MVW 2012: National Gown for Miss Ireland 2012 by Champagne! Sparkling Couture

The wonderful gown for Miss Ireland 2012 was myde by Enzo Champagne, owner and designer of Champagne! Sparkling Couture. Miss Saleena Hax, our lovely Miss Ireland 2012 got a gorgeous stong light green gown, with lots of amazing and traditional details to walk down the great runway of the Miss Virtual Wold 2012 contest. The beautiful rainbow in the back is made as a part of the outfit, as well the little pot of gold you are supposed to find at the end of it, like the fairytales say. The shoes are delivered with the outfit as well and they go perfect with all the little decorations you find on the dress. The collar carries a huge back piece of tendrils and little flowers and the typical cross makes the top center of them. MVW 2012: National Gown for Miss Monaco 2012 by Tres Beau

The wonderful and cute national costume for Miss Monaco 2012, Miss Vivienne Darcy, was made by Kimmera Madison, owner and designer of Tres Beau. Again Kimmera did a great research, to create this beautiful national costume for Miss Monaco 2012. Many traditional parts you can find on the “Miss Monaco” dress if you compare the outfit to google search results of traditional clothing of Monaco. I admire Kimmera for her careful research, when she starts designing national costumes for Miss Virtual World. All of her creations have really a real based theme and you can discover the country from seeing the costume. The awesome love for the detail Kimmera puts in her creations you can see again at the “Miss Monaco” dress. The ruffles, the delicate corset, the hat, the cute little black ribbons that are used for the blouse and the hat and all those amazing and perfect placed textures… that’s really high-class designing. The skirt carries a very filigree lace texture over the opaque basic and adds a touch of elegance as well. “Miss Monaco” now is available at the Tres Beau Mainstore.

The amazing national costume of Miss UK 2012, Miss Paulinha Lefavere, was made by Enzo Champagne, designer and owner of Champagne! Sparkling Couture. The amazing gown carries the colors of the UK and comes nearly as a full outfit, because the cool shoes are as well part of the outfit. The mixture of all those different fabrics and textures are a wonderful example for the skills of Enzo Champagne. He dares to combine very different textures like the basic one of the gown that looks like satin and the tartan looking one of the stockings. As well the outfit contains a lot of different styles and types of various looks. The combination of an elegant gown, the casual stockings and the sporty looking shoes give the whole look a very unique kick. Another prove for the awesome skills of Enzo are the amazing little details of the costume. The crown, all the ornaments and jewelry parts of the bodice of the gown… just beautiful and perfect created. MVW 2012: Evening Gown for Miss Australia 2012 by Tres Beau & Finesmith

Again we have a wonderful gown by Tres Beau combined with Finesmith jewelry that made it in the Top 12 of Miss Virtual World 2012… even more this combination of the “Miss Rissa” gown of Tres Beau and the “Tribal Glam” set from Finesmith brought Miss Rissa Friller – Miss Australia 2012 – on place 2 of the MVW contest this year. Lets take a look on the gown first. Kimmera Madison again showed her incredible skills of making textures and designing a stunning evening gown for Miss Australia 2012. The basic is made in silver. Silver is not an easy color for clothing in second life, most of the textures look grey and do not have any shine. But not for Tres Beau. The long experiences and the awesome skills of Kimmera Madison make this gown shine in a stunning silver attire. The ornaments look beautiful and give the gown even more highlights as it anyways has. The tight gown makes an awesome silhouette and the big mermaid skirt is a wonderful contrast to the shoulder free top of the gown. The ornaments are brought adorable on the gown so that you can move and pose without stretching this wonderful textures, again something that is not that easy I was told. So, no wonder that Miss Rissa Friller became the 1st runner-up for MVW 2012. The stunning gown is now available for everyone at the Tres Beau Mainstore.

For the jewelry, again we can see how close the designers work together to create this incredible looking styles. Yula Finesmith outdid herself again with catching the style and shape of the wonderful ornaments that Kimmera put on the gown. The swirls she did for the necklace, the bracelet and the ring are breathtaking awesome. Yula as well picked up the colors and made a firework of art with colors and design for this beautiful “Tribal Glam” set.The earrings, 2 little flowers,  are so unbelievable filigree and little, what again shows the incredible skills of yula Finesmith. MVW 2012: National Gown for Miss Australia 2012 by Tres Beau & Finesmith

The amazing and very artistic national gown for Miss Australia 2012 was made by Kimmera Madison, genius designer of Tres Beau. This gown is a total piece of art and a real outstanding design. The inspiration for this awesome creations was the Great Barrier Reef of Australia. Kimmera brought it on the runway with this incredible design. What you sadly can not see on the picture is the floating water texture that covers parts of the skirt. You really get the imagination or water that is running down the skirt again and again like a little waterfall that Miss Rissa Friller, Miss Australia 2012 carried around. To make the imagination of the living Great Barrier Reef perfect, Kimmera added certain parts out of the ocean, like seashells, fishes, little nemos, corals, and anemones for the back part and the huge head piece. This gown perfectly shows the skills and knowhow of Kimmera Madison. Her ideas and the ability to create exactly what she has in mind and her awesome textures and prims, make her so popular for such a long time. That maybe explains why most of the MVW candidates find their ways to Tres Beau for their gowns and costumes. For this year “Miss Australia 2012” was one of the 2 gowns from Tres Beau, that brought Miss Rissa Friller the 1st runner-up for Miss Virtual World 2012!

