I do not know how that happened but when I was ready dressed, ,I instantly got a Clockwork Orange feeling. I do love that movie, but didn’t see it for along time. So when I sat down and started to post work those pictures I had to watch it again to get the right feeling for it *grins* That ideas obviously was the reason why I added the bloody bat to my look and put myself in that grunge backyard. I started with the super cool “Nova Overalls” outfit from AsteroidBox, when I realized that they as well do have new shoes that completely fit to that outfit. While I was playing with the huge HUD and all its possibilities (maaany different textures and as well you can hide the shirt!) I discovered the striped version and remembered, that I had gloves that had a stripe option as well from {PSYCHO:Byts}. Certainly I needed some finger bandages as well to get the cool side of the “droogies” look. While I was looking through my L’Emporio Folder for those finger bandages, I saw that they had so cool new releases as well and the hat totally fit into my look – the cool collar as well! If I had planned to mix and match so many of my favorite designers I never would have made it, but this time it fell into place so easily… I have no clue how that happened, but I love it!

As soon as I put on that mega amazing veil from Nefekalum Tattoos (yes – it really is a tattoo with materials!) I did know I have to find those sharp kinda trademark lashes, which Alex had on just one eye in the movie – I found that at Shiny Stuffs. sadly I could not apply it just to one eye, like it originally was on the left eye only.

It didn’t happen for a long time that the imagination for a picture or story came so fast to my mind, after putting on just the first 2 or 3 items and I really enjoyed my journey in the past with that movie again. I have to say it again seemed very up-to-date to our times at the moment if you get the essence of that movie – that felt kinda scary, but I do believe in the human race to not make the future as dark again as it was in the past!

Hide from the World Outside…

I see the chaos that’s calling me

Lockdown, lockdown light, back to normal, all open , all closed… This pandemic really becomes a huge mess as no one dares to make decisions anymore. I am not one of those denying that the pandemic exists, I am not one of those who tries to cheat and avoid masks and I see the danger of that virus very clear – I lost people to damn Covid already. What makes me crazy is the way how our government handles certain things. Why conferences, which debate about school rules and changes, have to be on a Sunday (and being alive already on Monday – the next day), when parents need to be informed and need plans to take care of their children on Monday? Why kids may play soccer on the school yard but in the afternoon the clubs for free time activities (as well soccer) are closed? Why kids must sit shoulder on shoulder in school with a mask, while they are not allowed to play with more than one certain friend in the afternoons? More and more doctors speak up saying that it is the kids that transport the virus without having any symptoms and our minister of education still preaches “Kindergartens and schools have to stay open!” I can see that there is a need of having a place where kids can go, if their parents have systemically important jobs or if the only have one parent that takes care of them – but why keeping schools open like mad while it is more and more clear that a huge part of the spreading happens through the classes where 26 and more people share one room the whole morning from 8am to 2 pm? This lockdown “light” crap destroys more than it helps as the number still go up and more and more small stores, theaters, cinemas, bands, musicians and bars/restaurants cannot even plan when it will have an end. A harsh 3 or 4 weeks lockdown might have been better and we know since September (school started over here by then) that we are running into that problem, because number started to go up when school started after summer and autumn came… it just starts feeling idiotic and despotic at the moment. It only feels like reaction to whats happening, but not anymore like intelligent action.

I as well could vomit when I see people going out on the streets wearing no masks and denying the pandemic would exist… did we not have enough death, not enough suffering and loosing people we loved? They claim they go out on the street for their rights – what about the right of  those who want to be protected, those who wear masks and follow given rules to get this pandemic stemmed? While they shout on the streets, people who care and try to protect themselves as much as they can, are forced to pass that crowd of people without masks. Recently they even started to use kids for their idiotic speeches making them say they would feel like Sophie Scholl or Anne Frank – I was so shocked when I heard that and my first thought was, what people would think who had to go through the cruel time of that times… for me an inexcusable affront to all those people!

