MVW 2012: National Gown for Miss Thailand 2012 by Son!a

Nearly a full MVW 2012 design including hair and the wonderful jewelry shoulder piece, Miss Thailand 2012 got from Son!a. Sonia made a wonderful combination of dress, jewelry and as well the hair. The wonderful “Thailand Dress” of Miss DiamondGem Destiny is made in a very elegant way with really delicate fabrics. For my post I chose the golden version you can find some more colors at the Son!a Mainstore as well. The skirt parts left and right are made wonderful flexible, the basic fabric looks kinda satin and the wonderful laces ornaments at the bottom repeat the texture that was as well used for the skirt layer. The small top gives room for a lot of skin at the belly and the shoulders are amazingly covered by this huge jewelry part that goes down from the neck over both shoulders. The armlet and the bracelet are as well part of the  “Thailand Dress”. The beautiful hair with jewelry part also, unbelievable but true, is part of the whole outfit too, that’s why I said in the beginning it was nearly a ready-made full outfit for Miss Thailand 2012 😉 I really only added the earrings, the hairbase, skin, nails and shoes. MVW 2012: Evening Gown for Miss Thailand 2012 by Elan

The wonderful “Miss Virtual World” gown by Elan was worn by Miss Thailand 2012, Miss DiamondGem Destiny. Alatiel Malies shows that she is an experienced SL designer for quite some time with that amazing gown. One thing I admired Alatiel Malies always for, she is the perfect example that simplicity can be so stylish and fashionable. The “Miss Virtual World” gown again shows that you do not need a hell lot of prims and a million different textures to make an elegant and interesting gown. The skirt is open in the front and with that it has a very sexy touch added to the elegant style. If you take a second view you will see the beautiful details and textures Alatiel added on this gown, the little flowers at the hips, the wonderful prim that decorates the deep neckline in the front, simply stunning. MVW 2012: Evening Gown for Miss Australia 2012 by Tres Beau & Finesmith

Again we have a wonderful gown by Tres Beau combined with Finesmith jewelry that made it in the Top 12 of Miss Virtual World 2012… even more this combination of the “Miss Rissa” gown of Tres Beau and the “Tribal Glam” set from Finesmith brought Miss Rissa Friller – Miss Australia 2012 – on place 2 of the MVW contest this year. Lets take a look on the gown first. Kimmera Madison again showed her incredible skills of making textures and designing a stunning evening gown for Miss Australia 2012. The basic is made in silver. Silver is not an easy color for clothing in second life, most of the textures look grey and do not have any shine. But not for Tres Beau. The long experiences and the awesome skills of Kimmera Madison make this gown shine in a stunning silver attire. The ornaments look beautiful and give the gown even more highlights as it anyways has. The tight gown makes an awesome silhouette and the big mermaid skirt is a wonderful contrast to the shoulder free top of the gown. The ornaments are brought adorable on the gown so that you can move and pose without stretching this wonderful textures, again something that is not that easy I was told. So, no wonder that Miss Rissa Friller became the 1st runner-up for MVW 2012. The stunning gown is now available for everyone at the Tres Beau Mainstore.

For the jewelry, again we can see how close the designers work together to create this incredible looking styles. Yula Finesmith outdid herself again with catching the style and shape of the wonderful ornaments that Kimmera put on the gown. The swirls she did for the necklace, the bracelet and the ring are breathtaking awesome. Yula as well picked up the colors and made a firework of art with colors and design for this beautiful “Tribal Glam” set.The earrings, 2 little flowers,  are so unbelievable filigree and little, what again shows the incredible skills of yula Finesmith. The love for the detail yula and Kimmera both have in an awesome way. The great “Tribal Glam” set is now available at the Finesmith Mainstore.

