Spot on 2015! – Happy and Sad Moments

Today I was in a very special mood. We are in a time of the year, that we call ‘between the years’ in germany the last week of December and the first week of January. It is that time of the year where we think a lot about the past year and as well about the upcoming one. Many try to find New Year’s resolutions, or things they would change for the new year.

I quit doing that as usually those things never work out like they should and why I need a special time of the year, to change something or think about good resolutions?

Still it is kinda a weird and strange feeling time with all those surrounding you and asking you about all this. I solved it for me with writing down the most exciting and wonderful things that happened though the past year and as well the most sad moments. Not for a special reason and maybe just to look back some when and remember better what I did in 2015.

I never was a very religious person, but I believe in certain things and as well some that are not to grab with my both hands. I really believe that there is more between heaven and earth than we think of and care about. Life became so fast and sometimes we just do not see the little hints and things that show is about exactly that.

That mood brought me on my styling and picture idea for today. In the spotlight of being questioned about New Year’s solutions, being like a puppet to not make anyone mad by really voicing my opinion and surrounded by mystical things, little positive sparkles that will lead me over to the new year 😉

The 3 designers I would like to spotlight for today would be LeEnfant Terrible and Noke Yuitza and LeeZu. 2 of them are just 2 of all the wonderful moments, I was allowed to have for 2015 and one for one of  the sad moments.

LeEnfant I met a few years ago for the first time, but we kinda did not have the luck to get each other known better. But ‘you always meet 2 times’ is a quote, that we have in Germany. I am very grateful that I had the chance to meet such a wonderful person again and even more, to become friends with her. When I met her the first time, it was kinda just a designer/blogger relation ship and never anywhere near than what me and her share today. She became one of the dearest persons in my life. She is so creative, so strong and so unbelievable amazing, I really enjoy each moment we share and I hope that this will last a life time. I’m looking forward to even meet her in RL very soon and I can’t wait the day when I am allowed to hug her for real 🙂

She made that wonderful “Emma’s Halo” headpiece for the actual round of We <3 RP. The headpiece is available in gold and silver and it comes with 2 different colored veils and as well as a second option with filigree shining tear drops. I decided to use the tear drops, which shall stand for the sad moments of the past year. The incredible details and the very realistic details are just 2 skills that are trademarks for LeEnfant’s work. She puts a lot of time and effort in her designs and to me, she is one of the most talented designers with a unbelievabel amazing quality to her creations.

Speaking of talent and quality, brings me to the second name, that I was talking about – Noke Yuitza. She is such an artistic and awesome mind and she is one of the rare people, that seems to understand my sometimes weird mind and thoughts. The first time I discovered her as a designer was in one of the past years arts in hats. Back then it was the “Maleficent Great Wave Hat” she released for her former brand Alegria, that caught my attention and brought me to her store. I found so many amazing and artistic, creative things, all with a special twist, which I realized is her very personal trademark. Every single piece she makes you can tell it is her creation. The amazing textures, the very special and artistic designs and lately as well the 100% original mesh items, which are materials enabled most of the time.

For today’s post I decided to use the “Etheral Body” with the belonging scarf and the “Atlantis Ankle Boots” from Noke Yuitza, which she made for her new brand E.V.E Studio.

The body is available in 7 different colors and comes in 3 standard sizes. Each of them has a color matching scarf to it, but I decided to cross colors and used the black body with the red scarf.

The body has a high slit at the sides and the cool “Atlantis Ankle Boots” in chrome and red were the perfect match to underline the sexy and cool look of the body 😉

The high slit brings me to my 3rd designer for today – LeeZu.

LeeZu was my first employment in SL ever as a model. I remember so well, when I was desiring to work at LeeZu so bad and filled out the apply as store model. Weeks passed by and I already had forced myself to give up as I was very new to modeling and probably I would need more experience in that field, as Vixie Rayna IMed me and asked me for an appointment to talk. Vixie was one of the staff and managers at LeeZu and she was responsible for the store models. The talk was led by Barbara Nicholls and Vixie Rayna and when they told me I will be hired, I danced around like crazy and nearly could not believe. I was told to meet with GM Nikolaidis for my official store model picture and you can imagine how that felt for me… my first model job and then in one of the most popular and fantastic SL fashion store. That was back in January 2010 and since then I was a store model and some when I even got asked to be the store model manager, what was one of the most exciting moments in my SL life.

This year this great job sadly ended after 6 wonderful years. LeeZu closed the inworld store and only is available on Marketplace now, where you will find many of the amazing creations for 99 linden only! Believe it or not it was a very sad moment as the LeeZu family with all the wonderful people really became something very special to me and 6 years is a hell of a long time in SL where time flies by so fast… I will never forget that time and all the wonderful people, that became family for me – Thank you LeeZu, Barb, GM, Vixie and all the wonderful and crazy fellow models over the 6 years!

