Angel Dessous: “Wicca” – a dream came true!

A few weeks ago I was talking to Nando Korobase, designer of Angel Dessous, and we had a lot of fun with weird thoughts. I do not remember exactly how we came on it but suddenly Nando said, that if he ever has a weird and crazy idea for a gown he will name it after me. Of course I felt honored big time… but as I was knowing, that he has tons and tons of work with challenge gowns and new releases, I did not expect it to happen very soon. Still a smile on my face we talked for a little more and some when I left his laboratory.(Angel Dessous – “Wicca” /darknight red)

I nearly had forgotten about it as suddenly during my LeeZu shift, Nando IMed me and said he might have done an outfit that is so crazy that it could wear my name… I do not need to mention that every second till the end of my shift felt like hours. I was so horrible curious and excited I nearly could not wait… After 10 more minutes, that felt like 10 more hours, I left LeeZu and ran over to Angel Dessous, up to Nando’s laboratory. What I saw, as he showed me was taking my breath away… This fantastic gown should wear my name… a dream of mine came true, as I saw him there with the new dress. The shoulder parts edgy with little hovering balls on it wich are repeated at the waist part down the skirt. A wonderful textured skirt part longer in the back then in the front with an amazing laced end at the bottom. An awesome top with this little filigree lace parts at the bottom of the cleavage. The beautiful gloves with these amazing prim parts above the elbows and the wrists – I really was speechless.

Then he told me about the 3 different color combinations as I still was staring at the new “Wicca” dress. I heard him saying that he wanted me to model it and make a picture of it for the release… I still was dreaming, but at the same time my mind started working what I could do with this amazing dress for a picture and there my trouble started. Something came in my mind and got stuck there, so that no other idea had any chance. As I wanted to show at least 2 versions of the dress I wanted to pull myself, at my hair, out of a mirror. I tried and tried but nothing could satisfy my idea… I was close to pull my hair in RL,  as I had this idea in my mind and just could not really realize it like I wanted to. Then Cherie Parker came into my mind. I adore her for her pictures since forever and in the very past she made me a wonderful picture… she was the one, she could do it! I IMed her telling her my problem. She was very nice as always and in the end she said she would try. A few days later I met her and she snapped a lot of poses and positions of both versions of the “Wicca” dress with me in it :p I again was hell nervous and excited aboutthe result. Cherie must have felt that, because she was really fast with my picture, even if she had so much work for other projects. One evening she IMed me, telling me she would have my picture and as she sent it tome I nearly freaked out – it was exactly what I wanted!!! (if you scroll back to the beginning of this post you can see the pic :P) At this point again thank you Cherie for realizing my weird idea!!! As well thank you to Nando for realizing one of my dreams to have an outfit from Angel Dessous that carries my name 🙂 If you like the “Wicca” dress as much as I do, you should make your way to the Angel Dessous Mainstore and see wich color version you like most… I could not decide to be honest ;p

Wicca’s Wardrobe: LOTD 11/29/2011 – Mother of Darkness

Yesterday, again I made my way to the DAB Studios, owned by Daron Brandeis. He was IMing me, if I would have time for a shooting. A designer booked a commercial picture and he wanted me to style and model it. As I arrived, the designer was there and we had a short talk about what she wanted to have, the after all was cleared she left.

We did a few test shots to show her later and as we finished I was fooling around with a few looks and styles I created before as, I heard Daron freaking out about my actual outfit. Again it was clear that our crazy minds are not that far from each other and he started building a stand up little set. I put on the funny lightballs again and got very excited about, what he has in mind… I suddenly saw electric lights between my hands and instantly put on my glowy blue eyes… one word gave the other and I heard the camera going again and again… and what came out… was so incredible I have no words for…

Then suddenly I got a notecard from Pindar, who was sitting and watching the photography session… I had no clue that he writes and was hell touched by what just came up his mind watching the shooting. I asked him if I may use his little “poem” for the blog as it says more than 1000 words I could do…

Wonderful News at Fellini Couture!!!

