LOTD 09/29/2011 with Fellini Couture

Yesterday I met Joy Fellini – talented designer and owner of Fellini Couture –  on one of her secret shopping tours… nope I will not tell where :p… and she gave me one of her latest releases – “Z”. Such an awesome creation with a lovely zebra print all over the dress. The huge ruffles on the sides are made in a sheer lace fabric and make an awesome contras to the opaque dress it self. What really caught my eyes were the zebra tinted claws that decorate the chest and the huge headpiece that as well has this awesome claws that hold it on the head. The bracelets and the collar are as well part of the outfit. For the earrings I used the “Noir” earrings from Finesmith Design, and the shoes are made by epoque. For me the “Z” dress is definitely a must have for the modern fashionista. Wicca’s Wardrobe: LOTD 09/28/2011

Yesterday before my LeeZu shift I was thinking about what I could wear. I went to my LeeZu part of my wardrobe and after 2 hours… yes the LeeZu part is not small *grins… I came across a really beautiful gown that I was not wearing for quite sometime. I pulled it our of the wardrobe and put it on. “A Mon Insu” is a very elegant and still playful gown with all the cute ruffles and roses. And as I anyways was in an elegant mood from my last post, I really enjoyed styling this wonderful gown ;). For the jewelry I chose the earrings and necklace of the “Giz” set from Finesmith Designs. The skin is one of the new Glam Affair skins called “Gio”. For the hair I searched some to repeat the ruffle and rose theme of the gown and my choice fell on the “Cileste” hair, made by Bliss Couture. Even if you cannot see the shoes on the pic, I have to tell, that it was the “ChiChi” pumps in black from Maitreya as I loved them so much with their sweet crossed lines ;). Last look in the mirror to check… perfect! Lets go to LeeZu and work my shift as usual at Wednesday 11AM SLT 😉

“Jenie” – The new mesh gown by Angel Dessous!

Mesh more and more enters Second Life. And Nando Korobase, designer of Angel Dessous works hard on more and more mesh outfits… with a great success it seems if I look at the latest release – the “Jenie” gown.

“Jenie” is available in different versions for the texture and I am sure you will find yours if you make your way to the Angel Dessous Mainstore. The slim dress makes a wonderful shape and the added floating skirt prims give a wonderful elegant touch. A sweet eyecatcher is the wonderful brooche that comes in black or silver with every verion of the gown. All versions are made in differnt black and white shades.

As I was talking to Nando lately, we were joking around a bit and came across all the crazy stylings that I made with his outfits and I promised him to do some pictures as a good girl with classy stylings :p. The “Jenie” gown was perfect for this experiment 😉 I hope I did succeed… 🙂 and could proove, that I am not only the weird, crazy Wicca and can do differnt… if I want to :p

Breathtaking News from Aleida!!!

The second dress as well was shown the first time at the BoSL Fashion Week 2011. “Life is a Chess” this incredible outfit is named and as you can see Aleida played with a lot of chessmen on this outfit. The basic colors black and white make a perfect illusion of a living chess board with all the chess pieces on it. The huge headpart carries them as well as the wonderful back train of the dress itself.

The mixture of the opaque chessmen and the floating lace make a perfect combination. The dress is made of a basic black fabric that open on the belly for a little chessboard 😉 Really a piece of Art!

The last outfit for today is the “Falling Apart Gown”. Also  the first time on the runway at the BoSL Fashion Week 2011. A total eyecatcher is the huge bow head piece and the beautiful sculpted skirt with all this little domino parts at the back.

All 3 designs are made very detailed and you can imagine how much time and effort were put in that dresses. Aleida is back with a big boom and awesome new designs. Watch out for her new Fall/Winter Collection 2011. This 3 dresses are only a little taste of what will come 🙂

I saw the new Prism store already^^ :p

Yesterday Journey McLaglen, designer and owner of Prism, showed me her new store that will be opened on the 1st of October and I have to say an amazing new and shining store. For sure you will find many of the well-known Prism outfits but as well some brand new out of her new Fall Collection 2011!

For example the “Gabrielle Sweater and Pants” that I am wearing for this blog post. This combination is perfect in colors and style for the actual season. The great paisley printed fabric is, as always, hand printed by Journey herself. She has such a perfectionism that every of her creations are a little piece of art.

The sweater comes in 2 different versions. A short and a long one so you are prepared for every weather situation 😉 Do not miss the grand reopening of Prism on the 1st of October 2011 🙂 and see all her new and long time favourite creations in a bright new light 🙂
