MVW 2012: National Gown for Miss Turkey 2012 by Tres Beau

Today I would like to show case the incredible national costume of Miss Turkey 2012, Miss Xandrah Sciavo. With this amazing firework of textures, prims, fabrics and colors, Kimmera Madison worked out an art work for Tres Beau. Again Kimmera proved that she really takes it serious if models come and ask her for the national costumes for Miss Virtual World. She takes a great effort to research the typical elements and colors of the country she makes the dress for. If you google about traditional outfits of Turkey, you will find many designs that come very close to what Kimmera created. The colors, the shape of the prims and the combination of laced, sheer and opaque parts… super awesome. If you take a look on all the ornaments that decorate this stunning dress… the little chain parts and decorations at the belt, the wonderful chest part with the coins that are made as prim parts, you only can imagine how long Kimmera sat on this piece of art. The head-piece as well is part of the outfit with the beautiful decoration at the right front side. Talking of chains and coins, the jewelry of this great outfit as well is part of it if you purchase it at Tres Beau. Kimmera as well made the effort to create the perfect matching jewelry to this outfit. The cute earrings with the little bells as well are typical for the country and it’s belly dancers 😉 The huge necklace combines gems and noble metals with a leather line in an amazing way. Again we can see, that Kimmera really has an eye for the detail. This as well made her to one of the most popular designers in SL and the SL Fashion world I guess 😉 If an outfit is not just made of its basics, even if they are great, then you can see how much a designer puts in to his creations and this little details mostly make those outfits so special and unique then 🙂 If you make your way to the Tres Beau Mainstore you can get your “Miss Turkey” and feel like an oriental princess 🙂

Finesmith Muse 2012 – My Finale Styling

For the finale of the Finesmith Muse 2012 we got the theme to be a romantic princess… not my usual style but I tried my best 😉 I know it was some time that the finals were done, but my I wanted to have pictures done by my sweet little sister Falbala Fairey. With all the MVW 2012 she was so busy and I am very happy and grateful that she took time for me and this fantastic pictures. Thank you so much sissy they are fabulous and exact what I had in mind :), you made me look like a beautiful princess 😉

The description for the show we had to write on our own again and I got help from the wonderful Sweetest Sands. She is a wonderful person with a huge imagination and fantasy and awesome writing skills and a nother sister of mine. She wrote me a story that we just had to shorten lightly , so that it could be used during the show. I am very grateful that I have such an awesome support from people who I am allowed to call family 🙂

Story:

Many years ago in a far away land there lived an enchanted kingdom deep in the heart of a forest, where both fairies and humans lived together in harmony.  The King was a handsome strong and kind human man, and the Queen the most beautiful sparkling fairy ever seen before.  The Queen’s gift of her sparkle lit the kingdom brightly at night which was important as the all the trees would block the light from the moon and stars above.

The King and Queen lived many happy years together until one day the stars sent them the gift of a special daughter called Princess Wicca, who had the strength of her father, both the beauty and the sparkle of her mother.
One day a great storm befell the Kingdom and for many days the skies rained heavily and the sky the darkest shade of grey that Princess Wicca had ever seen before. The week before Princess Wicca’s birthday the storm had passed, but so too had her sparkle, as if it had been washed away by the rain drops.  The Princess looked everywhere she could but feared her sparkle had been lost forever. The King and Queen called upon all the humans and fairies to help to find the Princess’s sparkle before the twelve hour of the day of her birthday, in return they would reward the gift of as many Finesmith jewels as they could carry.

Everyone in the kingdom set out to find the Princess’s sparkle, with humans searching the land and fairies searching the sky in hopes of being the lucky one to find it.
From one nearby kingdom, a handsome charming Prince decided to join the search in hopes of being the winner.
Days passed and hopes of finding the lost sparkle of Princess Wicca began to seem but a distant dream and many stopped searching, but the Prince seemed determined not to give up searching even the smallest flowers and tallest trees.

The day of Princess Wicca’s birthday arrived but the joyful day had no meaning for her with the great loss of her sparkle.  She was wearing just a simple white gown from Tres Beau, ornamented with the “BlackBarbie” train and her favourite Finesmith jewelry. The “Winterflower” earrings, her “January” necklace, the “Kagami” ring she got from her father as she was born and a little “Snowflake” brooch. Her parents tried their best to give her hope even though there was but a few minutes from striking twelve.