“Plum” is the latest release by Fellini Couture. This awesome purple, plum and lilac gown again is a little piece of art made by Joy Fellini! The top in the basic color with 2 huge and wonderful shoulder parts and a beautiful skirt. In the front the skirt is covered by awesome flowers in so many shades and colors that I simply cannot tell how many 😉 The back is a flexible plum-colored train that moves dreamy with every step and turn you do 🙂

This awesome jumpsuit really is an old idea in a new mask. Monica Outlander gave it a very modern and fresh face with the great chest part and he huge legsleeves with the little silver buttons. New Collection by Pipins!!!

Today I have the pleasure, to have a new designer that I never before had on my blog… Angiliak Crystal, designer of Pipins. Pipins is a French store and they started in February 2011 in SL. At Pipins you will find makeups, clothing and outfits for all kind of situations. Anyways if casual, classy, edgy or avantgarde.. you will find what you search for at Pipins. I am very happy that I got one of the new avantgarde outfits to show it on my blog 🙂

“Dress Epine” this extraordinary creation is named and it really got me from the very first moment I put it on… Such an awesome and high fashion idea, edgy and extravagant like I love it :p The dress contains the hat with the long pins, the upper body part, the skirt and the basic clothing layers. The long pins we have on the hat as well return on the huge prim skirt. The whole dress made in black and white really is a must have for every daring fashionista 😉 Immediately after I snapped this gown I visited all the 4 places where Angiliak Crystal showcases her different creations and it really was worth it… If you search some to stand out and be different… you really should make your way to the Pipins stores!!!

Finesmith – “Shinobu Inspiration”

Another great inspiration set was born!!! “Shinobu” is one of the latest additions to the inspiration sets for the Finesmith Muse 2012.

Yula Finesmith again shows her genius mind for extraordinary creations! This set is definitely nothing for chickens :p It is a very powerful set with all the dragon heads and sharp ends 🙂 What totally thrilled me is the new way of the ring yula made… you do not only have a ring on your hand .. no it is connected to another dragon head that sits a little but more up your wrist – simply an amazing idea! Lets take a closer look at the gown…

It is a firework of textures and prims that again show the great skills of Tatanka Kaligawa, if it comes to design and ideas. The basic color might be black but it is ornamented and decorated with so many shades, shows and lights… simply wonderful. The attachments of the body move in a dreamy way. The great huge prim attachments at the head, round the neck and the hips carry a wonderful texture that breaks the black character of the gown in a perfect way. Outstanding News at E-Clipse!!!

Oh my God!!! Thetra Blackheart did it again…

After the awesome “Celeno” outfit, she now came up with an amazing and extraordinary, fashionable outfit!!! “D.N.R.” is really something different. It has so many awesome details that I had to look more the once and even while I snapped the pictures finally, I discovered more 🙂

The neck and waistpart is transparent so you can look trough and have the imagination of seeing the spine. The outfit contains dress, headpiece and even the great makeup layers for face and chest.  The whole outfits has moving textures it seems the filigree parts of wrists and headpiece appear and disappear again and again. At the top you have silver ornaments that as well come and go. The extraordinary shoes as well have a transparent part in the middle and the little objects inside move as well like little fishes in an aquarium. For the 4rd anniversary of AVENUE, [sys] created a wonderful outfit… “Nautilus”

“Nautilus” is an extraordinary creation, that combines so many different fabrics and textures – it is just amazing. The feathers have a peacock look while the top has a wonderful snake-skin look.

The skirt makes a perfect finish on that outfit with the long lines that end in cute little balls. The hat as well is part of the whole outfit. I just added the Miamai “Hiatus” boots. To see what else is new at [sys], the best is you take a look at the Mainstore 😉

New shoes at Mea Culpa!!!

Again Tatanka Kaligawa, designer of Mea Culpa, added 3 more pair of shoes to his collection 🙂

“Hawk”, the one you can see on the pic above is one of them. I guess the talons of a raptor could be the inspiration for this amazing pair of heels. The silver, metal and black totally underlines the strong vibe this new design has!

The “Shanghai” shoes were/are part of the great winning gown “Shanghai Noon” that won the ‘One in a million’ contest a while ago. Now you can purchase those amazing pair of shoes single as well!!! I would like to call this heels as a piece of art. If you take a closer look at them, you can see all the awesome details like the flowers, the wonderful made textures and the special filigree decorated heels!
