Wicca’s Originals has put together another fine set of footwear. The Prudence Booties offer a platform with a high-arch supported by a thick, tiered heel. From that starting point, the booties sport a bold punk flavor, with a spiked ‘collar’ wrapped around the top of the foot. A trifecta of chains decorate the ankle, the foot, and the platform itself, shaking to announce every step. They show that the wearer is no stranger to a bit of pain, and might be too wild a spirit to tame. Coming in 10 colors, they’re the perfect accessory to match with punk styling or fetishwear. Fantasy clothing is known for its flowing embellishments, but what footwear to match it with? The Lyndis Booties answer that question, with flowing, swirling metal ornamentation decorates the sides of these booties, and even continues on down to replace the heel spike. Happy Halloween!

Finally it is Halloween!

The much I was waiting for it to happen, the more I am sad that it already is there now… Do you know that feeling? You desire something and when it is there or when you get it you are a little bit sad too, because now you cannot enjoy the waiting time as much anymore? Kinda like Christmas *giggles* even if I do like Halloween much more than that :p

Thank god we have SL where we can have Halloween through the whole year*winks*, so I won’t stop doing scary and spooky pictures as long as the dark season feeling has me in its hand…

Today again I would like to drag your view on those amazing nails. If you read my past 2 posts you will realize I got a lot of amazing nails from FORMANAILS lately ;)I really enjoy the details and all the tiny decorations the nails and hand accessories from FORMANAILS do have. Fingernails are overlooked so often. We just take them as granted, as an accessory we just ad to have something on our hands and usually they are so tiny that they get lost on pictures… same as shoes. What gets overlooked very fast are poses too, I recently made a post about that too. I catch myself a lot of times, when I add accessories that do complete my look and just don’t think about them anymore when I write my post. I soon will have another pose study post, as well as a nail spotlight I guess 😉

For todays post I combined the “Buffalo” hand accessories and the “Stiletto” nails – I just love how they work together! Oh and before I forget to mention, even if I do use the Maitreya version only, there is versions for Vista and Slink hands as well 😉

What better background you could use for a witch post, than the “Magick Shoppe” from DRD. I adore their buildings like in forever and since they had that awesome Stein/Reanimator hunt going this month.. I again was teased so bad for that incredible piece of art and I had to use it for my picture.

The hair is a Halloween special as well with that awesome 2 colors. The full pack comes with 3 special Halloween colors! It was made by no.match and it is named “No.Look”. You can find it at the actual round of Enchantment, but I am sure after the event ends, you will find it at the main store.

And now it is time to take my broom and go for a night out… it is HALLOWEEN!

Fly with the Dragons

After a rough week again I am able to do a blog post. It is funny how bad you desire some SL blogging when RL becomes stressy and rough, while you sometimes desire RL back when blogging is too overloading 😉

I saw those dragons from E.V.E for a while and did not dare to get them, as I wasn’t sure if I can make it on time. But today I finally got the chance 🙂

The “Scatha” dragons come with a huge HUD to chnage colors and even the opacity of the head and the tail. Their eyes first did drive me nuts – they kept moving no matter what I was doing – until I found out, they follow my avatar!

While I was thinking for a cool set I remembered the “Sunny Spells”, as well made by E.V.E Studio. The made such a great background that I decided I do not need more 😉

I want to drag your attention to my hands for a little bit. I do know FORMANAILS for a long time, but did you ever hear of it? Ivi Bings is one of the best skilled artists when it comes to nail art and hand accessories. Today I combined 2 of her amazing designs – the “Simple Rings” and the “Chris Claws”. They go along perfectly and with the HUD you can customize each part to what ever you need. If you search for something special, something different and out of the box for your hands, go take a look at FORMANAILS. She recently changed her store and you now go shopping in a huge shopping bag 😉

The hair as well is something new, made ny no.match for the MOM event. The “No.Suffer” hairstyle is am amazing unisex, short hairstyle. I love the hair textures of the no.match hair a lot and with the update from her A version to her B version, they became even more realistic. With my short hair addiction, the “No.Suffer” just was a must have for me 😉