Today I am wearing the “Brigitte Body Tights” underneath the high slitted body of E.V.E Studio. LeeZu always was one of the most high quality stores for clothing and furniture. The texture work of LeeZu was so incredible great and detailed, I always admired her work and she was one of my idols when I started to make clothing myself. The body stocking shows how amazing and filigree LeeZu was working on her designs and the love for the details, for every little fold, wrinkle and light – simply stunning!

I do not know, if I can manage another blog post before the year is changing and so I would like to thank YOU all, for following my blog for the last year, for always showing me your support, for giving me blogger reviews and I wish you all the best for 2016 and hope to see you again for my new posts!

A Night after Christmas with Asia Rae and E.V.E Studio

Phew Christmas is over and I have my ‘normal life’ back 😉

That gives me time, to blog about the newest releases of Asia Rae, E.V.E Studio and EMO-tions.

The amazing “Magissa Latex Dress” is one of the latest news by Asia Rae. The dress is a fashion dream with the huge cape looking shoulder part, that goes down until the elbows and the amazing combination of a knitted texture for the sleeves in contrast to the shiny latex looking fabric of the dress itself.Asia Rae 02

The super cool hair comes from EMO-tions for the Shiny Shabby Event. It is called “Jezebel” The huge hair style with the extraordinary shape comes with several appliers for mesh heads for the hair base and as well the amazing head band is part of the whole look.

Now I would like to drag your view no the amazing horns. They were made by Noke Yuitza for E.V.E Studio. The awesome horns are part of her Moon Collection, inspired by the winter nature. As always for E.V.E Studio the horns are 100% original mesh and materials enabled. You can choose between different colors for the horns to make them fit your desires 🙂

Sceneries are always important for pictures and for today I chose the amazing “Christmas Decoration Set” from 22769 to make my sweet and cozy background.

And now I will put back all my Christmas stuff into boxes and put it back in the attic of my sweet little Hobbit House until next year 😉

Dreaming of a white Christmas… yes .. exactly that was what I was doing for the past days. I still did hope that at least a few snowflakes would show up for Christmas but… sadly not even a single one…

So I had to play with snow for the pictures 😉

First I wanted to dress up all in white, sometimes I like it when I can blend myself into the scenery or background as to me that usually makes it most dreamy and interesting.

I started with the “New Age” pants in white, I always liked those pants and the special shape of them. Then I added the “Orion” collar from [sys]. The collar covers the chest barley and if you move it shows more than I like 😉 So I had to search for something that I could use as a base to not distract too much but as well cover my body at least a little bit. I used the layer of the “Mummy Bride” of Ezura Xue. Just a few bandages around my chest and waist 😉

The shoes are from Wicca’s Wardrobe. The “Shenna” heels in white of the ‘Chic Edition’ pack. I already had a funky touch so I went for the amazing horns from Death Row Designs. The cool knee patches are part of an [sys] outfit called “Alcane”

Now I had to find a place with snow and after trying a lot of different sims which are just Christmas themed I found this wonderful little place. A wonderful landscape with a natural and realistic looking ambience. Sadly I forgot to LM the place and after hopping around so much I forgot how it was called *grumbles* But I will try to find it again and update the post then 😉

Le Enfant Terrible – Vintage Bunny Puppet

Finally I have time to do another post!

All the Christmas horror kept me away from all the blogging fun for way too long. But now a few days before Christmas I am nearly done with all the students concerts and kids musicals for this year – for thank god!

7 days to go and I finally will have holidays!

Today I would like to spotlight one of the latest releases from LeEnfant Terrible, owner and designer of Enfant Terrible and a wonderful friend.

The “L’odeur du cuir” what means ‘the smell of leather’ is a full set of amazing items all made of leather. A wonderful corset with a huge color HUD, the super cute bunny mask in black & white, the incredible necklace with the long leather straps down the cleavage, an elegant bracelet and a sweet leg band with tiny little accessories, every girl needs,  in black, white & pink.

The incredible details of this set, show the love for every little thing, that LeEnfant Terrible puts in all her designs. You can nearly feel the hours and days, that she must have spent on those designs. If you just take a look at the leg band – for today’s post I chose the black one – with the tiny little brush, the eyeliner, the amazing filigree chains and all those realistic looking creations… simply stunning!

The “L’odeur du cuir” set immediately brought me to a vintage mood, when I put it on the first time. I added a bra, we made for Wicca’s Wardrobe, wich will be released soon and a fishnet panty hose.

