TWA – The White Armory... we all know the creations of Bee Dumpling. She made wonderful creations wh let every medieval heart beat higher. Many roleplayers are basically have a second home in her store 🙂
For the wonderful first picture of this blog I would like to thank my little sister Falbala Fairey. I admire the style she does her pictures in and so I asked her, if she would pose with me for a medieval picture and if she would even do the picture :). Now lets take a closer look on my outfit, the wonderful “Dance of the Maiden Gown – Lady Annette”. The whole dress carries pink, white and black as colors. The textures and fabrics are amazing and detailed made.. you really can see how much love and time Bee puts in her creations. The beautiful white blouse with the long and flexible arm sleeves, the incredible corset vest with the awesome arm parts… simply a dream. Every little detail is captured so intensive and real I rarely saw such a great and filigree eye for the details as Bee Dumpling puts it on her designs. Today I was again in a strange mood. As I yesterday started to style the new “Aphrodisia” dress from Fellini Couture, I had something romantic lightly vintage with a huge hat in mind. I have no clue why, but while I was entering SL and staring at the login screen, that always shows you your last picture I came across a totally different vision.
Maybe it had to do as well that I listened to one of my favourite bands the whole day. One song of Evanescence was very close to me for a long time. That’s why I linked “Bring me back to life” in the beginning as it kinda was a huge part of my inspiration for the pictures and look.
But now lets take a look on the wonderful “Aphrodisia” dress from Fellini Couture and the whole look around it. The “Aphrodisia” dress is a white and very romantic dress with lots of amazing and different textures. The mixture of filigree lace, the opaque ornamented parts and the flowers makes this dress to a little piece of art. Joy Fellini again shows why she is on top of the SL fashion scene for such a long time with her genius ideas and incredible skills.
Right beside on top of the fashion heaven, we have yula Finesmith, owner and designer of Finesmith. She released not too long ago a wonderful male collection and the parts I am wearing today I took out of this one. I did not see any reason, if males can wear female jewelry, why the girls cannot wear the male jewelry :p. I just had to resize the “Heartology” necklace for sure as it was way bigger for a males neck :). The “Heartology” wings I took like they are without any changes.
The awesome hat is part of the “Halloween Horror Collection” if hats from Bliss Couture. Amutey DeCuir made a super cool hat collection for Halloween 2011 and I see no reason why we cannot use them during the year if it matches :p.
Maybe if you look at the pics while you hear the song you can get a part of my mood that I had, while I was doing this pictures. The first time I dared to make my own fog and parts of the hair and I am amazed what came out after all this hours between looking at tutorials, reading advises and try & error 🙂 For sure it is not the end of the scale, but a wonderful new start for me to work on even more pictures 🙂

Part of the Spring Collection 2012 of SoliDea FoliEs are the “Optical Dresses & Hats”. There are 3 different versions in color and texture for this amazing new dress. For today I chose the ‘Square’ version of the amazing outfit.
The hat looks like one of the asian ‘Koi’ fishes and it is a very extravagant hat. I always loved how Mila Tatham, owner and genius designer of SoliDea FoliEs took unusual ideas and made them fashionable 🙂 The short dress is perfect for the upcoming spring season and I really like how carefully the red color is brought in with just the few little red balls and at the hat. I have an addiction for black and white and for squares for a long time – yes I am a child of the 80’s :p. So this dress really got my attention even if the 2 other colors are amazing as well.
To catch the red color again I took the new “Play Cubes” earrings from Finesmith. The square shape totally made it to the dress for me 🙂
Too keep the look in a modern way I added one of the latest releases from Urban Lutz for the hair.

Not too long ago I had a wonderful elegant gown from Bubble Cyberstar, owner and designer of Bubble’s Design. Today I would like to show how versatile Bubble is with her designs. The latest creation she made is called “Midnight Light” and it is a more artistic avant garde look. The huge shoulderpart and the matching headpiece are for me the center of the whole styling. The wonderful silver-white light speres that go down from the shoulders again catch the theme of the whole dress. All the speres of the dress have an amzing glow that underlines the name of the dress 🙂 The skirt is wonderful flexible and the fabric of the top is brought back on the leggings.
To add a bit of my own to complete the look I had in mind I added one of the wonderful corstes of NV Corsetry. This time it was the “Vintage Striped Satin Corset” in candy-black. To bring the new color pf the corset back I picked the amazing “Heartist” boots that blackliquid made for the ‘Back to Black’ event (http://wiccamerlin.wordpress.com/2012/02/08/blackliquid-for-back-to-black/). Today I would like to pull the focus on Faster Pussycat again. Honey Bender, owner and designer of Faster Pussycat, always stood for outstanding and extravagant fashion for me. I personally know her for a long time and I always adored her creativity and how she designs outside the box but still fashionable. The more I am happy to have some of her creations again to blog 🙂
For this post we have the “Showgirl” outfit. A wonderful red combination of a high-waisted skirt and the little hearts at the cheat that allow a kinda topless sexy look that still has covered what it needs to 🙂 The cute little hat as well comes with the whole outfit. The “Showgirl” really kinda gets you the feeling of a vintage cabaret or even a burlesque touch comes up with it. The huge white roses necklace with the pearls round the neck are a wonderful addition to make this look complete.
For the shoes, I decided to wear one of the latest releases from [sys]. The “Vogue” ankle boots in black. The red version I had earlier this week on my blog already. The black version as well is made of fantastic made leather and the awesome silver steel plate heel. The black version does not have the huge spikes, instead you have this squared silver parts that decorate the front of the booties.
For the hair I chose on one the latest releases by Urban Lutz called “Yula” the touch of vintage paired with a modern look really made the finish for this style today 🙂

A few days ago, Thetra Blackheart, owner and designer of E-Clipse, went into my IMs and told me she had a new outfit ready that might be my groove and she asked me if I maybe could do some pics of it for her. I was very curious about her newest designs because I always liked her fresh and modern style and ideas. I went home and unpacked the box she sent me and I got big eyes. She created a wonderful new mesh dress with matching overknee boots in 4 great, different colors and all made with the new mesh technique.

Today I would like to showcase one of my favourites of NV Corsetry. Even if it is hard to pick as they have many amazing corsets and all are different. As I wrote, before NV Corsetry has different levels of corsets. The basic ones, some with an advanced look and some that come as full outfits. I would call the “Starry Night” corset one of the advanced ones. It is not just the basic corset, the white puffy part under the chest is part of the corset. I made myself the challenge to style a look around the “Starry Night” corset. I wanted to repeat the white puffy part of the chest, an elegant look and for some reason I always had a snow queen in my mind
