The more I try… the more I love!

BENTO… the more I try.. the more I love :p

Certainly we have BENTO now for quite some time but the more I look into, I find more and more possibilities and options. I was resisting to get BENTO hands as I did not like the shape of most of them too much and always counted on Slink or Maitreya to come up with their bento hands and I was not disappointed 🙂

We even got both as free updates for the hands we already owned!

The waiting was worth it and paired with the BENTO enabled AOs and animations or poses, it already was a wonderful experience. But when I found a special hands animator to even modify exiting poses for pictures slightly… that finally got me!

I did not yet make up my mind if I wanna use mainly my Maitreya of my Slink hands, so I just change back and forth depending on the accessories I want to wear for each new look.

When I saw the “Hand Poser HUD” from FATE, I did know instantly – I want that! To have control not only using premade poses but being able to adjust poses to make them even better fit for certain purposes – PRICELESS!

I am still in love with my LeLutka Simone head and with all the new face expressions there is so much to play with 😉 Especially the tongue ones I enjoy a lot lately, but as well several photo emotions are available now for a real cool price. They are so easy to install with the injector, which even looks funny with the syringe that appears when you add the injector and load the emotions into your LeLutka head HUD.

With all my BENTO cheering, I do not want to forget about my todays style 😉

It was one of the looks, I put together for one of my GizzA shifts. When I got the “Rodeo Shirt” and the “Grace” mini skirt, I immediately had the imagination of a modern ‘Cowgirl’ looking style.

Giz and Auster are amazing creative designers and over all the time they really became close and dear freinds to me 🙂 Thank you Giz and Auster for all your trust and support!

With the amazing “Indio” boots from Reign –  which as well matched perfectly in colors – I already had the right touch . The suede fabric and the laces on the outsides just made the perfect look. For the necklace I decided to go with a wrapped whip – you never know when a cowgirl will need one :p

Again Blacklace released an amazing ensemble of panties, bra, stockings, garter belt and this time even boots!

With my addiction for over knee boots I could not pass that one 😉

Again I tried to think about something to mix and match lingerie with something else to not again have a typical lingerie post (even if i will have soon one like that again since Blacklace does release so many amazing things *grins*)

When I was looking through my inventory what I could use today, a box was thrown against my head. Sora Tatham – owner and designer for agapee – a long time friend of mine sent me her newest release. The “Kelly Shirt” by agapee was the perfect addition to the “Anita” set from Blacklace.

With the open, loosely wrapped down front it was perfect for showcasing lingerie and the length was just right to let the garters peeking out under it :p

I love several kinds of contrasts and so I thought about something black and silver highlighted just with one color, which I wanted to put on the lips, the hair and the nails.

Contrasts can be done in so many ways. colors, opposite things, things that do not belong together at all usually…and so many more.

The way how the comic Sin City is done always inspires me, when it comes to highlights and contrasts in colors.

So for the hair I chose the “No.Case” hairstyle from no.match. In a red shade it was just perfect to the light red lip gloss and the red finger nails from Nailed It.

The scenery again was built mainly with designs from E.V.E Studio. The awesome “Ivy Trees M02” paired with parts of the “Broken Chains” set, that as well includes the amazing choker with the long chains in the back of the neck.

All the poses I used for this post come from Del May. I really do enjoy their unusual poses and I rarely found a pose store, that has those kind of poses before.. but a few days ago… I found another! Not yet saying which one, but soon I will have a post about it, I promise 😉

This wonderful picture was done by the talented Tempest Rosca. We got the a theme for the last issue of the Eclipse Magazine, called Urban Musing. The trend becomes more and more popular. In many of the fashion cities you can find people who mix and match lingerie with normal urban casual, to create this new and modern look.

It was quite fun to experiment with lingerie and make something that can bw worn on the street 😉

Halloween @ Wicca’s Wardrobe

Halloween… maybe my favourite time of the year 😉

The nights become darker and colder. The fog takes over in most of the evenings and bathes the ground in dense fog so that you get the imagination to walk over grey fogs. Very mysterious 🙂

Halloween in the US is way more popular than in Germany, but even over here we have some wild and crazy parties 😉

That gives us the freedom to go wild in SL too and design some crazy outfits for all those Halloween lovers and those who enjoy the season as much as I do 😉

Today I would like to showcase the “Avicularia” outfit, one of our original mesh designs for this years spooky season.