As the Princess turned her head to look into the distance as the clock began to chime, she noticed a handsome man carrying a gold chest with a velvet ribbon tied around it walking towards her.  With bated breath she stood perfectly still with the great hopes of it being her lost sparkle.  The man knelt before her “Princess Wicca, it is with great honour I bestow upon you the return of you once lost precious sparkle.” And with that he placed the chest before her, eager to see it she pulled hard on the ribbon and lifted up the lid of the chest as fast as she could, and there before her very eyes was indeed her found sparkle of light.

The Princess danced around and around laughing out loud now reunited with her once lost sparkle, the Prince admired her beauty.  Both the King and Queen overwhelmed with joy presented the Prince as many jewels as he could carry and joined their daughter in the celebrations.

MVW 2012: National Gown for Miss Canada 2012 by Tres Beau

This wonderful evening gown for Miss Canada 2012, Miss Sazzy Oh, again comes out of the house of Tres Beau. In a total thrilling and attention seeking pink this elegant gown turns heads no matter what. The whole design is a firework of design and texturing. Kimmera Madison, owner and designer of Tres Beau, again shows her skills and abilities. She always puts in so much love for details and perfect texturing in all of her designs, that you just can imagine how long it takes to make such a wonderful gown. The combination of smooth satin looking fabrics and the glitter and glimmer texture of the bodice and the skirt layer,just lets every girl shine like a princess. The wonderful light pink gloves underline the elegant, royal style and this gown really made a point on the MVW 2012 runway I guess 😉 The high neck part as well adds even more sophisticated highlights and the open front of the neck part allows wonderful jewelry to complete your look. MVW 2012: National Gown for Miss Monaco 2012 by Tres Beau

The wonderful and cute national costume for Miss Monaco 2012, Miss Vivienne Darcy, was made by Kimmera Madison, owner and designer of Tres Beau. Again Kimmera did a great research, to create this beautiful national costume for Miss Monaco 2012. Many traditional parts you can find on the “Miss Monaco” dress if you compare the outfit to google search results of traditional clothing of Monaco. I admire Kimmera for her careful research, when she starts designing national costumes for Miss Virtual World. All of her creations have really a real based theme and you can discover the country from seeing the costume. The awesome love for the detail Kimmera puts in her creations you can see again at the “Miss Monaco” dress. The ruffles, the delicate corset, the hat, the cute little black ribbons that are used for the blouse and the hat and all those amazing and perfect placed textures… that’s really high-class designing. The skirt carries a very filigree lace texture over the opaque basic and adds a touch of elegance as well. “Miss Monaco” now is available at the Tres Beau Mainstore.

MVW 2012: Evening Gown for Miss Turkey 2012 by Tres Beau

The wonderful evening gown of Miss Turkey 2012 – Miss Xandrah Sciavo – was made again of our genius Kimmera Madison, owner and incredible designer of Tres Beau. Kimmera seems like a barrel with no bottom for wonderful ideas of designing and textures. Not one of her gowns – and there were quite a few – of the Miss Virtual 2012 finales looked even close to the other, neither in design or color or textures or prims. The beautiful “Miss Xandrah” gown is a very elegant and shiny design with the amazing prims of the skirt. The skirt looks close to a mermaid skirt but does not start that deep as we know it usually from mermaid dresses. The first layer of fabrics that is made of feathers starts round the knees and it flows in an awesome bigger skirt part that looks more solid but still very aerial. The mixture of this 2 very different fabrics again shows how great are Kimmera’s skills in ideas and designs. The bodice is made very filigree with a shining fabric and wonderful dark ornaments. If you take a closer look you can see that this ornaments are delicious gemstones that are repeated in the earrings and the necklace as well. Talking of the jewelry… the awesome set is part of the gown and as well made by Tres Beau!!! The mixture of the dark gems and the white pearls is just the perfect jewelry for this amazing gown and I really love the idea to have the gemstones as a decoration for the bodice of the gown as well. It gives such an overall round and just perfect look. The amazing headpiece made out of filigree and aerial feathers just gives the little extra sophisticated touch to the “Miss Xandrah” gown. I like the idea of the side, non symmetric placed attachment for the hair. So do no think too long… be honest with yourself, you must have this amazing elegant and sophisticated gown for your personal wardrobe 😉 Hurry over to Tres Beau and get yours 😉