The puppet hanger I saw, when I was walking a show and a real good friend was wearing it so I had to have it! Thank you Xandrah for sharing where you got them from 😉

Last but not least I would like to drag your focus on the amazing sweet ankle boots made by Elysium.

What got my attention is a wonderful, sweet animation, that lets you swap the glasses from the usual ‘on the nose’ up to your forehead. That feature is part of a huge HUD, which lets you change the frames to different fabrics, as well the lens color and transparency and certainly you can resize it too.

Atlantis – Inspired by [E.V.E] Studio

Today I would like to spotlight the [E.V.E] Studio. Owner and designer Noke Yuitza, always puts a lot of effort in her designs and she has a very special sense of art and design. Her creations always have a huge art aspect anyways what she creates. Today I would like to drag the focus on her contribution to the Fantasy Gacha Carnival event.

The whole set she created is inspired by the myth of Atlantis by Jules Verne’s book Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea. The stong steampunk touch totally caught my heart from the very first moment when I tried the different parts of the set.

The whole “Atlantis Set” contains way more parts than those I used for today’s post.

For the pictures I decided to wear the Catsuit, the Ankle Boots and I combined the Wave hat with the Great Wave hat.

The whole set has materials enabled and reacts so wonderful to the windlight settings and surrounding lights. So for the best and most realistic look just activate the “Advanced Lighting Model ” in your viewer to enjoy the full beauty of the designs.

To go more towards the Atlantis look I decided to add the “Eye Deco” from Elysium, which were made for the Cosmetics Fair. The cool geometric parts which are arranged like artistic lashes are the perfect match for the look.

For the makeup, I used a fe different ones from Nuuna. The blue “Litzi” stripes that go over the upper part of the face and the amazing “Ninja” in black wich covers the bottom half of the face.

I wanted to add some scales but more subtile than totally obvious. So I just used the “Dragoness Scales Black Overlay” from Talyia Tarber and for the body I got me the “Dragon Blue Scales” from [Even~Tides].

For the pictures first I wanted an under water scenery, but all that I tried did not really do what I had in mind and so I ended up at ChouChou, one of ma favourite sims for pictures. With  the wide field of water and all the artistic structures this place always inspires me even more 🙂

I needed some Brightness and Sun today…

Do you know that feeling, when it gets colder and colder outside and more and more grey? Yes, winter is coming and until it to see the wonderful white beauty the days are rainy and misty.

Today was one of those days and I had the desire for a more autumn and colorful picture 😉

I started to look for a nice location and while i was walking over “Flux Sur Mer” I more and more got the idea what kind of style I wanted for todays pictures.

Something comfortably and easy. The first I put on, were the “Kult Jeans” from [sys]. Those jeans were just perfect, with the loose fit and super cool wrap ups at the bottom and the panties poking out at the top. For the panties there is even a HUD to recolor them. The wonderful top as well was made by [sys]. With the smart lines hanging down the “Janis Shirt” perfectly went with the jeans.

Certainly I had to wear one of the newest releases from White Widow since I am totally tattoo addicted. The “Neverland” tattoo was released for the current round of the Enchanted event.

The jewelry is part of a gacha from [sys] wich has a full jewelry set. For today I just used the nose ring, the bangles for the right wrist and the bracelet for the left as well as the earrings and the necklace in gold/onyx. The cute handbag with the great squared patchwork, that make it look like a rubik cube, was made by PurpleMoon.

The hairstyle comes from EMO-tions. The short and artistic made updo is a masterpiece, that every hairstylist would take hours for! The way how it is wrapped and put up on the back of the head is just amazing and the wonderful head band with the ornaments on the leather band matched the “Tandem” jewelry set so perfect and went along with the overall look so amazing.

The look and the pictures for today really were a nice escape from the triste and dark RL weather 😉

Abandoned Asylum @ Night

Sometimes you get confused, you doubt your own guts and feelings just because you think you know better…

Exactly that feeling I had, when I was trying out different things to get my mind off some things that really afflicted me the last few days.

I was trying out some new releases of [sys], GizzA and Gabriel. On the first view, it looked very strange to put those things together that looked all so different.

The more I played with it, the more it became a certain look I really liked 😉

Asylum 1

I started with the “Tristeline Helmet” from [sys]. The helmet is an abstract looking, super cool head with horns and petal looking parts, that comes with a HUD, which lets you change the metal to 4 different types. The helmet was released for the We <3 RP event. The awesome “Glam Jacket” as well was made by [sys]. The open jacket is decorated with filigree chains over the chest and comes in fitted mesh for all the popular mesh bodies as well as in the standard sizes. The skirt is one of the latest releases from GizzA. The “Chloe Asymmetric Skirt” is a great short skirt with amazing details. you can see the seams, and the loose belt decorates the waist knotted into a ribbon shape.