The dress has high open front, and a long flowing back skirt. The gloves, all the spider attachments and the huge spider web in the back are part of the outfit. The gloves fit the regular avatar and as well we included Slink hands applier for all those who love their mesh Slink hands. To be honest I can’t live without them anymore.

The amazing “Myostola” headpiece is another new release at Wicca’s Wardrobe. The headpiece covers nearly the whole head and with the 2 horns it really makes a strong statement. The headpiece is available in 2 different versions. Once with and once without the spider web and the little spider between the horns. For each of the 3 colors you always will get 2 different pieces per box. with a vice versa color combination like black/grey and grey/black for example.

To complete the look we created the “Grammostola” necklace. The collar is inspired by a spiderweb as well and has one little spider sitting at the front left.

To add some more to the look we tried to create some matching makeup too. I have to admit, it looked way more easy than it was and I do not see my future in that*giggles.

Anyways, for this outfit I tried to make a spiderweb for the right eye, an eyeliner and lipstick matching to the basic color of the dress.

Sometimes I get asked why some outfits would have such weird names…  so it was for the Avicularia, Myostola and Grammostola. Basically all those names are certain spiders of the bird spider family 😉 With the latin names it kinda sounded so scary and spooky, that I just loved it 😉

And now, I wanna go and find a cool place to hang out with my spooky scary look or maybe jump on one of my best friends, not to mention she suffers quite an arachnophobia*giggles evil*

LOTD 12/12/2014 – Featuring GizzA & EMO-tions

Today I had another shift at GizzA and I went through all those fantastic new releases I got lately.

So many new and amazing things and I had a hard time to decide what to wear today 🙂

Finally my decision fell on  the “Spiked Bodysuit” in silver from GizzA. The suit comes together with the amazing overknee boots and is as well available in gold and black. Even if I love black most of the time today the silver one kinda talked to me more 😉 So I started with the “Spiked Bodysuit” and it’s awesome high boots. For the jewelry, I as well used something made by GizzA as the colors went so perfect with the suit and underlined the metal character of  the whole look.

The “Chained Treasure Set” contains necklace (2 parts) and 2 bracelets. For this post I only used one part of the necklace wich can be used alone perfectly as well.

For the hair I used one of the newer ones frm EMO-tions. The “Brandy” hair might not be the common choice for that kind of look but with the kinda clean look and still the cool braids made the perfect look for my mood today 🙂 What i liked the most is that this special hairstyle has as well a special hairbase to it wich features the braids in a very realistic way.

For the makeup I wanted something simple day style looking so I went with one of my favourite makeup artists, L.Faune. The “Twotone Makeup” in siver-warm-gray and the “Natural 2” lipstick underlined the metal look just perfect 🙂

In the year 2050 – News from Creepy’s Fetishwear

Sometimes you think what fashion or clothing in the future might be… with Creepy’s ideas and creations you might get an idea of what future fashion will be 😉

The new “Cyber Punk Catsuit” in pink i guess you will be prepared to be a future fashionista. For me the idea of future fashion goes 2 different ways. One that will be a colorful and shining huge wardrobe and the other will be a very tight and shape based tight wardrobe, what allows you to be fast and very sexy 😉 .

The “Cyber Punk Catsuit” from Creepy’s is a mixture of layers and mesh prims. The basic pink catsuit accents the well-shaped body in an awesome way. The high over knee boots are mesh made and so you do not have any longer the weird angles on your knees. The super tight corset and the amazing jacket with the half face mask are as well mesh parts and perfectly lay on you body. The combination of the latex texture of the catsuit and the more structured one of the jacket, boots and corset are a perfect mix for me.

The makeup I choose comes from Lovely Mi. The “Ashraya Pink” eye makeup, with the pink down part and the white upper part was the perfect match for my todays look. Together with the “Diavolo” hairstyle from Vanity Hair, my vision of a future fashion look was complete. The wings are something, I got way in the past for a lingerie show but colored in pink they just gave the extra touch of being crazy for me 😉 .

