The wonderful, playful and still elegant national costume for Miss Belgium 2012 was made by Champagne! Sparkling Fashion. The sweet accent this outfit has combining with the cute flowers with the red and yellow colors gives the whole out fit immediately a positive attitude. The corset is made with such nice, filigree details, the texture with the little ornaments… just amazing. The flower decoration at the cheat part goes so wonderful with the jewelry and the short skit underlines the cute look perfectly. “Belgium Ducasse” was for one of the most cute outfits for this year MVW 🙂 The “Belgium Ducasse” dress you will find at the Champagne! MVW 2012: National Gown for Miss Panama 2012 by Tres Beau & Finesmith

Today I would like to take a closer look in the national gown of Miss Panama 2012, Miss Mely Gibbs. The fantastic “Miss Panama”costume was made by Kimmera Madison, yes again a Miss Virtual World 2012 design by Tres Beau 😉

I was thinking by myself, if I could think about something typical for
Panama, and I was not really able to. I tried to google a bit and found a few traditional costumes, that looked very close to the one Tres Beau did. Again was impressed on the research, Kimmera did to create this incredible and adorable costume. Panama is the southernmost country of Central America, and many different cultures and influences got settled down there. To get the exact information about that I recommend to take a look at Wikipedia, what I did too and why I should just copy information you can read at the place where it came from ;p (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panama) But I saw a lot of indian influences as well and some of those looked very close to the one Kimmera did 🙂 She really put a lot of work, love and eye for the detail on this costume. All this different fabrics like metal, feathers, delicate fabrics for the clothing layers… for me a again a masterpiece of art. First, as I put on that gown, I thought ‘omg how can I ever find a pose for that huge gown?!?’ but I have to admit it was not that hard as I thought of… I kinda think Kimmera knows about that and she designs even the most huge looking gowns and costumes and you still can find poses to showcase them. The attachment points are chosen so very well that the gown moves naturally with every inch you move by yourself. For me that just underlines, that Tres Beau is one of the most popular and everlasting brands in SL for a reason 😉 “Miss Panama” is now available at the Tres Beau Mainstore.

Miss Mely Gibbs chose an already existing set from Finesmith to complete her look. The “Coral Blossom” set sets an awesome blue accent as well with the necklace, the wonderful earrings and the stunning face ornament. All the wonderful round shaped gems picked up the theme for me and I think it was a good choices for the beautiful “Miss Panama” costume. Normally you have an awesome tiara as well that is included in the “Choral Blossom” it just would have got lost under that huge headpiece of the “Miss Panama” costume 😉 The “Coral Blossom” set you will find in different colors as well at the Finesmith Mainstore.

Miss Panama 2012 – Miss Mely Gibbs – made her way to Tres Beau for her evening gown for the Miss Virtual Wold 2012 finale. Kimmera Madison, owner and designer of Tres Beau, again did an incredible job on this wonderful and detailed gown. “Miss Gibbs” is the prove, how exciting and interesting a one color gown can be is the designer has the skills to do so. Kimmera certainly has them with her long past of designing and creating. The different shades of brown and all the little details make this stunning gown to an artistic creation. The bodice is made with sheer parts as well and it adds a very elegant and sexy touch to the same time. The wide skirt catched parts of the texture of the bodice but it is fully opaque. The awesome ruffles and folds on the train in the back again show Kimmera’s incredible designing skills. What caught my eyes were this beautiful roses in the back, that#s why I tried to find a pose to show the as well 🙂 If you love that gown as much as I do you can get yours at the Tres Beau Mainstore.

The jewelry for this amazing “Miss Gibbs” gown was made by yula Finesmith… more and more I discover that she must have been the most busy jewelry designer for this years MVW ;). Yula created the wonderful “Mely” set for the “Miss Gibbs” gown and it really is made perfect for this look. The jewelry underlines the amazing classy and formal style. The set contains the tiara, a pair of earrings, bracelets and the wonderful necklace.The whole set you can recolor and retexture with the great menu yula includes in most of her jewelry. The wonderful “Miss Virtual World” gown by Elan was worn by Miss Thailand 2012, Miss DiamondGem Destiny. Alatiel Malies shows that she is an experienced SL designer for quite some time with that amazing gown. One thing I admired Alatiel Malies always for, she is the perfect example that simplicity can be so stylish and fashionable. The “Miss Virtual World” gown again shows that you do not need a hell lot of prims and a million different textures to make an elegant and interesting gown. The skirt is open in the front and with that it has a very sexy touch added to the elegant style. If you take a second view you will see the beautiful details and textures Alatiel added on this gown, the little flowers at the hips, the wonderful prim that decorates the deep neckline in the front, simply stunning. And there it is, the second of the winning gowns of Miss Virtual World 2012 – Anna Sapphire! With the “Miss Virtual World 2012” gown, Amutey DeCuir again showed her genius skills for elegant, sophisticated and tasteful designs. Bliss Couture always was elegance and taste to the very last detail to me. Again we have a wonderful gown by Tres Beau combined with Finesmith jewelry that made it in the Top 12 of Miss Virtual World 2012… even more this combination of the “Miss Rissa” gown of Tres Beau and the “Tribal Glam” set from Finesmith brought Miss Rissa Friller – Miss Australia 2012 – on place 2 of the MVW contest this year. Lets take a look on the gown first. Kimmera Madison again showed her incredible skills of making textures and designing a stunning evening gown for Miss Australia 2012. The basic is made in silver. Silver is not an easy color for clothing in second life, most of the textures look grey and do not have any shine. But not for Tres Beau. The long experiences and the awesome skills of Kimmera Madison make this gown shine in a stunning silver attire. The ornaments look beautiful and give the gown even more highlights as it anyways has. The tight gown makes an awesome silhouette and the big mermaid skirt is a wonderful contrast to the shoulder free top of the gown. The ornaments are brought adorable on the gown so that you can move and pose without stretching this wonderful textures, again something that is not that easy I was told. MVW 2012: National Gown for Miss Italy/Miss Virtual World 2012 by Violator