All of that went trhough my mind when I was setting up the “Neclected Bedroom” from DRD. The idea of a messy bedroom, which you can hide from the world and read some books that even help with that – dive in a fantasy world and just forget all that madness out there and if you are lucky you have a little company from your kitty or the pet you chose for your life 😉 The kick ass cool boots I recently found at L’Emporio and could not pass them without getting my pair :p .

When you think about your life as a path, it never seems to be a straight and smooth one. You have junctions, where you have to decide which way to go. You will face bumpy and rocky sections. You might even dead-end streets, which first looked completely right and all of a sudden you realize it won’t let you go further than a certain point. You might find ways, that feel as they would go to nowhere – some really do some just take a long walk until you can see where they lead to. Some might request major changes and decisions and some just need next to nothing to decide the change.

I am at one of those junctions, maybe even one of the dead-end ones in RL and SL. While it is a little more complicated in RL, in SL I just need to get my mind straight and think about what I really want for my free time activity called Second Life. I – and I only can talk about myself and my personal feelings – do not need a Second Life that dictates my schedule, gives me pressure time wise, forces me to decide on things I do not feel I want to, or to follow something I am not 100% behind anymore. Certainly I feel responsible about schedules and appointments, I always tried to be accurate, on time and well prepared what ever it was, but sometimes the thought of “Do I really need that?” sneaked into my mind and I was more careful the next time I committed to something. But what about things that you thought they would totally suit you and you would enjoy them – what you maybe even did for a while – and then they change? Maybe the fun fades or they take direction to something completely different than what you expected or pictured? I have a hard time lettings things go I had fun with for along time, especially if friendship is involved. It is always harder – at least for me – to leave something, if you have built a friendship with some of the people. Sometimes friendships break as certain people will take your decisions personally, even if they are not meant to be like that. On the other hand if you go on with it, you might risk the friendship as well as you are constantly unhappy and even if you try to hide it, it most likely will be felt by other people, especially if it is friends. Often it is a tightrope walking and you have to think very carefully how you decide.

That sometimes can lead to a “Virtual Insanity”, which inspired me for todays post and pictures.

The damn cool straight jacket was made by CerberusXing for the Warehouse Sales event. It comes in a clean and bloody version and due the BoM Alpha layer you can wear it with different mesh bodies. The cute, pierced horns as well were made by CerberusXing for the Anthem event. My mega awesome piercing I found at Kinky made my .:E.A.Studio:. It is a huge gacha with many different parts, while the piercing is one of the rares you will find a lot of cool earrings as well. To snap my pictures with that kinda crazy, insane look, what could be better than the Rosewood Hills Asylum made by DRD. It is a huge gacha with 49 collectables items and they make in total over 150 separate decorative items!  The gacha set was parted into 2 machines, one focusing more on the medical interior and the other on the office interior. I just can say both totally worth to collect if you want an overall awesome Asylum! A couple of days ago I was looking for days to find a nude, very pale lipstick for a very special look. I wanted to archive hat typical “dark smokey eyes against super pale nearly vanishing nude lips” look. I am wearing a very light, pale skin and all the usual nude lipsticks I found were too dark for what I was looking for – I have so many nude lipsticks in my inventory now… I probably never need to buy another in my whole second life 😉 . But like I said before none of them was working. While I sat here cursing and almost skipping my desired look with wearing my “everyday skin” I thought it would not hurt to ask in the LeLutka Discord channel, if anyone would know a very light, nude, nearly white looking lipstick I maybe could tint. I got one fast answer of a sweet Lady asking me if i would look for an applier, BoM layers or HD Lips for the new evolution headline – I was totally shocked by the thought of I would even get a chance to choose, since I could not find any of those matching my thought before! She had a store name in her Discord name so I went to the SL inworld search and looked for her store… CAZIMI!
I never heard of her store before but it turned out as a little  gem for LeLutka addicted people! She does offer BoM and other head appliers too, but she doesn’t treat the LeLutka cosmetics like stepchildren… No, she even privileges them! When Dima – owner and designer of CAZIMI – spied me at her store, she came down and poked me into the right direction for the super light nude lipstck she made. I tried a demo and already saw that the lips are incredible amazing fitted and textured. So I went ahead and bought the desired pack called “Trending HD Lipstick (Lelutka) Set 02 Neutrals” And guess what… it was PERFECTLY that color, that I needed for my skin tone! I will showcase that in one of my next posts as well, but while we were standing there and me being uberly happy and as well amazed by her work I could not resist to buy the colorful pack of the same lipstick with its rich and deep hued colors. The set is called “Trending HD Lipstick (Lelutka) Set 03 Colorful” and it is the lipstick I am using for my todays post. You get 8 rich and amazing colors with this pack – light blue, dark blue, light green, dark green, cyan, yellow and orange. What I do love a lot is that her lipsticks are NOT making that sadly popular thick, wide and pouty lips. It does look like a very natural lipstick with a little shine, which makes it very realistic looking.
I had no words how grateful I was for this amazing lipstick and especially the light, pale one I was looking for and while we were talking I peeked around the store a little more and found a lot of more useful, adorable cosmetics and nails. All cosmetics and nail polishes I am wearing for todays post are from CAZIMI. This is definitely a store, I will sort at the very top of my personal cosmetic stores. I already posted the “Kanji” ears from .:E.A.Studio:. (HERE), but I wanted to use them again for a new gacha from .:E.A.Studio:. called “Domino Set”. It was available at the Kinky Event, but I am sure you will find it soon as well in Shina Shan‘s main store. The gacha is a pure earring gacha. You can gamble for 6 different earrings in various colors, which makes the gacha a full with 21 different possibilities to win. I tried to use all 6 different earrings on both ears. They are not rigged and so you can easily edit them and have fun with combining them differently.
The tattoo I am wearing with its incredible materials was made by Sir Skye Nefekalum, designer and owner of Nefekalum Tattoos. The tattoo is as well part of a gacha with 11 different, wonderful and extraordinary tattoos. It should be available at the Gachaland event and afterwards I am sure you will find it at the Nefekalum Tattoos main store.