MVW 2012: National Gown for Miss Australia 2012 by Tres Beau & Finesmith

The amazing and very artistic national gown for Miss Australia 2012 was made by Kimmera Madison, genius designer of Tres Beau. This gown is a total piece of art and a real outstanding design. The inspiration for this awesome creations was the Great Barrier Reef of Australia. Kimmera brought it on the runway with this incredible design. What you sadly can not see on the picture is the floating water texture that covers parts of the skirt. You really get the imagination or water that is running down the skirt again and again like a little waterfall that Miss Rissa Friller, Miss Australia 2012 carried around. Now available for everyone, you will find the “Miss Australia 2012” gown at the Tres Beau Mainstore.

To make the imagination of the living Great Barrier Reef perfect, Kimmera added certain parts out of the ocean, like seashells, fishes, little nemos, corals, and anemones for the back part and the huge head piece. This gown perfectly shows the skills and knowhow of Kimmera Madison. Her ideas and the ability to create exactly what she has in mind and her awesome textures and prims, make her so popular for such a long time. That maybe explains why most of the MVW candidates find their ways to Tres Beau for their gowns and costumes. For this year “Miss Australia 2012” was one of the 2 gowns from Tres Beau, that brought Miss Rissa Friller the 1st runner-up for Miss Virtual World 2012!

The jewelry for Miss Australia 2012 for sure came from Finesmith. Rissa was the Face of Finesmith for 2011 and so for sure yula made the jewelry for both of her gowns. The “Oceania” set was made for her national costume and it as well takes the theme of the Great Barrier Reef. The earrings, bracelet and ring carry as well seashells, corrals paired with awesome noble metals and gems. Matching nails for the “Oceania” set were the “Ocean” nails as well from Finesmith. Again I have the honor to showcase one of the latest creations of eXxEsS.

This amazing “Morana” outfit comes as a ready-to-wear outfit including all clothing layers, jewelry and as well the boots!

The black basic texture is made in a wonderful way with perfect set lights and highlights. The golden parts of the clothing layers are wonderful detailed with the texture and the little dots that you can see on nearly every border of the body suit , the upper end of the gloves and as well to frame the wonderful golden textured parts.

Even in the cool boots you can find this amazing dots if you look at the upper end. The boots have some other highlight as well if you look at the heels. They are amazing decorated with silver parts.

The earrings, necklace and armlets are as well part of the whole outfit and for every color version of the “Morana” they are made in the matching color.

Again eXxEsS made me curious to take a look at their Mainstore… maybe you should try as well 😉

Awesome new Lashes at Finesmith paired with Fluke poses ;)

One of the latest awesome releases at Finesmith were 4 new amazing lashes styles!!! We all know the black cool lashes yula Finsmith did for the “Noir” collection. Now she followed that great way of designing lashes with 4 more styles.

This incredible new Finesmith lashes are really a must have for everybody that likes an extravagant styling. Totally in black they always have a wonderful diamond part where they start from.

To make this awesome styling complete I added one of my long time favourites of Finesmith – the “Victorian Secret” set. This awesome set was one of the first sets that took my attention to yula Finesmith’s creations, as it was the first set where the jewelry was just ‘pinned’ on the body, like the necklace that goes right into the chest ;). The whole set is menu driven and you can change metals, colors and gems to make it match anyways what you wanna wear it to.

The awesome lace part, that goes up from the neck over the lips is one part of the “Lucia” lingerie from Glam Affair and as well a piece that I really like for a long time as well 🙂 So what could fit better to this styling then the “Diva Poses” made by GM Nikolaidis, owner and designer of Fluke. I really love the poses as they are somewhat fresh and modern and dare to be different and out of the box, for me the “Diva Poses” have a wonderful dramatic touch as well 🙂

Prism – Free Gift, News and Sneakpreview!!!