Tomorrow I will be back with some more Halloween looks – I enjoy the dark and scary season way too much I guess 😉

We have made special Spookzilla versions of some of our best sellers for this spooky hunt event. Each hunt item ranges in price from L$7 – L$25 and they are hidden all over the sim. For this round of Blush we have our Eve booties in lovely pastel shades. Eve is made to fit Maitreya, Slink and Belleza. We are offering Eve in a Light Edition Fatpack, Dark Edition Fatpack, and a Mega Fatpack that includes both the Light and Dark Editions. Single colors are available, but do not come with a HUD. Fatpacks have HUDs with 8 colors and 5 metal options, and the Mega Pack has HUDs with 16 colors with 5 metals.

Styling Challenge – It is all about a Bow!

Ok… I admit I am a little bot crazy sometimes :p, but most of you know that anyways 😉

Anyways, today the reason for my style and pictures was a wonderful head bow.

A friend gave it to me, it is part of her new gacha and when I saw it, I just HAD to think about a ways how I could showcase it 😉

So, where to start with… first of all, put the bow on. That already was a hard choice, because Twelve gave me not only one to choose from :p. In the end I decided to go with the”Black Snow” one. I always had an addiction for black, white and red so that one just really caught me.

First I thought about a lingerie styling for the bow only and went through my lingerie folder, where I found the “Claire” teddy set from Blacklace. When I did put it on, I realized only lingerie would not be what I would like for the ‘Bow style’ and I started experimenting with several ideas.

I tried some dresses and gowns, they all looked nice, but maybe too nice and smooth 😉

Then I found the “Hisa” leather leggings from Lassitude & Ennui in my leggings folder and with the black and white combination they looked amazing to the bow, but had a serious break/collision at the hips with the lingerie. I needed something to cover that up without hiding one of both. Next step – I typed ‘shorts’ in the search field of my inventory. Oh man… I better should not have done that… I did not even realize before how many ‘shorts’ I have…

Ok… focus Wicca… focus… you need something to cover the waist area. Maybe some high waist shorts would be a good idea! Back to the search window – ‘belted shorts’

Bingo! The “Celine” shorts from Asteria popped up as oe of the first and when I tried them on, I knew those would be the ones to use.

Now the arms looked a little bare and I thought about some kind of jacket. After trying some long-sleeved jackets, which usually were either close or too close in the front, I came across the “Neith” jacket, made by [sys].

That amazing jacket with the scales looking fabric and the short sleeves was just perfect, with the great open front. That even gave room for the amazing necklace from Empyrean Forge.

A tattoo for the arms came to my mind first, but after trying som of my favourite tattoos, I realized I need something more subtile. The amazing slit and sheer sleeves from the “Occult Jacket” just matched awesome under the short sleeves of the “Neith” jacket from [sys].

Looking at the style from all sides I really was happy with it, just some shoes were missing. No high boots, that would take off too much from the leggings, but pumps or stilettos would be too ‘tiny’. All of a sudden an ankle boots came to my mind, which I got longer ago and never had a chance to wear them. The super cute “Wicked” shoes from Moon Elixir. They even come with an amazing socks option!

PERFECTAMENTE!

With that weird mix and match, I got the feeling, that no location, that I know of would fit and so I started to build my own little set for the picture. The “Kira” sculpture from E.V.E Studio is an ultra rare of one of Noke’s gachas. First I thought it would be too huge, but with the great liquid looking ground part it worked out so nicely. I added the “Ivy Bonsai” and some parts of the “Chained Roses”. First it looked like a whole mess, as I am not the greatest set builder, but after some moving and twisting and turning it fell into place 😉

I never made a style based on just one hair bow, but I have to admit, that style would have never come together like this, if I would not have started with the bow :p

Maybe I should do that more often again… just start with a little accessory and see what it does lead me to!
