MVW 2012: National Gown for Miss Greece 2012 by ALB Dream Fashion & Alienbear

Today I have the great pleasure to show you the wonderful national costume of Miss Greece 2012. The amazing “Medusa” outfit was made by AnaLee Balut, skilled and experienced owner of ALB Dream Fashion. AnaLee Balut is a well known designer for contest gowns as she made MVW 2009 winner´s evening gown,  MVW 2010 winner´s costume and she was one of the finalists in the “One in a million” designers contest. With the “Medusa” outfit she captured many little details of the Greece mythologies. What caught my attention the most are the wonderful 3D looking snakes that go through the whole dress. The all look so real but not one snake looks like the other. The huge headpiece as well is part of the outfit and for the clothing layers AnaLee Balut shows her skills when it comes to designing. She combined different fabrics in different colors in an awesome way to one piece. The headpiece as well combines a lot of amazing little details. The golden part with the huge red gem, the long tail parts that again catch the snake theme and the hair itself. A stunning creation for Miss Calypso Oliphaunt, the Miss Greece for Miss Virtual World 2012. The beautiful shoes are as well part of the outfit. Very filigree done, again we can see how much love for the detail AnaLee Balut puts in her designs. The shoes come with a HUD so you can match the perfectly to your skin tone. The jewelry for this incredible creation was made by Alienbear. Alienbear made the perfect addition in gold and red for this wonderful dress. The thin golden lines in amazing shaped and ornaments holding tiny little red gems and white diamonds… really the work of a professional and Alienbear again shows why she is one of the top jewelry designers in SL with this wonderful and gorgeous “Esmeralda” set. The set contains the earrings and a two-part necklace. MVW 2012: National Gown for Miss Canada 2012 by Tres Beau

My last Miss Virtual World Gown from Tres Beau is the wonderful “Miss Canada” gown. The incredible gown was made for Miss Sazzy Oh, our Miss Canada 2012 for MVW 2012. Kimmera Madison again shows, how much she cares about the different countries and their traditional aspects if she designs the national costumes for MVW. If we think on Canada… for sure we imagine a lot of snow and ice. Exactly that, Kimmera took for the basic of her awesome creation. For sure her amazing skills for designing let her do something very special. The “Miss Canada” gown combines a lot of different fabrics. The shining clothing layers, that glitters and shines with every sunbeam that it kisses it, the huge fluffy fur parts on the great coat with the hoodie hanging down in the back and the little snowflakes that hang down from the waist in the front on long, filigree and flexible lines and all the awesome snowflakes and ice crystals that make the huge head-piece, the decoration of the coat and the jewelry itself.

The incredible necklace and earrings repeat the snowflakes theme and add even more glamour to the whole gown. You as well can take of the huge coat and wear the wonderful ensemble as a short dress 🙂 The dot of the “i” make some snowflakes that fall down around you like little particles… it nearly looks like you are standing in the snow :). MVW 2012: National Gown for Nicaragua 2012 by Champagne! Sparkling Couture

For Miss Nicaragua 2012 of the this year Miss Virtual World challenge, Enzo Champagne made a very sweet outfit. Very colorful and with so many little details. Miss Shantal Gravois was the lucky Miss Nicaragua 2012, who was allowed to showcase this amazing design on the MVW 2012 runway.

The huge dress is decorated with some typical items on the bottom and the texture itself gives a very typical colorful overall look. The mixture of the colored layers and prims is an amazing contrast to the white lace parts you can find on the top and the skirt. MVW 2012: National Gown for Miss Turkey 2012 by Tres Beau

Today I would like to show case the incredible national costume of Miss Turkey 2012, Miss Xandrah Sciavo. With this amazing firework of textures, prims, fabrics and colors, Kimmera Madison worked out an art work for Tres Beau. Again Kimmera proved that she really takes it serious if models come and ask her for the national costumes for Miss Virtual World. She takes a great effort to research the typical elements and colors of the country she makes the dress for. If you google about traditional outfits of Turkey, you will find many designs that come very close to what Kimmera created. The colors, the shape of the prims and the combination of laced, sheer and opaque parts… super awesome. If you take a look on all the ornaments that decorate this stunning dress… the little chain parts and decorations at the belt, the wonderful chest part with the coins that are made as prim parts, you only can imagine how long Kimmera sat on this piece of art. The head-piece as well is part of the outfit with the beautiful decoration at the right front side. Talking of chains and coins, the jewelry of this great outfit as well is part of it if you purchase it at Tres Beau. Kimmera as well made the effort to create the perfect matching jewelry to this outfit. The cute earrings with the little bells as well are typical for the country and it’s belly dancers 😉 The huge necklace combines gems and noble metals with a leather line in an amazing way. Again we can see, that Kimmera really has an eye for the detail. This as well made her to one of the most popular designers in SL and the SL Fashion world I guess 😉 If an outfit is not just made of its basics, even if they are great, then you can see how much a designer puts in to his creations and this little details mostly make those outfits so special and unique then 🙂 If you make your way to the Tres Beau Mainstore you can get your “Miss Turkey” and feel like an oriental princess 🙂

I tried to find a nice pose for this amazing outfit but no pose wanted to do what I had in mind, or the different parts of the outfit were hidden, so the one I used is my first one, I made on my own*dances around* Basically I have to thank Kimmera for this dress that finally put me making my own poses as well 🙂