The jewelry for Miss Australia 2012 for sure came from Finesmith. Rissa was the Face of Finesmith for 2011 and so for sure yula made the jewelry for both of her gowns. The “Oceania” set was made for her national costume and it as well takes the theme of the Great Barrier Reef. The earrings, bracelet and ring carry as well seashells, corrals paired with awesome noble metals and gems. Matching nails for the “Oceania” set were the “Ocean” nails as well from Finesmith. MVW 2012: Evening Gown for Miss UK 2012 by GizzA & Finesmith

Paulinha Lefavere is our Miss UK 2012. she chose to wear the “Galliano Inspiration” from GizzA.  I would like to drag my focus on the awesome jewelry yula Finesmith made for this awesome gown. The “Paulinha” set contains a bracelet, the necklace and a pair of earrings. The beautiful combination of black and gold gives the whole look a very elegant and sophisticated touch. MVW 2012: National Gown for Miss Russia 2012 by PurpleMoon & Finesmith

The wonderful national gown for Miss Russia 2012 was made by Poulet Koenkamp, owner and creative designer of PurpleMoon. She made a wonderful interpretation of the russian traditional style for Miss Rusalka Callisto, who represented Russia in the Miss Virtual World competition for 2012 and in the end made the 3rd runner up. The textures are fantastic and you can see the incredible skills of Poulet, if you take a closer look on the fabrics. The huge headpiece as well is part of the “Catherine” gown. The wonderful ensemble is now available at the PurpleMoon Mainstore. For the jewelry Rusalka chose different already existing parts from Finesmith like the earrings and ring of the Rhonda set, the “Capri Collar” or the “Golden Nails”. As an extra special eye catcher, yula Finesmith designed a wonderful brooch to match this awesome outfit and the theme. Mea Culpa – “Broken Mirror”

Again we have incredible news at Mea Culpa. Designed for the ‘One in a million’ contest “Broken Mirror” was the outfit Tatanka Kaligawa made to enter.

“Broken Mirror” is a incredible, extraordinary, modern and fresh creation. The prims and sculpties are textured with perfection and the layers are beautiful fabrics that needed very filigree and unique work. The awesome glasses, earrings and shoes are as well part of the outfit.

The prims have an amazing shine that makes the whole design very realistic. The shoes – as always for Mea Culpa shoes – have a HUD that is included as well, what lets you match the skin of the bare foot to your own skin tone. As well you can change the toe nail color.

Finesmith Designs – “Style That” – Week 4

As the last “Style That” challenge was going on at Finesmith Designs I had the luck to to work RL to that time and I thought it could be great fun to take part. so I made my way to the store where the week 4 item was given out and started fooling  around with and that was the result that you can see in the picture above 😉

For the “Style That” contest itself I would like you the official text, so you maybe can try next time as well it is really worth it ;):

“Do you love to style? Do you love a challenge? Most of all, Do you love incredible Jewelry for free???

If yes,then I have a contest for you!

This Styling challenge is open to anyone and everyone who loves fashion and expressing themselves. You don’t have to be a model or know how to walk a catwalk for this.

Rissa Friller and Markski Glom will hold  styling challenges powered by Finesmith Designs. There will be an item handed out by Finesmith at 9am that you will have to style. Here is the catch, You will only have 2 hours to put your look together. Then you will meet back at the runway at 11am to present your final look and explain how you came up with it. Depending on the number of contestants participating, we may only ask a few at random to explain what you are wearing. We will only be judging on style and creativity, the overall look. We will not judge you on poses or your ability to walk a runway. If you win, you will receive a 1000 Gift card to Finesmith, a Professional Photo, and you will move on to the final round which will be held on May 31st where the finalists will compete for a 2000L Finesmith Gift Certificate and a Modeling Course at Outrageous Glamour Agency.

Rules of Entry:

Must be a member of Finesmith. All notices and dates of the contest will be announced in group.

You are not required to wear more jewelry other then what you get for the challenge, but if you do want to use any it must be Finesmith.

On the date of the challenge, You will meet at Finesmith to pick up your item at 9am. you have until 9:20 to pick it up. You MUST then be back at the runway by 11am. Anyone later then 11am will not be able to participate.

Join our Moolto contest group http://moolto.ning.com/group/stylethatchallenge. All the photos from the weekly Style That Challenges will be on the site and the group will eventually hold a round of public voting for the final Contestants where it will count as 50% of  their Score.

You may enter the styling challenges as many times as you wish unless you have won. If you have won, you will automatically move to the final styling challenge that will be held On May 31st.