For the shoes I did not want high heels or something too elegant. It should be something casual with a rough touch. The perfect match made the new “Nicole Boots”. They can be word with or without socks, both versions are available. With the flat sole and the amazing trendy shape they just were right for today’s look.

The awesome earrings are one of the newest releases from Elysium. The “Oriental Delight Earrings” made the perfect contrast for the look. With the graceful silver metals and  the beautiful back gem, they compliment perfectly the filigree chains of the jacket and as well give an elegant, gothic looking touch.

To give back some more weird and as well Asylum insane looking element I put on the “Tattoo Gift Bruises” by Coca & Wolf and the ripped stockings from insanya.

All the scary, cool and realistic furniture for the scenery, were made by 22769. It is part of a full set called the Abandoned Asylum. The set contains 15 items. For this post i just used the “Asylum Bed”, the “Drawercase”, the”Fire Extinguisher”, the “Portable Oxygen Tank”, the “Screen” and the “Crutches”

Sometimes out of weird moods, cool looks and an idea is born. So not always a bad or weird mood only is a bad thing if you look back on it with some distance 😉

Rubix Cube Fun

And again it was a hat, which made me putting together an outfit.

This time it was the hat made by John, owner of the Windlight Magazine. I was allowed to wear his cute “Rubix Cube Fancy Hat” hat for the closing show of Art in Hats and so I could not resist, to make a post about it 😉

When we got the hats for the show, we as well got the info to go wild and artistic for the styling. That is something, you so not have to tell me twice *grins*

The “Rubix Cube Fancy Hat” is a wonderful small at with a red base that holds an asymmetric black veil, a black flower shaped ribbon and 4 of the cool Rubix Cubes which rotate.

So what I could do with that to have a wild, but as well artistic look…

I remembered a huge red dress from L+N, that I got longer ago. The “Gift of Beauty” outfit is a full outfit, but I just took the 3 attachment parts of it, as the rectangular and angular shapes of the single parts of them went so great with the Rubix Cubes.

As clothing base I decided to use the layers of the “Liquid Latex” outfit from LeeZu. With the asymmetric and irregular latex painted all over the body it really was a great base to add the dress attachments to it. The painted style of the latex reminded me on painting on a canvas kinda 😉Cubes 5

 Since the parts of the “Gift of Beauty” dress has that amazing shine to them, I wanted something shiny for the upper body as well, but something that would not cover the entire “Liquid Latex” body layer.What I found after some digging through my inventory was a underbust corset from KaS, what did let me adjust the shine of the latex to not be too rubber looking and matching the dress parts.That corset added some more black to the red and I wanted to bring that back a little more, by adding black gloves an d a black bra. The search for a black bra that does not look too usual  and as kinda lingerie only was not really easy and I could not find anything that kinda matched my vision until I decided to just make me one 😉 It should be not just a bra covering my bits as the “Liquid Latex” already did that, I wanted it more as an additional accessory.  The sweet black cube earrings and the ring were made by SoliDEa Folies.

Now that i had all the black and red going on to the amazingly colored “Rubix Cube Fancy Hat” I had to add some more color. I decided to start with the makeup. I used red & orange makeups from Nuuna’s which I layered over each other for the upper part of the face and the very last parts, were the eye shadow and lipstick from L.Fauna.

Now that I brough the light green-yellowish lipstick on, I felt the need of some more greenish and searched for a green necklace. I found the “Beads Necklace” from Finesmith and the “Chibi” hair from Wasabi Pills in amazing green tones. I never was aware, this kind of green would exist for hair… but it is incredible awesome!

The whole look became so abstract, that it took me some times to get used to*giggles* but in the end, I came to the conclusion I like it 😉

Again I have the pleasure to showcase one fo Asia Rae’s latest news. The “Nubuk Jumpsuit” is available in different colors and amazing piece for your everyday wardrobe. It is not too tight so it gives a comfortable feeling but as well it is not wide enough to look like a sack… so perfect in between. With the open front a the top it gets a loosely and smart look. The overall has rolled up arms and legs, so that you even can wear boots with it. Like the “Lucille” boots from Hoorenbeek.

For the scarf I took one of my long time favorites from  +grasp+. I wanted kinda a touch of a dock working person, even if in a not as dirty look*giggles*, maybe I just arrived and the pics were made before I started working 😉

The hair comes from Entwined and the wonderful tattoo certainly from White Widow.

It was a lot of fun to fool around at the docks and get some shots done 🙂
