GizzA made a wonderful and cute contribution to the Vintage Fair. The “Steampunk” is a firework of great textures and primwork. All the little additional accessories give this outfit this wonderful steampunk flair. The glasses, the hat, the wonderful ankle boots with this sweet ruffles. For the textures as well GizzA chose the typical colors and fabrics 🙂 Again you can see the love for the details if you take a closer look at the clothing layers… the leather stripes over the knees, the delicate lines of the corsage in the front, the net gloves and the cute shoulder ruffle… simply wonderful!!! Tonight is the night, every Halloween addicted waited for the whole year 😉 Tonight all the creatures will go out for some party or event and show off their wonderful scary and creepy outfits. I chose one of Honey Bender’s latest creations called “Vampira Glamour Gown”.
The outfit is made very delicate and aerial. The deep, rich red matches wonderful the theme of the gown and the lace gives a very sexy touch as well. The huge neck collar adds a very victorian touch. The fabric of the prims gives a wonderful vampiristic look as it looks kinda as you were still the gown of the night you were transformed into a vampire and show it off every night if you leave your coffin ;). Today I have the great pleasure to show one of Rogue Falconer‘s newest creations. The “McQueen Dress” is available in 3 colors and one limited color. The regular colors are white as you can see, red and black. The limited color is… maybe find your way to the RoTtEn DeFiAnCe Mainstore and find out ;)?
But back to the white version of the “McQueen Dress”. The lover body is hidden with an alpha layer so that you can wear this amazing dress and walk it without destroying the wonderful skirt. The ruffles are great flexible and make a dreamy look while moving the avatar. The awesome top is not just made in white… If you take a closer look you can see the very filigree and beautiful white ornaments on the fabric. The huge headpiece as well is part of the outfits and it gives a great avantgarde touch to the whole dress. The closed huge veil that surrounds the head with this incredible horns that come out… the sheer lace as well is decorated with the amazing ornaments that you can find on the top… stunning. With this dress you will be definitely center of every event that you join!

Yesterday I had the great honor to judge at the Styling Forward contest with Frolic Mills and Kimmera Madison. It was great fun and we saw some cool Halloween stylings. After the show, Kimmera, Edi and me, talked a while and had fun in some pose stores. During that time Kimmera gave me 2 of her new designs. Not long after I excused myself and went into my dark corner to look at the outfits… WOW!!! Both are incredible great and so perfect for the actual season! I was sitting over my inventory to find a few things to style this wonderful outfits quite a while, but then it looked like I wanted it to be :p …
The first you can see in the pic above is called “Flight”. The huge feather collar inspired me to use the great face tattoo from Miamai that reminded me of some feathers of dark birds as well. That brought me on those 2 crows and the dead tree in the back ;). The lipstick was made by Oceane and the earrings are one of my longtime favourite, the “Vivienne” earrings made by yula Finesmith. The boots and the hat are as well part of that amazing “Flight” outfit of Tres Beau!!!
The second outfit for today as well from Tres Beau will be the “Meryl” dress in red…
On this dress you again can see Kimmera’s skills and possibilities if it comes to designing. The beautiful corsage has a handpainted texture as usual for Tres Beau clothing. That for me it makes it very special, as you really can see nearly every brush line, that is needed to make such a wonderful and unique texture! I only can imagine how long it takes to draw and paint such a filigree texture. What I always adored on Kimmera’s work is that the textures seem to move with the avatar… the texture hardly gets stretched weird or destroyed while my pixels move. The awesome sheer skirt as well is a pice of art if you see how it moves with the avatar. The right flexibility and moving time to let it look really real. The 2 big ornaments at the left hip and the head make amazing eyecatchers and give an extra touch of elegnance to the whole outfit. The second dress as well was shown the first time at the BoSL Fashion Week 2011. “Life is a Chess” this incredible outfit is named and as you can see Aleida played with a lot of chessmen on this outfit. The basic colors black and white make a perfect illusion of a living chess board with all the chess pieces on it. The huge headpart carries them as well as the wonderful back train of the dress itself.
The mixture of the opaque chessmen and the floating lace make a perfect combination. The dress is made of a basic black fabric that open on the belly for a little chessboard 😉 Really a piece of Art!
The last outfit for today is the “Falling Apart Gown”. Also the first time on the runway at the BoSL Fashion Week 2011. A total eyecatcher is the huge bow head piece and the beautiful sculpted skirt with all this little domino parts at the back.
All 3 designs are made very detailed and you can imagine how much time and effort were put in that dresses. Aleida is back with a big boom and awesome new designs. Watch out for her new Fall/Winter Collection 2011. This 3 dresses are only a little taste of what will come 🙂

Today I was allowed to walk another show of the great BOSL Fashion Week. The theme was Avantgarde and again the BLVD Models had to style their own vision of avantgarde… but we as well had a premiere… our Editorial Clarity-Flux dared to walk the runway for his very first time :p For sure I had to ask him and his beloved husband RicoRacer Flux-Clarity if the would pose with me for my blog post opener pic and… they said yes!!! The result is the pic above! *happy dance* What a feeling between such great styled guys!!!
Ok Wicca… stop drooling… back to work… *coughs*
Again, as in the ‘Virtual Super Heroes’ show the BLVD Models had the freedom to style as they please to show off their very own vision of avantgarde. It was a hard decision and I made way more looks than this one… but this was the one that in the end, wich I was wearing on the runway 🙂
I started with one of the new designs of the latest Miamai Black Label line – “Ungud” out f the Chod Collection. The big sleeves that cover the hands and the huge neck collar got my attention as I saw it the first time. Then I remembered the wonderful “Caged Birds Skirt” made by Faster Pussycat. I just change the color of the pigeons a bit 🙂 We got eyeshadow from blackliquid and I added my longtime favourite lace tattoo from Obscure. The boots as well are from Miamai and the amazing headpieces I found at Lode. For jewelry I chose parts of the “Noir” collection of Finesmith Designs.
The show was great fun aI would like to thank all the people of the BLVD family who made this incredible show possible 🙂

As I promised in my last Mea Culpa post, there is another amazing outfits of the new Mea Culpa X-Treme line. Tatanka Kaligawa himself named it Fetish Fashion and created a new line beside the Avantgarde and Couture designs in his store.
Again we can see the basic fabric is kinda latex and for the “Black Mamba” we have those wonderful long and flexible tentacles all over. What caught my eye is the cool hat that looks very stylish to the whole outfit . A very sexy touch is given by the body and the opaque stockings that are held by garters and show lots of skin 😉
The absolute perfect jewelry for this outfit in my opinion is the “Noir” set from Finesmith Designs. The lashes are as well part of the “Noir” set of Finesmith Designs and go well along with the collar, the earings and the nails of the same collection.
