Today I do have a very special post – special to me, as I had an amazing girl with me. Abyss Artful. I adore her creativity, ideas and skills for quite some time.
Recently we started talking and we came across the idea we should make a picture together. You know how that is if both of the people that would like to do something together are busy and work a lot. Exactly that happened to Abyss and me for month. We always wanted to make a picture together and it just didn’t happen.
So this time we said we do want to make a cyber/cyberpunk picture and with the upcoming/now open Cyberfair we thought, this could be a great occasion to really come together and finally do this.
Since we do not know each other for that long yet, we both were excited and I was nervous as well. How it would go, how long it would take, would it work just the first time we try?
We are both perfectionists, we both wanted to shoot one version of the picture and from talks we had before we both did know from each other, that it could take us hours to have the perfect shot or pose or setup. So we said, we just meet and fool around a bit on one evening and then, when we re certain what we want to do, we meet the next day to shoot. Neither me or her are too familiar with couple poses, since we shoot all on our own a lot, so we thought about finding 2 poses that cooperate and make a cool scene. It was scary, how fast it did click and everything fell together so easy… really scary but as well awesome – hard to describe for me *giggles*
We had so much fun and soon we realized, how much we both are interested in having an “interaction” between the avatars, to have an interesting picture in the end. The more we fooled around, the more the concept came to live and I am still blown alway by the end result 🙂 It was so much fun, I really hope we will find a time and an idea again to work together for another picture.
