. The boots are heavy plateau boots from Lapointe that you might consider more for a dark grunge or goth styling. But since I love controversy in stylings they made the perfect shoes for today.

The gloves are some super cool ones from N1CO. The “Claw” gloves are opaque gloves that have amazing short claws for the fingernails and some bangles attached to them as well. The “Claw Gloves” come with a HUD so you can change the color of the bracelets, the claws and even the little dots that are placed along the fingers.

The awesome hat is one of the Bliss Couture hats that I got in the past out of the still running closing sale. The amazing necklace is one of the mesh made jewelry collection from EMO-tions. The “Flair Necklace” was the perfect match for the dress and the shoulder parts from ISON, wich I found at one of those gacha fairs, because the collar style did not interfere too much with the outfit it self and still added some more gothic character to it.

This year I was so happy and honored to be asked if I would like to be part of the POE6 hunt. The POE is one of the biggest hunts on the grid and I was so excited when Sequoia Nightfire, the founder of it asked me if I would like to contribute a hunt item as well.

I wanted to make something that goes with the theme of the Peace on Earth hunt as well as I wanted touch the christmas season a bit and so I came on the idea to make a group pose for angles ;).  The “Angels” pose set contains 4 non released poses. They are single in that pack so you can use them for other purposes and smaller groups or for your own only as well. They are made with a smooth transition, so they are suitable for the runway as well.

Bird of Paradise – News at Silken Moon

A new skin arrived on the grid! Silken Moon released a brand new skin. “Simone” is the perfect skin for all who wish to keep their young look. The skin is very detailed what you will see if you take a demo and look at the body. It is made very realistic looking. Every pixel was placed with love and thoughts. The high lights are incredible awesome set. For example the collar bones are wonderfully accented, to get the imagination of a well shaped and beautiful body. “Simone” comes in 8 new and different skin tones. If you purchase one of the “Simone” skins you get a lot of additional extras with it. Each skin has 2 cleavage options, an eyebrow shaper, Slink hand and feet applier HUDs for all 8 tones and as well an open and a closed lips option with matching prim teeth for the perfect smile 😉 . Besides the natural tinted eyebrows you get some real crazy coloured eyebrows like green or pink and you get one tintable option to make it any color you like. For some it might also be interesting that Malicia Python, mother and creator of “Simone” and owner of Silken Moon, offers a free service for Lola appliers as well.

The makeup which I added on “Simone” as well comes from Silken Moon. The “Autumn Eyes” in gold so repeated the lines of the amazing clothing. The whole set of the “Autumn Eyes” contain wonderful dark and warm colors, wich are perfectly for the actual season. Usually I do not wear any eyebrows anymore but with the cool options of the “Simone” skin I could not resist to add some green eyebrows that went with the outfit so well 😉 . The lipstick is one of the new “Simone Lips” in lavender.

But Malicia did not only release a new skin… she as well made some amazing mesh clothing like the “Paradox” outfit. The “Paradox” vest and pants in the peacock version caught my attention as i never saw such a rich textured outfit in so many different colors that go so well together 😉 Usually I am more the black type, but with the beautiful pattern of the pants and the amazing texture of the vest it was just a ‘must have’ for me. There is way more variations of the “Paradox outfit at Silken Moon and you can combine, mix and match all of them with each other. The dark teal, green texture goes along so well with the ‘cool pale canvas’ version of “Simone and I could not resist even red hair to all the colors and wild makeup combination 😉 .

To add even more color and repeat the orange tone of the hair and the “Paradox” vest, I decided to wear the new “Kaya” set from Lazuri. With the amazing menu that does let you recolor nearly every little part of the set it was easy to set the gems to orange and get some gold and wooden look for the metals.

The poses are from the latest release from Corpus. The “Lounge Series 001” are a full set of amazing sits. But we all know Corpus for unusual and amazing editorial poses and so the new set is not just a bunch of simple and usual sit. You have half laying poses like i used on the first picture and as well some ground sits in it. A real must have for every blogger and photographer!

And there is me the Bird of Paradise, unbelievable but true  in strong and bright colors 😉

New Late Autumn Look at GizzA

Autumn gets colder and colder and the winter is right before us. I still try to tell myself it is late autumn but if I look outside… I get shown different*sighs* And even if I turn up the heat in my apartment… I afraid, I will not escape the winter outside. To bring back a bit of warmer feelings I could not resist to try the new “Woolen Series” and to get the warmer type of colors I went to one of my favourite places to snap the pictures – at the Looking Glass sim.

