Mesh News at Baboom!!!

And again she did it! Kyra Camel, owner and designer of Baboom surprised me with an awesome new gown with great mesh parts! In the pack you have included 2 sizes of the mesh corset so you can choose with one fits you better. The “Glamour” gown is a wonderful elegant and sexy gown for any formal event. The wonderful mesh corsage without any shoulder lines gives a great base for awesome jewelry. For the “Glamour” gown Kyra included a cute and filigree mini set of earrings and necklace. The amazing gloves are decorated with awesome ruffles at the upper end and are made of 3 prims for each glove. The skirt is open on the front but covers what it has to 😉 There is a pair of wonderful, elegant shoes as well that come with the gown, but you know me I always need something edgy to elegant gowns so I chose one of my all time favourites from Mea Culpa, the “Raptor” shoes :p.What caught my attention was the huge headpiece with the amazing filigree veil. The “Glamour” gown is available in more stunning colors, so get the next limo to the Baboom Mainstore and look for yourself. I am sure there is a color for you as well 🙂

MVW 2012: National Gown for Miss Greece 2012 by ALB Dream Fashion & Alienbear

Today I have the great pleasure to show you the wonderful national costume of Miss Greece 2012. The amazing “Medusa” outfit was made by AnaLee Balut, skilled and experienced owner of ALB Dream Fashion. AnaLee Balut is a well known designer for contest gowns as she made MVW 2009 winner´s evening gown,  MVW 2010 winner´s costume and she was one of the finalists in the “One in a million” designers contest. With the “Medusa” outfit she captured many little details of the Greece mythologies. What caught my attention the most are the wonderful 3D looking snakes that go through the whole dress. The all look so real but not one snake looks like the other. The huge headpiece as well is part of the outfit and for the clothing layers AnaLee Balut shows her skills when it comes to designing. She combined different fabrics in different colors in an awesome way to one piece. The headpiece as well combines a lot of amazing little details. The golden part with the huge red gem, the long tail parts that again catch the snake theme and the hair itself. A stunning creation for Miss Calypso Oliphaunt, the Miss Greece for Miss Virtual World 2012. The beautiful shoes are as well part of the outfit. Very filigree done, again we can see how much love for the detail AnaLee Balut puts in her designs. The shoes come with a HUD so you can match the perfectly to your skin tone. The jewelry for this incredible creation was made by Alienbear. Alienbear made the perfect addition in gold and red for this wonderful dress. The thin golden lines in amazing shaped and ornaments holding tiny little red gems and white diamonds… really the work of a professional and Alienbear again shows why she is one of the top jewelry designers in SL with this wonderful and gorgeous “Esmeralda” set. The set contains the earrings and a two-part necklace. I am sure you will find the stunning “Esmeralda” set at the Alienbear Mainstore together with all the other breathtaking creations of Alienbear Gupte.

I am wearing Pink!!!

Everyone knows that I always say I would have a pink allergy and if I wear pink , I get pimples, my blood pressure raises damn high and I have breathing problems. But for a very few designers I can make an exception. And for sure  got some antiallergypills on my bathroom for even these 😉 For sure Honey Bender, owner and designer of Faster Pussycat, is one of them. If she comes up with such a cool and sweet outfit like the “Chopsy” showgirl outfit, I simply cannot resist. Colorful, Cute News from SoliDea FoliEs :)

Today I have something that brings some color in our triste and cold winter days. Mila Tatham, owner and designer of SoliDea FoliEs, just helps us to make our days a bit brighter with her new cute “Little LolaLola” dresses. According to her she made that dresses inspired by the Riri Bazar’s Puritan Shoes. In the advert of the “Little LolaLola” dress Mila is wearing all colors of that shoes as well. The “Little LolaLola” dress was made for the Mix & Mesh Fair at AVENUE and is only available at the Modavia Store of SoliDea FoliEs. The dress it self has no mesh but comes in 7 different colors: black, grey, ocean, redred, pinky, militar green, and plum.

For this post I chose ocean and grey. For the ocean version of “Little LolaLola” I am wearing the “Octopussy” set in green from Chop Zuey and for the grey version I decided to wear the latest release from Finesmith called “Aesthetic Value”. The “Little LolaLola” dress comes with a basic body that is made in the main color of the dress with a laced top part that goes down the arms in long sleeves. The 2 attachments are ornaments with flowers what give a very sweet touch and underline the cute ness of the whole dress. To get your “Little LolaLola” dress you just have to go to the Modavia sim and find the SoliDea FoliEs store 🙂