Today I have great news of Prism again, and I do not know where to start with :). There are so many exciting news… but let me start with the gift at Mimi’s Choice... Unbelievable but true… “Laura” in the unique color ‘old rose’ is the actual gift at Mimi’s Choice!!! (http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Deep%20House%20Island/102/86/22)

This amazing outfit comes as ready to wear outfits with the skirt, the stockings and pullover. The cute ruffles are a total highlight for this outfit. And again if you take a closer look at the textures… absolute high-class like we know it from Journey McLaglen 🙂

Now we come to some very secret news… I heard Journey is working on a new outfit… and  was observing her tailoring laboratory for a few days… and I was successful in the end :p

The new object of desire is called “Keira” and it comes in many different colors! I was able to ‘borrow’ a few to make short snaps before I had to get them back without being caught… 🙂

The amazing version with the wonderful white birds on the blue ground is called “Migration”. The outfit comes in many different possibilities to wear for all versions. You can have black gloves and the colored arm parts and the matching colored stockings with this awesome upper end parts.

Or you choose the tights version of the stockings. You just skip the upper legs prim parts and wear the long black leggins that are as well part of every package!

Third possibility would be, that you wear the black armparts instead of the colored ones :), like I chose for the “Fall Flowers” As you can see you can do different types of looks with all that great possibilities! Mesh Mania at Yasum – Part I

Lately I was told to TP to a store named Yasum, cause they had amazing Halloween group gifts. As I am always on the run to find some new or special… I was curious and made my way to the Yasum Mainstore. The group gifts really were awesome and not just one.. you really should take a look. But that shall not be the content of todays post of Yasum. As I was roaming through the store, I more and more was excited about the clothing I saw there. High quality textures and wonderful ideas and designs… as I suddenly discovered who made all this great stuff… Azlyn Vaher!!! I know Azlyn for quite some time, from my older SL days and I remember some of her older designs. They never were bad, but what I saw in that new Mainstore really was making me speechless… especially her mesh division. For today I have 2 wonderful creations and I can say it will not be the last ones 😉

“Catsuit Night” is the first outfit I would like showcase. What really got me was, I never saw a fullbody mesh catsuit before. That’s how I imagined mesh, from the time I heard of it. The whole body covered with mesh and so tight that it totally lies on your body. It is so great to see your avatar moving without any edges and angles… The catsuit carries a wonderful squared texture in brown and black as a basic. Belt and top are as well part of the mesh prim. Only a cap and 2 shoulder decorations are additional prims.

The second outfit is called “Autumn Day” and the name is program… A perfect outfit, as well fully mesh made, for the actual season. The jacket has an amazing hood that hangs down at the back of the neck. What caught me most are the awesome textures that are put on the mesh prims so perfectly.The cute shoes are as well part of the outfit. As I said, there are more wonderful mesh news from Yasum, that I will show here on my blog soon. Scary sexy news by Faster Pussycat

Tonight is the night, every Halloween addicted waited for the whole year 😉 Tonight all the creatures will go out for some party or event and show off their wonderful scary and creepy outfits. I chose one of Honey Bender’s latest creations called “Vampira Glamour Gown”.

The outfit is made very delicate and aerial. The deep, rich red matches wonderful the theme of the gown and the lace gives a very sexy touch as well. The huge neck collar adds a very victorian touch. The fabric of the prims gives a wonderful vampiristic look as it looks kinda as you were still the gown of the night you were transformed into a vampire and show it off every night if you leave your coffin ;). Finesmith – “Asia”

Yula Finesmith is back from her vacation.. and we have a bunch of amazing new releases at Finesmith!!! For today I have the “Asia” set for you 🙂 A wonderful, elegant and beautiful set, that contains a pair of earrings, a necklace and a ring. The basic shape we can see is kinda flower. The filigree lines at the outsides, that give the imagination of the petals meet in the middle in a fantastic textured pearl. The pearls, in a smaller size,  you as well can find at the very end of the silver ‘petals’ as well. Again we can see yula’s amazing skills if it comes to design and details. Her unique creations seem to be an inspiration for other jewelry designers as well, what bigger compliment you can get as a designer… so way to go yula… you rock 🙂