MVW 2012: National Gown for Miss Panama 2012 by Tres Beau & Finesmith

Today I would like to take a closer look in the national gown of Miss Panama 2012, Miss Mely Gibbs. The fantastic “Miss Panama”costume was made by Kimmera Madison, yes again a Miss Virtual World 2012 design by Tres Beau 😉

I was thinking by myself, if I could think about something typical for
Panama, and I was not really able to. I tried to google a bit and found a few traditional costumes, that looked very close to the one Tres Beau did. Again was impressed on the research, Kimmera did to create this incredible and adorable costume. Panama is the southernmost country of Central America, and many different cultures and influences got settled down there. To get the exact information about that I recommend to take a look at Wikipedia, what I did too and why I should just copy information you can read at the place where it came from ;p (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panama) But I saw a lot of indian influences as well and some of those looked very close to the one Kimmera did 🙂 She really put a lot of work, love and eye for the detail on this costume. All this different fabrics like metal, feathers, delicate fabrics for the clothing layers… for me a again a masterpiece of art. First, as I put on that gown, I thought ‘omg how can I ever find a pose for that huge gown?!?’ but I have to admit it was not that hard as I thought of… I kinda think Kimmera knows about that and she designs even the most huge looking gowns and costumes and you still can find poses to showcase them. The attachment points are chosen so very well that the gown moves naturally with every inch you move by yourself. For me that just underlines, that Tres Beau is one of the most popular and everlasting brands in SL for a reason 😉 “Miss Panama” is now available at the Tres Beau Mainstore.

Miss Mely Gibbs chose an already existing set from Finesmith to complete her look. The “Coral Blossom” set sets an awesome blue accent as well with the necklace, the wonderful earrings and the stunning face ornament. All the wonderful round shaped gems picked up the theme for me and I think it was a good choices for the beautiful “Miss Panama” costume. Normally you have an awesome tiara as well that is included in the “Choral Blossom” it just would have got lost under that huge headpiece of the “Miss Panama” costume 😉 The “Coral Blossom” set you will find in different colors as well at the Finesmith Mainstore.

Miss Panama 2012 – Miss Mely Gibbs – made her way to Tres Beau for her evening gown for the Miss Virtual Wold 2012 finale. Kimmera Madison, owner and designer of Tres Beau, again did an incredible job on this wonderful and detailed gown. “Miss Gibbs” is the prove, how exciting and interesting a one color gown can be is the designer has the skills to do so. Kimmera certainly has them with her long past of designing and creating. The different shades of brown and all the little details make this stunning gown to an artistic creation. The bodice is made with sheer parts as well and it adds a very elegant and sexy touch to the same time. The wide skirt catched parts of the texture of the bodice but it is fully opaque. The awesome ruffles and folds on the train in the back again show Kimmera’s incredible designing skills. What caught my eyes were this beautiful roses in the back, that#s why I tried to find a pose to show the as well 🙂 If you love that gown as much as I do you can get yours at the Tres Beau Mainstore.

The jewelry for this amazing “Miss Gibbs” gown was made by yula Finesmith… more and more I discover that she must have been the most busy jewelry designer for this years MVW ;). Yula created the wonderful “Mely” set for the “Miss Gibbs” gown and it really is made perfect for this look. The jewelry underlines the amazing classy and formal style. The set contains the tiara, a pair of earrings, bracelets and the wonderful necklace.The whole set you can recolor and retexture with the great menu yula includes in most of her jewelry. Incredible Autumn News by Tres Beau!!!

Yesterday I had the great honor to judge at the Styling Forward contest with Frolic Mills and Kimmera Madison. It was great fun and we saw some  cool Halloween stylings. After the show, Kimmera, Edi and me, talked a while and had fun in some pose stores. During that time Kimmera gave me 2 of her new designs. Not long after I excused myself and went into my dark corner to look at the outfits… WOW!!! Both are incredible great and so perfect for the actual season! I was sitting over my inventory to find a few things to style this wonderful outfits quite a while, but then it looked like I wanted it to be :p …

The first you can see in the pic above is called “Flight”. The huge feather collar inspired me to use the great face tattoo from Miamai that reminded me of some feathers of dark birds as well. That brought me on those 2 crows and the dead tree in the back ;). The lipstick was made by Oceane and the earrings are one of my longtime favourite, the “Vivienne” earrings made by yula Finesmith. The boots and the hat are as well part of that amazing “Flight” outfit of Tres Beau!!!