With a great pleasure today I am able to show you the first of the 2 winning gowns of  Miss Italy 2012 and now our Miss Virtual World 2012 – Miss Anna Sapphire. Anna made her way to soraya Vaher, owner and creative designer of Violator, to get her national costume for Miss Virtual World 2012. This gorgeous “La Gloria Immortale” gown, Anna was wearing in the red/gold/white version for the MVW 2012 challenge, like you can see it on the pictures. As well there is another stunning color of that wonderful gown available at the Violator Mainstore.  The great designing skills of soraya can be seen in every little part of that gown. The design was inspired by the Italian Renaissance and it is a firework of amazing art work. The huge prims are made dreamy flexible and the combination of red, white and gold gives an awesome elegant and sophisticated touch. If you take a closer look you can see the amazing eye for the detail that soraya put in every little prim. The ornaments of the corsage, the golden parts for the shoulder, the headpiece… simply incredible. The jewelry is part of that fantastic gown as well. The ring, the filigree necklace that goes down the cleavage, and the wonderful collar that again adds some more elegance. The headpiece itself is a little masterpiece as well, with all the gemstones and decorations that are put together.The red gemstones framed from the long silver-white parts and the golden little balls give a very modern and stylish touch as well. “La Gloria Immortale” indeed is the gown for a queen, our new queen for the year 2012 – Miss Virtual World 2012, Miss Anna Sapphire!

MVW 2012: National Gown for Miss France 2012 by GizzA

Lauren Mureaux, Miss France 2012, asked Giz Seom, owner and designer of GizzA, to make her national gown. If I take a look at this wonderful gown, she made a great choice… GizzA worked the whole gown in the colors of France, blue, red and white. The red and blue is brought in very delicate in the wonderful huge train. It kinda looks, as if this 2 colors were alive as with every move the train shows up in a nother shade. Sometimes you have the red and blue more and then with the next move it seems again as you have the less, sadly I could not catch that in my picture as it is kinda motion. The basic color is white what makes the whole design very sophisticated for me. the huge flowers add a very special elegant touch to the whole design. MVW 2012: National Gown for Miss Estonia 2012 by Bare Rose

The wonderful national costume for Miss Estonia 2012, comes from Bare Rose. Bare Rose is a well-known brand in Secondlife and it always stood for quality and very creative outfits. I have a lot of Bare Rose outfits already and they always were something special to me, as they are different to most of the usual designs. Bare Rose covers a wide range of different styles like casual, fantasy, formal, japanese designs and nearly all what you can think of. Nala Kurka, Miss Estonia 2012, decided to go to June Dion for her national costume and I have to say what came out is really something unique and outstanding. “Cologne” the wonderful costume is named and you must have mesh enabled to see it properly, as the skirt is made in the mesh technique. The outfit it self comes as a ready-to-wear outfit and I just added hair and the facemask by myself. The textures are made very filigree and with the love to the detail. the little ring and the jewelry looking part round the neck are as well part of the outfit and so is the hat. The wonderful designed ruffles and the filigree jewelry parts show the great designing skills of June Dion. “Cologne” now is available at the Bare Rose Mainstore.

MVW 2012: National Gown for Miss Australia 2012 by Tres Beau & Finesmith

The amazing and very artistic national gown for Miss Australia 2012 was made by Kimmera Madison, genius designer of Tres Beau. This gown is a total piece of art and a real outstanding design. The inspiration for this awesome creations was the Great Barrier Reef of Australia. Kimmera brought it on the runway with this incredible design. What you sadly can not see on the picture is the floating water texture that covers parts of the skirt. You really get the imagination or water that is running down the skirt again and again like a little waterfall that Miss Rissa Friller, Miss Australia 2012 carried around. To make the imagination of the living Great Barrier Reef perfect, Kimmera added certain parts out of the ocean, like seashells, fishes, little nemos, corals, and anemones for the back part and the huge head piece. This gown perfectly shows the skills and knowhow of Kimmera Madison. Her ideas and the ability to create exactly what she has in mind and her awesome textures and prims, make her so popular for such a long time. That maybe explains why most of the MVW candidates find their ways to Tres Beau for their gowns and costumes. For this year “Miss Australia 2012” was one of the 2 gowns from Tres Beau, that brought Miss Rissa Friller the 1st runner-up for Miss Virtual World 2012!

The jewelry for Miss Australia 2012 for sure came from Finesmith. Rissa was the Face of Finesmith for 2011 and so for sure yula made the jewelry for both of her gowns. The “Oceania” set was made for her national costume and it as well takes the theme of the Great Barrier Reef. The earrings, bracelet and ring carry as well seashells, corrals paired with awesome noble metals and gems. Matching nails for the “Oceania” set were the “Ocean” nails as well from Finesmith.