So many great dark news out there – I had not even a choice about not doing something with them *grins wickedly*

Let me start with that ultra cool tongue, pierced with a fish hook. Could be an accident or a fancy fetish, but in the end it is something I loved when I first saw it *snickers* The “Ziecklin’s tongue” is made by CerberusXing. The incredible details on the texture of the hook as well as the tongue make this definitely a must have for all who love the more creepy edge of  SL fashion and style. The Tongue is available in 4 different colors with or without RLV option.

As well from CerberusXing comes that amazing crotch piercing, that holds some delicate laces from the bottom belly downwards. CerberusXing collaborated with Ichigo for this special and super sexy design and with the HUD you get several color options, plus the ability to hide and show the laces as well as the clit piercing, that I did hide in my micro panties as I wanted to keep the post PG so you all can see all the new goodies. I will have a post for that piercing soon, which will be an adult only entrance then 😉

Lets take a closer look at all the goodies I found at the Aenigma event. The event is run the first time this month and already it has so many amazing designers showcasing their newest releases there. The cool face art is one of them. Made by ::moonshine::, it comes with appliers for Genus and Omega and with the new BoM layers. It as well contain a black half moon for your forehead which I skipped for todays post, because my bangs would have hidden most of it.

The kick-ass, cool earrings you can find at Aenigma too. I love barbwire stuffs anyways so the “Heart Security Earrings” from {PSYCHO:Byts} were a must have for me too. At the same event you will find the collar from unstable as well as the mega amazing tattoo from Nefekalum Tattoos. I already said how much I love Sir Skye’s creativity and this time he outdid himself again. The “The Gift / Gave” tattoo concentrates on the front upper body and has a lot of stuff coming with it. In the box you will find the BoM layer for the tattoo, a Maitreya & Slink Applier, an Omega Advanced Applier and a materials only HUD. Sir Skye states: “Materials-Only appliers tend to be tricky depending on what body you are using. To achieve the best effects on any tattoos that seem “bumpy” in the ad, your best bet will be to use the “all together” version of an applier that applies both the tattoo and the materials to your mesh. Most bodies support this option. Bakes on Mesh users can still use materials-only to achieve the shine effects but the bumpier materials will be lost. ” About the materials eraser I guess I do not have to explain much as it simply helps you to remove the materials again fro your body. The tattoo is made with materials and if you want to see it in its full glory, you have to make sure you have a body that supports materials. I mean they still will work without but then you just miss half of the awesomeness. What you as well will find in your box is a materials eraser and a projector that highlights the tattoo at its best.