The second outfit for today as well from Tres Beau will be the “Meryl” dress in red…

On this dress you again can see Kimmera’s skills and possibilities if it comes to designing. The beautiful corsage has a handpainted texture as usual for Tres Beau clothing. That for me it makes it very special, as you really can see nearly every brush line, that is needed to make such a wonderful and unique texture! I only can imagine how long it takes to draw and paint such a filigree texture. What I always adored on Kimmera’s work is that the textures seem to move with the avatar… the texture hardly gets stretched weird or destroyed while my pixels move. The awesome sheer skirt as well is a pice of art if you see how it moves with the avatar. The  right flexibility and moving time to let it look really real. The 2 big ornaments at the left hip and the head make amazing eyecatchers and give an extra touch of elegnance to the whole outfit. Show Review of outfits I was wearing in the Tres Beau Moonlight Show :)

Last sunday I had the great pleasure to walk the runway in the amazing Tres Beau Moonlight Show presented by the Passion Fashion Agency. I was allowed to showcase 3 wonderful outfits created and designed by Kimmera Madison, creator and owner of Tres Beau. The first one that you as well can see on the picture above is called “Francais”

The whole outfit caught my heart… it is so non symmetric and special, I really felt honored that I was allowed to wear it for the show. The basic is made with amazing detailed and very filigree textured layers, that are covered over and over by little ornaments in a basic brown tone but with many color highlights in it. The total center of the view for me is the half side coat. Only the back and the right leg are covered by the coat and the right arm is decorated with huge fantastic ruffles that go up to the neck and form kinda neck collar. The great sculpted belt that is part of the down part holds the whole coat in place. For the makeup I chose the “Night” makeup of the “Castalia” natural skin of Glam Affair with the dark smokey eyes. The “Xia” hair is done by 3636 designed and all the lovely jewelry I used for this styling, yula Finesmith from Finesmith Designs made 🙂

The next outfit gave me lots of fun to style it. I have a little addiction for retro looks and I rarely can style like this for shows or blogs so this one really made me happy 😉 The colors as well played in my hand as black and red are my absolute favours 🙂 so I just added hair from artilleri as the great glasses come already with the “Lucy” Fresh outfit 🙂 The skirt comes in 2 versions – the one you can see in the pic above and one that is a bit softer and falls down a bit more.

The sweet little cherry earrings,as well I found at artilleri one of my favourite retro and vintage stuff stores anyways 😉 But back to Tres Beau… as I said the glasses are part of the outfit and what again shows off the great eye for the detail of Kimmera if it comes to designing skills are the incredible wrist parts with the lovely bows!

My last outfit for the show was the “Ginger Jar” a very cute blue and white dress that’s is perfect for the actual spring time in my view 😉 The shoulders are free and make room for a nice and big necklace. The skirt comes in 2 options to choose from. Once a flexible version and one with a sculpted prim. For the chest part we as well have very nice made sculpted prim that gives an awesome realistic touch as well. I could not resist to add one of the great “Lode” hats done by Chirzaka Vlodovic named “Amber”

Another stunning outfit out of the latest release of Tres Beau! “Milea” is the name if this little piece of art and Kimmera Madison again shows off her skills of designing! This wonderful dress has a lot of neat little details that in the end make it to something very special…

Unbelievable but true the outfits contains all parts you can see in the picture except shoes, jewelry and skin. all the other great accessories are part of the design. Lets start from the top 😉 The beginning makes an amazing sweet hat that gives the whole outfit a nice fashion and stylish touch. It is to wear lightly on the front of the head. The purple color fits amazing to the autumn colors we all looking for to match the actual season 😉 The great shoulder boa is made very aerial and you really get the imagination of wearing a fluffy kinda feather boa that moves dreamy with every step you take. For the upper body we have a great corsage that surrounds the well-shaped waist of the fashionista. If you take a closer look you will see that filigree texture that was used for that stunning part of the outfit. Nearly a firework of different textures that are go so perfect together!If you take a look from the back you will see the lovely transparent lace part that covers the upper body around the shoulders before that beautiful corsage starts. Up next we have the great and huge but short skirt. Also a combination of wonderful textures and every single detail can be seen so clear, like the little ornaments on the grey part of the skirt. If we move our view down we can see that this skirt also imagines being more than one part 😉 It looks like 2 or 3 parts the become more and more sheer… but you only have only one prim attachment..simply amazing. Tres Beau always stood and stands for high quality clothing and also very fashionable clothing. With “Milea” Kimmra Madison again showed her high level of designing.