The “Knitted Crop Top” might let me freeze a little but the style of it lets me suffer*grins*. The top is mesh made and with the 2 belts round the waist and right under the dress it has a very sexy look. The “Tartan Mini Skirt” really is something I would wear RL as well. I like the pattern and the combination of the soft warm colors with a touch of red that goes perfectly with the “Knitted Crop Top”. I added the black version of the “Epaulette Set”. This accessoriy is out of the gacha at GizzA and it has many other amazing colors as well. The super cool mesh boots are my long time favourites of LeeZu. The “Piccadilly Overknee Boots” are the perfect addition to cover most of the legs so I will at least have warm feet 😉 .

The “Woolen Series” are now available in different colors at the GizzA Mainstore.

The lipstick is one of the newest releases from Silken Moon. The “Luna Lips Bonfire” have the perfect red tone to match the whole look. The fingernails are colored with one of the Slink enhancer HUD’s from Nailed It.

Today I would like to showcase the latest release from Mea Culpa. After the amazing pret a porter line, Tatanka Kaligawa, owner and designer of Mea Culpa now again released a wonderful avant-garde dress again.

The “Beyond Oz” has a mesh made basic, wich is wonderfully textured with a black fabric that wears amazing silver ornaments. The hips are decorated with huge ruffles on each side and for the shoulder you have a huge geometric looking attachment. The shape and style of this shoulder attachment is repeated in 2 awesome huge bracelets.

What caught my attention was the big and cool head piece with the jewelry. The headpiece looks like a huge black hair bun wich again captures the look and style of the shoulder part and the bracelets. Connected to that bun, you have a wonderful flexible attachment in the same texture as the dress.

The necklace and the head jewelry are as well part of the outfit. The black pearls complete the “Beyond Oz” dress perfectly and give it a beautiful and elegant touch. Since the head jewelry and the necklace are single parts you can wear them to any other styling as well 😉 .

The cool matching makeup comes from Silken Moon. The “Kabuki” gives the styling an even more avant-garde look and it should not miss in a fashionista’s wardrobe.

Wicca’s Wardrobe: Lonely Dance…

The wonderful outfit that I would like to showcase today comes from [AD] Creations. Aliza Karu, owner and genius designer of [AD] Creations is well known for her extraordinary and unique designs. As she says by herself, all of her designs are made out of a mood. So basically if you wear one of her wonderful creations, you wear one of her moods 😉 . She always adds a special edge to her outfits like she did with the “Halo” dress. This dress can be used to create so many different looks from elegant to fierce or extravagant. The corset has an open front and the shoulders are free. For the skirt we have a huge balloon looking shape, wich ends in a wonderful lace part.

At the hips you have the same amazing lace and the collar as well is part of the outfit. What caught my attention was the incredible headpiece. The crow head paired with that wonderful and delicate lace veil – simply stunning.

The cool snake that I am wearing over my shoulders again is the gacha “Kaa” mesh snake from deviousMind.

The beautiful jewelry comes from Lazuri. The “Eda” set is one of my favourites from Lazuri. With the huge range of possibilities this set really can be worn to nearly every look. You are able to color the metals and stones with a pop-up menu and you can choose between 3 different styles with the same menu as well.

The super cool tattoo is from one of my favourite tattoo and makeup stores. White Widow, done by the incredible Julie Hastings. The “Lady Killers” tattoo comes in 2 different versions, one normal and one low. Julie even thought about the new Slink mesh hands and made her tattoo end before it collides at the ankles.

The amazing hair is made by EMO-tions. The “Yeriak” hairstyle is a wonderful and elegant up do with pearls that just matches amazing to my today’s styling.

The skin is my custom made Wicca skin in the new ‘lumee lunette’ tone. I fell in love with that new tone, because it gives my face such an amazing filigree porcelain look. To make it easy to match the slink hands and feet Silken Moon offers the Slink enhancement HUD to nearly every of their skins.