For my first but certainly not last post, I would like to showcase the contribution of devousMind to the ‘Somewhere over the Rainbow’ hunt. Chandra Meehan, owner and designer of !dM, made an amazing corset outfit for the hunt.  The very colorful corset made of all the rainbow colors. The awesome frilled white pants, the sweet collar, the white fishnet tights and the sweet net train that brings back all the sweet colors 😉

For me, the usually black loving person it was not immediately comfortable to be so colorful, but one by one I got used to it. First I added the yellow version of the “Piccadilly Overknee Boots” from LeeZu when I came across the super cool “Codie” hair from Discord Designs. It had a rainbow colored  version in it and it was going perfectly with the “Valentina” corset from !dM. Each hair color of the gacha coes with a “Ripley” black hairbase. The “Codie” hairstyle was made for the gacha at the ’24’ event and usual colors will follow at the Discord Designs Mainstore after the event. To add my little rebel to the whole look i decided to go with one of the newest tattoos from White Widow. Julie Hastings made some new body tattoos, wich as well come with a tango applier for all those who love the new mesh boobies.

For the picture I wanted to go crazy with colors and items so I decided to put a lot of colorful candy behind and around me. I got a little bit the feeling of “Wicca in Wonderland” as I added the way too big teapot and the huge muffins and lollipops*giggles*

Wicca’s Wardrobe: LOTD 06/05/2013

Today I was in a weird mood and just styled away. I started with the “Mesh Tube Dress” with the huge fluffy neck part, because I anyways was sorting my GizzA folder and I fell into my hands. I thought about a concept or an idea for the rest of the look and there was noting in my head at all, so I kept searching through my inventory and tried various things. Then I came across the new hat, that I got from Xenobia Foxclaw. She told me she will have a show in the beginning of June, where all her new hats get released. When I tried the “Jones Black” hat I was sure that this will be part of my look. Now the head gave me some direction in which way it could go. The hat turned the dress into a cool look for me, so I tried to find some leggings and overknee boots. The “Cat tights” from LeeZu were my choice and the light grey color went perfectly to repeat the light color of the dress. Together with the “Piccadilly Overknee Boots” from LeeZu it really turned into some cool and young look. I remembered my “Fame Shades” from epoque. I had them for such a long time and did not use them for so long… that will be the time to change it 😉

Now I would like to drag your attention on the scenery. The house that I used for the background was made by 22769. It is a wonderful and as well very modern house. It has one huge room so enough room to built a wonderful hideout for yourself. The walls are mostly glass with a your structure and shape that gives you the feeling, you own an artistic and unique home. The house has 2 doors, one front door that you reach over a few steps and a backdoor that leads you out on an amazing terrace. The terrace has a wooden ground and some sand parts that remind you on those Zen sand places with those stones. The terrace as well has stairs so you can reach the ground again, since the house it self is built on columns. The grey, black & white colors made a perfect match and background for my today’s look 😉

LeeZu - Half

One of LeeZu‘s latest releases is a wonderful mesh combination of a dress and boots and as well the popular “Nif Nif” gloves are now available in mesh.

The new “Kaya Gown” is a wonderful mixture of a long and short dress to the same time. For the left leg you have a huge slit that shows off the whole sexy leg and on the right side the skirt goes down to the ankle.

The “Kaya Gown” comes in many different colors and I chose the black version for this post, because I liked the combination of black, red and the golden ornaments so much. The super sexy overknee boots repeat the golden ornaments on the leg and as well at the heels!

The inner of the skit brings back the red color that we see under the chest. Even the upper end of the boots carry the same color and little buckle that we saw on the gown under the chest. The “Nif Nif” gloves make a wonderful shape for the hands. The option to have hands and feet made with mesh adds a lot mor possibilities for the creators and as well makes them so much more realistic 🙂 To finish my asian touch idea, I chose the “Warrior” hair from epoque with the 2 crossed sticks behind the bun. The huge necklace from Swallowtail I have for a very long time and by searching for an appropriate one it fell into my hands again 😉