Blue Mood

Did you ever have that… that you didn’t have quite an idea for a picture but you wanted to have it in y special color? Lately that happens a lot to me, that I know what colors the general over all picture should have and then I just try to squeeze what ever it becomes to match those color ideas *giggles*

Today it was blue – I really had a Blue Mood today, I do not know why though.

For this pictures I had 2 basics I wanted to blog – the new dress from A&Y, which they offer at the current round of ROMP (I wanted to do that earlier but with my sickness and the need to lay down, I wasn’t able to sadly) and the super cute little “Chonk Demon” from HILTED, which they released at the current round of Aenigma, a new event that happens the first time this month.

I LOVE A&Y for their design ideas as well as for their incredible latex textures. Usually I try to style up something cyber or sci-fi with their designs, but this time I wanted to show that even if it is latex, it can be very versatile in different looks. I combined the awesome “Jane Dress” with a fur stole from {le fill casse} and the whole look got a lightly elegant chic. I so would go to a cocktail party or on a red carpet like that *snickers*

Certainly the look has to have my personal twist and I added some of the amazing piercings from CerberusXing and I painted me some eyebrows for today, as I saw fit for them to complete my look. The strong makeup I needed I found at alaskametro<3. I recently got the BoM layers for all those awesome makeups I had as appliers, as I just could not live without them anymore.

The cool hair, which was right perfect for todays look was made by no.match and you can grab it at the eBento event at the moment. I always had an addiction for non-symmetric hair that has a little bit of a wild touch so the “No_Shit” hair style was right down my alley.

Another addiction of mine are nails and rings,  usually claws I do love even more and if they come with huge statement rings – even better! The “Conjuration Claws of CerberusXing are just a perfect example of that. Huge, sharp claws and different rings for all fingers. For the claws you even can decide if you want a plain or a scaled version to make them even more evil 😉

When I styled todays look, I already had that song (above) in mind and since it is German, I tried to translate a few  lines for you all 😉

Again I am showcasing some of the incredible releases from the Mainframe event. The event has about half-time by now and some creators even put half-time news or gifts out us all – you really should check them out 😉

When I saw the insect legs from AMBIX, I immediately had an idea what I would like to do with them. I never saw something like that before in Second Life in such an amazing quality and with even an AO coming with them… The Black Widow jumped into my mind and settled down while I was looking through some other new releases of the Mainframe event. I marked all the goodies of the Mainframe event blow my credits you you can be sure to not miss any of them.

Sometimes I have the desire to tell a little story with my pictures and with the Black Widow, I had to have a victim for her and I didn’t want to go for the most obvious and use a human this time (maybe another time *grins wickedly*). That is the reason for the awesome, little dragonfly with me on my pictures.

So my biggest challenge this time was, how to  get my Black Widow in a cyberpunk or sci-fi looking surrounding without looking too weird *giggles* While I played around with the “hex frames” from Toxxic, I did remember the “Neon Retrowave Landscaping” set, which I picked up on a FLF. I KNEW they would come in handy some when!

Now that I had my perfect set I was able to go some more crazy with more news from Mainframe! Normandy made some really interesting pieces and since I was already wearing insect legs, the cool “Auto Fangs” with the matching lip stick, just matched perfectly in my imagination and the “Oeil” set with the eyes and the forehead accessories made the face look just perfect! I love cyberpunk and sci-fi sets and styles a lot as you can go crazy with kinda no limits not being called constantly a freak :p

Before I will run back to SL to do some more pictures, I would like to drag your attention to my panties and collar, which are made by CerberusXing. I already showcased both before but lately I simply cannot live without CerberusXing anyways plus I saw exciting news on his Flickr stream. He is remodeling his store completely and gave a little sneak preview (HERE) – it is really worth watching it!