News at Wicca’s Wardrobe!!! – The “Show Off” Set

And again I did it :p . A new pose set has arrived at Wicca’s Wardrobe. The new “Show Off” set did grow out of a styling with the awesome “Au Revoir Sade” coat from LeeZu. I wanted to have some poses who have a smart and sexy touch for this styling. The focus for this poses were on the hips and legs since they can be seen. Certainly you can use those poses for every other styling with or without coats as well 🙂 .

Wicca’s Wardrobe: LOTD 11/16/2013 – A little bit of Steampunk

Steampunk – One of my favourite styling themes. I love the smooth and brownish colors and the idea of all the technical and mechanical stuff.

For todays look I started with the new “Paradox Pants” from Silken Moon. Malicia Python, wich we all know for her incredible amazing skins, again started to make some clothing. The “Paradox Pants” were released together with a matching jacket, but for this post I wanted to showcase the pants first, as they are really awesome for mix and matching.

For my today’s styling I chose the ‘Nexus’ version of the “Paradox Pants”. Silken Moon made a lot of other patterns and fabrics for the beautiful mesh pants. The top I picked from Leezu. It is part of one of the Noir outfits called “Efraims Daughter”. I always like the brown fabric of the corset and the ripped part that covers the chest. The huge neck part I found at Shi. Shi is a store where I find myself lately more often. They seem to make some neat accessories and items that you cannot find all over the grid. The “Hesed” neck warmer, is one of those. This huge accessory is a perfect addition for my todays look. The used look and the warm colors of the ‘old book’ version perfectly went with the pants and the top. The shoes are one of my favourites from J’s. The “Studded Long Boots” are cool flat mesh shoes that can be worn in so many different styles and for the steam punk I liked the studds that brought back the metal parts of the neck warmer. Speaking of warmers, the arm warmers are from Shi as well. Shi released amazing armwarmers with mesh hands and fingers right attached to them. With a simple HUD you can choose the ring style and as well you can match the hands to your skin relatively easy. And now i will explore this amazing sim that I found for my pictures 😉

Wicca’s Wardrobe: ” Girls just wanna have fun”

LeeZu-GizzA-Lazuri 001Pink & Purple!!! Yes, I took my medicals for my pink allergy before I did the styling*grins*

Usually I try to avoid pink and purple like hell bu sometimes I am in a 80’s mood and back then pink and purple were some of the dominating colors.

The “Metropolis” mesh dress from LeeZu was the base for this in the end colorful look. The sexy short dress, wich only has straps over the shoulders is amazing textured with wonderful lights and shadows looks amazing realistic.

The jacket comes from GizzA. The “Biker Jacket” always was something I had on my focus and as I saw the pink version discounted to 50%, I just could not resist and the pink & black idea was born. I am a fan of overknee boots since in forever and the “Piccadilly Overknee Boots” from LeeZu are a long time favourite of mine. To make a black basic, I put them on in black. Now the part of the legs between the black “Metropolis” dress and the boots screamed for some color as well, as the pink jacket dominated the whole look. I first tried some pink leggings but then it was too much of all that pink and so I decided to go a little darker with purple. The “Cat Tights” in violet from LeeZu with the holes just made the perfect match for my 80s look, since back then many ripped their stockings and jeans to get the used look.

For the jewelry, I wanted something with black metals and some pink and lilac or purplish looking gems. Nothing that would dominate the whole look too much, just something that goes with it. I have a fable for neck corsets and collars, so I remembered the “Noor Mystic Infinity” set from Lazuri, that I was given for the amazing jewelry spread in the BoSL Magazine. The “Noor Mystic Infinity” set is fully menu driven like all of the Lazuri jewelry and that makes it for me so valuable. I can decide about the metal and as well the gem stones for fabric and color and I can even color the gem stones in different colors and not just one for all gems. What I figured out for the Lazuri jewelry as well… you can have different styles for nearly each set. Always a basic style and 2 more to add more and more glam and parts to it. That really is something inventive for me, as you just buy one set, have 3 different styles and a full control over the metals and colors.

The skin as usual is my custom made “Wicca” skin in the new ‘lumee lunette’ tone. The lipstick as well comes from Silken Moon and the eye makeup I found at Boom.

The whole look took me so much back into the 80s that I was listening to all the old good tunes during my post and enjoyed it so much, that I would like to quote Cyndi Lauper for the end of my post… “Girls just wanna have fun!”