MVW 2012: National Gown for Miss Ireland 2012 by Champagne! Sparkling Couture

The wonderful gown for Miss Ireland 2012 was myde by Enzo Champagne, owner and designer of Champagne! Sparkling Couture. Miss Saleena Hax, our lovely Miss Ireland 2012 got a gorgeous stong light green gown, with lots of amazing and traditional details to walk down the great runway of the Miss Virtual Wold 2012 contest. The beautiful rainbow in the back is made as a part of the outfit, as well the little pot of gold you are supposed to find at the end of it, like the fairytales say. The shoes are delivered with the outfit as well and they go perfect with all the little decorations you find on the dress. The collar carries a huge back piece of tendrils and little flowers and the typical cross makes the top center of them. MVW 2012: National Gown for Miss Monaco 2012 by Tres Beau

The wonderful and cute national costume for Miss Monaco 2012, Miss Vivienne Darcy, was made by Kimmera Madison, owner and designer of Tres Beau. Again Kimmera did a great research, to create this beautiful national costume for Miss Monaco 2012. Many traditional parts you can find on the “Miss Monaco” dress if you compare the outfit to google search results of traditional clothing of Monaco. I admire Kimmera for her careful research, when she starts designing national costumes for Miss Virtual World. All of her creations have really a real based theme and you can discover the country from seeing the costume. The awesome love for the detail Kimmera puts in her creations you can see again at the “Miss Monaco” dress. The ruffles, the delicate corset, the hat, the cute little black ribbons that are used for the blouse and the hat and all those amazing and perfect placed textures… that’s really high-class designing. The skirt carries a very filigree lace texture over the opaque basic and adds a touch of elegance as well. “Miss Monaco” now is available at the Tres Beau Mainstore.

MVW 2012: National Gown for Miss Thailand 2012 by Son!a

Nearly a full MVW 2012 design including hair and the wonderful jewelry shoulder piece, Miss Thailand 2012 got from Son!a. Sonia made a wonderful combination of dress, jewelry and as well the hair. The wonderful “Thailand Dress” of Miss DiamondGem Destiny is made in a very elegant way with really delicate fabrics. For my post I chose the golden version you can find some more colors at the Son!a Mainstore as well. The skirt parts left and right are made wonderful flexible, the basic fabric looks kinda satin and the wonderful laces ornaments at the bottom repeat the texture that was as well used for the skirt layer. The small top gives room for a lot of skin at the belly and the shoulders are amazingly covered by this huge jewelry part that goes down from the neck over both shoulders. The armlet and the bracelet are as well part of the  “Thailand Dress”. The beautiful hair with jewelry part also, unbelievable but true, is part of the whole outfit too, that’s why I said in the beginning it was nearly a ready-made full outfit for Miss Thailand 2012 😉 I really only added the earrings, the hairbase, skin, nails and shoes. The wonderful, playful and still elegant national costume for Miss Belgium 2012 was made by Champagne! Sparkling Fashion. The sweet accent this outfit has combining with the cute flowers with the red and yellow colors gives the whole out fit immediately a positive attitude. The corset is made with such nice, filigree details, the texture with the little ornaments… just amazing. The flower decoration at the cheat part goes so wonderful with the jewelry and the short skit underlines the cute look perfectly. “Belgium Ducasse” was for one of the most cute outfits for this year MVW 🙂 The “Belgium Ducasse” dress you will find at the Champagne! yula Finesmith did the beautiful jewelry for this sweet dress and again you can see how close designers work together, to create this amazing Miss Virtual World 2012 looks. The flower theme of the “Belgium Ducasse” is so very well caught with the “Touched by the Sun” set from Finesmith. All those little yellow & red flowers that are connected with this amazing long thin and filigree lines of noble metals… stunning! The umbrella is part of that incredible set and as well the collar, the headpiece and the earrings. MVW 2012: National Gown for Miss Italy/Miss Virtual World 2012 by Violator

With a great pleasure today I am able to show you the first of the 2 winning gowns of  Miss Italy 2012 and now our Miss Virtual World 2012 – Miss Anna Sapphire. Anna made her way to soraya Vaher, owner and creative designer of Violator, to get her national costume for Miss Virtual World 2012. This gorgeous “La Gloria Immortale” gown, Anna was wearing in the red/gold/white version for the MVW 2012 challenge, like you can see it on the pictures. As well there is another stunning color of that wonderful gown available at the Violator Mainstore.  The great designing skills of soraya can be seen in every little part of that gown. The design was inspired by the Italian Renaissance and it is a firework of amazing art work. The huge prims are made dreamy flexible and the combination of red, white and gold gives an awesome elegant and sophisticated touch. If you take a closer look you can see the amazing eye for the detail that soraya put in every little prim. The ornaments of the corsage, the golden parts for the shoulder, the headpiece… simply incredible. The jewelry is part of that fantastic gown as well. The ring, the filigree necklace that goes down the cleavage, and the wonderful collar that again adds some more elegance. MVW 2012: National Gown for Miss France 2012 by GizzA

Lauren Mureaux, Miss France 2012, asked Giz Seom, owner and designer of GizzA, to make her national gown. If I take a look at this wonderful gown, she made a great choice… GizzA worked the whole gown in the colors of France, blue, red and white. The red and blue is brought in very delicate in the wonderful huge train. It kinda looks, as if this 2 colors were alive as with every move the train shows up in a nother shade. Sometimes you have the red and blue more and then with the next move it seems again as you have the less, sadly I could not catch that in my picture as it is kinda motion. The basic color is white what makes the whole design very sophisticated for me. the huge flowers add a very special elegant touch to the whole design.
